  * KASEY P.O.V *

   When me and Fallon walked through the ally way on our horses, a big gust of wind blew through behind us and I shivered because I was only wearing my  wrangler sponsor long sleeve.Then we dismounted and went go sign in again and went go talk to the other barrel racers.

   " Hey guy's, this is Kasey, she is one of the new barrel racers on tour." Fallon said forwarding to me.

   " Hi, I'm Lisa Lockheart, it's nice to meet you." Lisa said shaking my hand.

   " Nice to meet you too. Your horse is beautiful, I have one just like him but he is trained for tie down roping from high school." I told Lisa.

   " Hi, I'm Brittany Pozzi, I'm on tour with my husband he is a bull rider." She said shaking my hand also.

   " HI, it's nice to meet you too." I answered back.

   " So Kasey I heard that you have a horse trained for tie down roping from high school, what did you do in high school?" Lisa asked.

   " Um, I did barrels and tie down roping I had a horse for each event. For barrels I had a black with white socks quarter horse, and for tie down roping I had a buck skin." I told them.

   " Was that the only event's you did in high school?" Brittany asked.

   " Um, I also was a header for freshmen and sophomore year, with my buck skin." I answered back to Brittany's question.

   " Oh cool." Brittany said, " So I heard that you and Shane Hanchey are a thing now?" She asked.

   " Yeah we are." I said blushing.

   " He's a good guy." Lisa said smiling.

  " Yeah, he is." I said.

      * SKIP TO RODEO TIME * 

   " Good evening folks. Tonight we have 7 wonder events with very many talent cowboys and cowgirls that compete in them. I hop you enjoy!"the announcer started. " Tonight we start off with our Saddle Bronc riders, first up we have a Texas cowboy, named Jacobs Crawley. And he will be riding a smaller bronc today but has a lot of power and has the name of Little Lady." the announcer finished. When Jacobs and the bronc bursted out of the chute Jacobs only lasted for a 1.5 second ride and did not make the bell for 8 seconds.

   "Jacobs fell of at the 1.5 second mark, with a no score. Not how you want to start off the rodeo season." a judge said.

   " Next we have a Utah cowboy, Rusty Wright, he is the oldest out of the Wright brothers. And he will be riding Hell Pony tonight, he is a big fast paint bronc that will give Rusty a good score if Rusty does his job." the announcer said.

   " Let's go Rusty." yelled Rusty's girlfriend Morgan from the stands. When they came on the chute you could tell Rusty had this ride in the bag. Hell pony made one more big jump and at the end he swung around, and Rusty let go right after the buzzer rang for the 8 seconds.

   " We have our first qualified ride of the night people and hopefully the first of many. And Rusty Wright just got himself a 89.5 point score and that's the way you want to start off your first ride for the season." the judge said.

   " Next we have another Utah cowboy Ryder Wright, one of the Wright brothers. And he will be our last saddle bronc rider for the night and he will be riding Good Night. Who is a big brown horse that jumps high and kicks hard if Ryder stays on for the full 8 seconds he might win round one of stop 1." the announcer said. Ryder made it for the full. But on the last jump he was hanging on by a finger, then the buzzer rang.

   " That ride was a close one. He was hanging on by a finger. Ryder has gotten himself a 86 because of the lack of control." spoke the judge.

   " Give it up for our talented saddle bronc riders. Our winner of Round 1 Stop 1 is Rusty Wright. Next up we have bareback." said the announcer. " First up we have a Texas cowboy, Jacobs Crawley riding Sunflower a all white bronc." On the first jump Jacobs got out of position but got back in the middle on the next jump, and his bronc was all jump so it was a pretty easy ride for him tonight. 

   " That was Jacobs Crawley with a 85 point ride." the judge said over the arena.

   " Next up we have Stetson another Wright brother, riding Ladies Man." said the announcer. On the first jump and buck Stetson got out of position and fell off.

   " Stetson has a no score but a time of 2 seconds flat." said a judge.

   " Next up is another Wright brother one of the youngest Jake Wright. And he will be riding Jail Time, who witch is a big strong bronc, to wear if you get under him he could probably crush you, he is one of our biggest broncs on tour, So Jake, hold on right buddy," the announcer spoke. The announcer was right that bronc was strong on the second buck he whipped Jake off his back.

   " That was Jake Wright with a no score ride, and lasted 2.50 seconds." the judge said.

   " Next up we have our last bronc rider of the night, a cowboy from Canada Caleb Bennet. And he will be riding War Zone, who is a very strong bronc, Jacobs Crawley once rode this bronc for a 90 point ride. Caleb good luck buddy." the announcer said.

