This is honestly so much better with actual rain noises just so you guys know sorry I haven't updated in a while my life is not the best at the moment but writing for you guys makes it a bit better

Redson and mk were typically fighting redson making cocky comments and mk throwing them right back

"You won't win this time noodle boy!"

"Haha! Yeah right I'll always win I am the monkey kid after all"

clouds stormed Up above their head and before they knew it the sky was pouring out rain redson started to freak out cause his powers stopped he couldnt do anything he was vulnerable to attacks he knew it was over he braced himself for the impact closing his eyes but he felt nothing just silence and rain hitting the ground he hesitated but opened his eyes he saw Mk standing there his red bandanna fallen off he was staring up at the sky on arm up to feel the rain just soaking in it he had a warm smile on his face that made redsons heart pound but he pushed down the feeling  and spoke up his voice slightly breaking

"Noodle boy?...what are you doing?"

"Enjoying myself, the rain it's really nice redson it helps me relax and it's just calming I love it"

Redson raised and eyebrow he thought it was idiotic he ran a hand through his hair trying to fix it the rain always made him feel gross or and powerless it stopped him from attacking he just stood there trying to figure out what he should do before mk reached out his hand

"Hm? What's that for?"

"Come on let's just take a break from all the fighting? And enjoy the rain it doesn't do it very often"

After a while of ackwardly staring at mks hand Redson reluctantly took mks hand and mk pulled him closer he laughed enjoying the rain and redsons soaked hair while getting soaked
Himself he was just playing around in the rain pulling redson along eventually redson started to have some fun as well splashing eachother or at least trying to they were pressed against eachother foreheads touching the sound of laughter redsons hand on mks waist mks arms wrapped around his neck

"Heheh you're soaking wet!"

"So are you idiot"

redson ruffled mks hair and mk sneezed

"You'll catch a cold"

"What no I won't- he sneezed again"

"Here" redson put his sweater over mks body and picked him up the heat coming from redsons body warming mk up mk clinged onto him he enjoyed the warmth

"Let's get you out if the rain you fragile little mortal"

"Shut up I've hit you thousands of times!"

"W-what?! O-only Because I let you!"

"Hehe sure ya did"

Redson scoffed and took mk to his house shielding him from the rain as best as he could he climbed through mks window and set him down on the floor

"You're getting water all over my floor!"

"It's out clothing I can't just dry it is burn your clothing off"(not that redson would mind seeing mk naked)

Mk got an idea and then took his shirt off hanging it up he took off redsons jacket and eventually everything else he was wearing redson looked away embarrassed

"Warn me before you undress like that!!"

"Huh?"

"Nevermind"

Mk got into his bed after drying off and redson just stood there across the room awkwardly looking away glancing every few seconds

"Redson C'mere and cuddle with me"

"WHAT?!"

"Be my personal heater". :3

"I-I'm not doing that!"

Mk gave him puppy eyes begging him with that adorable face redson sighed and went over to the bed laying next to him he was nervous probably sweating balls right now mk pulled redson closer and nuzzled his face into his chest

"This isn't fair"

"How is it not far for you you're the one embarrassing me"

Mk pulled redson closer

"Strip"

"WHAT?!"

"It's not fair if Im the only one naked play
You're getting my bed wet so strip"

Redsons face went red he somewhat had a point his clothes were soaked and he was a bit uncomfortable because of the clothes not mk he sat up and took a deep breath

"This means nothing moron"

He took of his shirt then his belt and then his pants mk watched the whole time he kept his underwear so he wasn't fully exposed that would he far to embarrassing

"There happy?"

"Mhm"

Mk cuddled against him again and they both Layed down the lights turned off the sound of the rain hitting to roof outside the body heat coming from eachother it was nice redson had to admit that holding mk was nice being with him felt comforting even though he was embarrassed he loved every second of it soon Redson fell asleep and mk played with his hair for a while looking at him with pure adoration and content soon mk succumbed to the sleep as well and they rested together

Alone. In mks apartment. With the comforting sound of the rain. Still soaked
