~ Magic Maker ~

It was late one evening and the school called Hogwarts was quiet. The students had finally gone to sleep and the professors seemed to as well. It was the perfect time for the borrower to sneak into the library.
Now, every evening once the school was silent, Harry, the borrower, would find himself going straight to the library. Why? Well, he enjoyed to read the books and had also been practicing magic with a small twig he had found. There wasn't much progress, but he felt proud to be trying his best.
However, even though Harry thought he was alone, he wasn't. Somewhere in the shadows, someone had been watching with both a curiosity and confusion. They hadn't ever seen a borrower, but as of late, they knew there had to be something that was coming to the library at night.
"What are you doing-" The suspect voice started, finally stepping out of the shadows. He wasn't able to finish before Harry panicked and took off in a dash away. However, the borrower didn't make it far before his arms were restricted and he was lifted into the air by an invisible force. It was only a moment later before Harry was floating back towards the mysterious figure.
Once close enough, Harry could tell who the figure was. It was Snape, one of the professors who taught during the day.
"I didn't mean to frighten you. I was simply asking what you were doing. It's late." The professor spoke firm yet somehow not upset. Regardless, Harry was shaken by Snape's sudden appearance.
"I was studying.." Harry choked out, to afraid to speak that loud.
"Studying? You've been studying every night for the past week." Snape seemed oddly surprised, waiting for the borrower boy to explain himself.
Harry was even more afraid now. How had the professor known? Did Snape know of his existence?
"Magic.. sir. I've been studying magic." Harry muttered, still nervous.
"You want to learn magic? Interesting." Snape remarked, releasing the spell that held Harry floating, catching him in the palm of his had before going back to his classroom. There he set Harry on the table and sat down.
"What are you going to do to me..?" Harry asked, wanting to back away from Snape as he had begun to look through a book.
"Well.. I could help teach you." Snape stated, still flipping through the pages. Harry was shocked by the gesture, unsure of what to say.
It wasn't long before they were talking back and forth, and Snape started to teach him a few things which made Harry a bit less scared. Snape soon got a proper wand, shrunk it down with a spell and gave it to Harry so he could practice properly. After that, Snape turned to a book and began to write things down, letting Harry do what he pleased.
An hour passed and the professor turned to Harry, about to tell him that he should rest only to see that the borrower had fallen asleep on the table. He smiled a bit before using a bit of cloth to cover up the boy.
"Sleep well." He muttered, turning back to his work.