   " Let's Go Caleb !!!" I yelled for my favorite bronc rider and he is also my one best friends. Caleb held on for the full and made an amazing ride.

   " That was Caleb Bennet with a hell of a ride that got him a score of 90.5 points and he wins the first round of stop one." the judge said.

   When Caled came walking down the ally going to the locker room I said, " That was a hell of a ride Caleb." I said hugging him.

   " Thanks I can't wait to see you run, these girls don't know what they are up against, you are one hell of a racer." Caleb said hugging me back.

   " Thanks Caleb." I told him smiling.

   " I only speak the truth. You were in the top 5 in the world and only did rodeos in like 5 states I don't know anybody in the world that could do that in any rodeo event." he said making me smile again. " Well I got to go get this stuff off and get ready to watch you and Charlie win round one." he said walking to the locker room.

   " Our next event tonight is Steer Wrestling. And first up we have a Texas cowboy Trevor Brazile riding his horse, Nugget, with steer 121A he is a little fast black steer that will give Trevor a run for his money." Once Trevor ran out the box he caught the steer at least only 5 feet from in front of the bow chute and grabbed the horns of the steer and flipped him down fast.

   " That was Trevor Brazile with a smoken time of 7.8 seconds, but he will get 12 seconds added to his score because of a broken barrier, so his booked time is a 12.8 seconds time." the judge said.

   " Next up we have we have another Texas cowboy Luke Branquio riding his horse, Spencer, with the steer 134B he is a big brown steer." Luke busted out of the chute and grabbed the horns of the steer and brought him down even quicker.

   " That was Luke Branquio with a score of 7.1 and he win take the win of Round one, Stop one." said the judge.

   " Our next event tonight is going to be team roping. But we are going to take our halftime break, we will be back in 5 minutes." said the announcer.

   " Hey babe." Shane said coming from behind me putting his hand on my thigh.

   " Hey." I said kissing him.

   " Do u want to go get something to drink?" Shane asked me.

   " Yeah, when do you run." I said getting off of Charlie, tying him to the gate.

   " I run 3rd. When do u run?" Shane asked me.

   " I run last.'' I told him.

   " What are you going to get?" Shane asked me.

   " I don't know, I don't want anything heavy. Do you want to share some frys?" Shane asked holding my hand and kissing it.

   " Yeah we can." I said smiling.

   " Hi, how may I help you tonight." the lady at the counter asked Shane.

  " Um yes, I need a bowl of fries with chili and cheese please. And a large coke." Shane told her.

   " Can you add jalapenos on the fries please." I asked.

   " Yes, how many would you like Ms. Kasey." she asked.

   " Um a spoon full please, and you know me." I asked suprised.

   " Yes ma'am I do, my daughter is a big fan. Would you mind if she could take a picture with her." she asked.

   " Yeah sure." I told her when her little girl who was about 7 came running out. " Hi, what's your name?" I asked he hugging her.

   " I'm Avery." she said sweetly.

   " Well hi Avery would you like to take a picture?" I asked her smiling.

   " Yes and can Shane be in the picture too?" she asked pointing to Shane.

   " Yeah sure I'll be in the picture." Shane said coming towards us. We kneeled down by her each of us on the side of her.

  " Ok, smile." her mom said. And we took the picture.

   " Can y'all sign my hat?" she asked taking her ERA baseball cap off her head and handing it to us.

   " Yeah sure." Shane said taking the hat and signing it and then handing it to me and then I signed it and handed back to the little girl.

   " Well we have to get back to the arena y'all have a good night." Shane said taking my hand .

   " Bye." I said to the two of them.

   " Bye, thank you." they both said.

   " That was fun." I told Shane smiling as we got back to the arena.

  " Yeah." Shane said as we sat down behind to bow chute for the calf's and started eating the fries.

   " Why don't you eat the jalapenos?" I asked Shane.

   " Because I don't like them they are to spicy." Shane said making me laugh and he just looked at me.

   " What's so funny?" he asked with a confused look on his face.

   " Your such a big baby not all jalapenos are spicy, it depends on like what time they are picked and stuff." I told him.

   " Mmmhhmm. Sure." he said.

   " Ok then, I dare you to eat four at the same time to prove you aren't a big baby." I told him with a serious face.

   " Ok. What do I get if can prove it to you?" Shane asked.

  " I don't know you can pick." I told him smiling.

   " Ok then." he said taking four jalapenos and putting them all in his mouth. Then he swallowed them and his face turned red and he stared coughing. And I started laughing and handed him the drink.

   " See told you, you couldn't do it." I said making my self laugh even more.

   " Yeah, yeah. You won." he said coughing.

   " Ok, so since I won I get to pick where we go eat tonight and I get to pay." I told Shane smiling and he just looked at me.

   " Well since you are paying, we are going to go to like pizza hut or something cause I don't want you to spend to much on food for me." Shane told me.

   " Shane you have paid for two of my meals already and you've taken care of my horse, when I didn't even ask you to, let me treat you for once. OK?" I told him.

   " Whatever." he said with agervation in his voice, and I just laughed.

   " Alright folks we are back and we are going to go to team roping. First off we have Clay T.from Texas as header and Jade O.also from Texas as heeler. And here they go!" announced  the announcer. Clay got the two front horns quick out of the box and Jade picked up the heels even faster.

   " That was a good time to begin their season with a time of 9.7 seconds." said the judge.

   " Next up we have Derrick B. from Alabama as header and Clay O. from Alabama also." said the announcer. Derrick went for the horns but missed.

   " Derrick went for the horns but missed them by an inch. So that means they have an no time." said the judge.

   " Next we have our last team of the night with Kaleb D. from Texas as header and Junior N. from Brazil as heeler." said the announcer. Kaleb blasted out of the chute and Junior was not for behind Kaleb got the horns and as Kaleb pulled the rope on the horns, Junior had the rope around the feet pulling.

   " That was a smoken time of 7.8 and those two men will be winning the round tonight!" said the judge.

   " Our next event tonight is tie down roping." the announcer said. And I smiled and looked at Shane.

   " Good luck I'll see you after your run. Can't I stand by the box chute?" I asked Shane.

   " You can't stand down there but you can stand right there and watch me." he said pointing to the rail right next to the box.

   " Ok, I guess that will have to work," I said smiling.

   " First up we have a Texas cowboy Trevor Brazile again but for tie down roping this time." said the announcer. Once Trevor got out the box he got the calf's head jumped down and ran to the calf ans when he tried to flank the calf he got lose and dropped the calf but did it again and got him this time.

   " That was Trevor Brazile with a time of 8.9." said the judge.

   " So now the time to bet for tie down and another Texas cowboy Tuf Cooper is next and I think that he will bet that time." When Tuf and his horse came flying out of the box, Tuf got the head right out of the chute and jumped off and kinda stumbled but got back his footing and finished running to the calf and flanked him good and hard and tied him even faster than when he caught the calf.

   " That was Tuf Cooper with a time somken time of 7.2 seconds." said the judge.

   " And next up is a Louisiana cowboy Shane Hanchey." said the announcer, when they said Shane's name I looked at him in the box and he turned around and smiled and gave a thumbs up and I did the same back to him. When he nodded him and Reata came out the box fast he caught the calf at least 3-4 feet away from the box and once he had the calf roped he jumped off ran to the calf flanked him good and hard and tied him good but the calf kinda kicked so he had to double tie it so it took him a little longer than he wanted it to be.

   " That was Shane Hanchey with a time of 8 seconds flat." said the judge.

   " Good job Shane." I yelled after the judge said his time.

   " Next up we have another Texas cowboy and he will be the last tie down roper for the night and he is Clif Cooper." When they came out the box Clif went to throw the rope over the calf's head but he missed.

  " That was Clif Cooper with a miss, so he has a no time and will not be placing. And so our winner for the tie down roping is Tuf Cooper." said the judge.

   " Next up we have our barrel racers." said the announcer.

   " Good run babe !!" I told Shane as he walked up to me and we headed back over to the ally.

   " Thank you." he said leaning down kissing me on top of my head. When we got back to the ally Shane helped me mount back on to Charlie and he stood on the side of me and Charlie.

   " Aww, look the power couple." Fallon said making us all three smile.

   '' Aw, shut up." I said making Shane and Fallon laugh.

   " Our first barrel racer of the night is a Utah cowgirl, Brittany Pozzi.'' said the announcer. Brittany and her horse came zooming by us and went around the first barrel wide and did the same for the second and made a short turn on the third and touched the barrel but it stayed standing, and then she came running for home.

   " That was Brittany Pozzi with a time of 16.54 seconds." said the judge.

   " Next up we have a 1x world champion Texas cowgirl Fallon Taylor." said the announcer. Fallon and Baby Flo (that's her real horse's name) came zooming by and they were tight on the first and the second barrel and was wide in the third and then they came running home.

   " That was Fallon Taylor with a time of 16.20 seconds." said the announcer.

   " Good job girl." I told Fallon as her and Flo were troting down the ally and I gave her a high five.

   " I want you to beat my time tonight and win this round and show these people what you got." Fallon said pointing to me, and I smiled shaking me head.

  " Don't shake your head you can win this round and me and Fallon want you to and Marty would too if he was here right now with us." Shane said looking at me. 

   " Well, thank you." I said bending down kissing him.

  " Your welcome." said Shane,

   " next up we have a Montana cowgirl Lisa Lockheart." said the announcer. Lisa and her horse Peter came flying out of the ally and every barrel they made was tight, but on the third one Peter kinda stumbled so that put them behind on the clock, but then they made some of that time up running home.

   " That was Lisa Lockheart with a time of 15 seconds flat." said the judge.

   " Our last barrel racer tonight is our new barrel racer on tour this year from Louisiana Kasey Fontenot !!" said the announcer.

   " Let's go Kasey !!!!!!" Shane and Fallon yelled at the same time. We were tight on the first barrel and a little to tight on the second we nudged the barrel but it stayed standing, and then we were a little to wide to my liking on the third and we were fast on the run home.

   " That was Kasey Fontenot telling the other barrel racers that she is here to win and she is not backing down with a time of 14.05 seconds and she will be taking the round win tonight." said the judge and the arena filled with clapping and whistling and a Shane Hanchey and Fallon Taylor yelling at the top of there lungs.

   " Way to go girl." Fallon said coming up to me and Charlie and patted Charlie on the neck.

   " Good job babe. See I told you, you could do it." Shane said helping me down and spinning me around and kissing me, and we both smiled in the kiss cause we knew people were watching us.

   " Our next event tonight is the most liked event in the sport of rodeo, bull riding." said the announcer and the arena once again filled with whistles and clapping. " Our first rider tonight is a Oklahoma cowboy, Chandler Bownds, and he will be riding Midnight Train." The bull came bursting out of the chute and he buck and kicked and on his last swing, he got Chandler out of place meant and Chandler fell.

   " That was Chandler Bownds will a no score with a time of 7.52 seconds." said the judge.

   " Next up we a Canada cowboy, Ty Pozzobon and he will be riding Bushwacker." said the announcer.

   " Did you know Ty was on the tour?" I asked Fallon.

   " Yes I did. We wanted to suprise you." Fallon said smiling and I smiled back.

   " Let's Go TY !!!!!!!" I yelled. When Ty and that bull came out of the chute and you could tell that bull was giving Ty a run for his money.

   " That was Ty Pozzobon and he made the bell for 8 secnonds a and a score of 87 points." said the judge.

   " Next up we have Stetson Wright again but this time he his riding a bull not a bronc. And he will be riding the bull Long John." said the announcer. And he made the bell this time.

   " That was Stetson Wright with a score of 80 points." said the judge.

   " Next we have our last rider of the night a Texas cowboy Cannon Cravens, and he his riding Rodeo Time." said the announcer. Cannon and that bull had it on, they were lined up on every jump and buck and that's what you want to have, control, but on the last two jumps he lost all control but he held on.

   " That was Cannon Cravens with a 86 point ride." said the judge.

   " The bull riding winner tonight is Ty Pozzobon." said the announcer as the lights went out and the red and green and blue lights came on. " Now we are going to announce our wins of Round 1, Stop 1." said the announcer as all the winners lined up behind the gate to the ally way. " For the Saddle Bronc winner tonight we have Rusty Wright and he will be taking 5,000 dollars home to night." he said as Rusty walked out and went start the line and they handed him his check.       "Next we have our Barebac rider winner tonight and that his Caleb Bennet and he will also be taking 5,000 dollars home tonight. Next we have out Steer Wrestler winner Luke Branquio who will be taking 5,000 home. Next we have out Team Ropers Kaleb D. and Junior N. who will both be taking home 5,000. Then next we have our Tie Down roper Tuf Cooper who will be taking 5,000 back home. Next we have our new barrle racer on tour this year who won this round Kasey Fontenot. And last but not least we have our Bull Riding winner Ty Pozzobon who will be taking home 5,000 also. Let's give it a hand to our winners tonight" he said as Ty came walking up by me and I punched him in the arm for not telling me he was on this tour.

   " So Ms. Kasey I heard about some roomers that you and Shane Hanchey are official, am I correct?" he asked smiling.

   " Yes you are correct." I told him smiling.

   " So it's true Shane, Marty and Fallon wasn't lying to me." he turned to look at Shane sitting on the bull chute and Shane gave him a thumbs up and smiled.
