Taehyung went downstairs and into the kitchen. He wanted to get rid of all those fucking eggs in the fridge. There were four fucking cartons of eggs.
He snatched a carton, slamming the fridge door before cracking the eggs open, barely adding seasonings. He took tomatoes and onions, cutting them unevenly before dumping them into the mixture.

He heated a pan over the stove and messily cooked the omelet, making it look like a blob instead of a neat fold.

He brought the plate and a glass of water to Maddie's room.
"Here." He basically dropped the dishes onto the bedside table. Water pooling out onto the wooden material and the plate made a clang Maddie was surprised it wasn't broken.
Taehyung didnt even bother bringing her utensils.

"I'm leaving."
"But I had eggs this morning."
"But I don't care. Cook something if you dont want it."
Taehyung left the room and the house for the second time that day. But instead of going to Blair's like he intended, he started driving towards the company building.

In the elevator, an employee rode wth him, holding coffee holders in his arms, carrying atleast 12 cups from Starbucks.
The employee looked at him, clearly new and clearly oblivious to who Taehyung was.
"Are you here for an appointment? Mr.Jeon is busy right now." He was glad he said that without a stutter, considering how nervous the small man made him feel.

Taehyung turned to his right with furrowed eyebrows. The boy was probably the same age as himself, maybe younger.
Without answering him, he walked out of the elevator once it came to a stop.

The boy pursed his lips before bringing the coffee to his seniors.
He made his way to Irene's private office, seeing as the blonde just let himself inside their CEO's office.

"Irene, a man rode with me on the elevator but I didn't recognize him. I asked if he had an appointment wth SirJeon but he didn't answer."

"Mr.Jeon doesn't have any, wait— was he blonde? Brown eyes that stare into your soul?"
"Yea. Pretty too."
"You idiot. That was Mr.Jeon's husband."

Taehyung opened the door as Jungkook looked up from the strayed papers on his desk.
"I assumed you were angry with me."
"What makes you think that I'm not?"
Jungkook sighed as he stood up and leaned on the edge of his desk.

"I can't give you what you want. If you don't tell me what you want."
"I shouldn't have to tell you, Jungkook."
"I can't give you that, Taehyung. Fine, don't take care of her but she has to stay until the baby is,—"
"Born. Right? And after that?"
"What?"
"When the baby is born, what happens after that?"
"That's still far,—"
"No, it's not, Jungkook. It's literally seven months away. Where is she going to stay?"
"I don't know yet, Taehyung,—"

"Are you really willing to let your child live the way you did? The way I'm still living until this day? Separated parents from birth? Hell, I've lived with them all my life but it still feels like theyre divorced, Jungkook. And what about Maddie?"

"What about her?"
"Have you ever took the time to ask her why she didn't follow through with the abortion?"
"What do you mean?"
"She's only doing this for you, Jungkook. Everything she's doing is for you."

It was silent before Jungkook chuckled.
"Why are you so... why do you hate her so much?"
"Excuse me?"

"I've asked you to do simple tasks for me, Taehyung. While I have to balance you, Maddie and work. I can't just do all of that. I have two arms, Taehyung. Why can't you understand that?"

"Because... I can't help but think that this would've all be easier if you just stuck with her. You could even extend the family, Jungkook. I can't. If you stick with me, we're stuck at one place. I-if you were with Maddie, then you would move forward."

"Are you unhappy with me?"
"I never said that."
"That's what you're implying."
"I never said I was unhappy. I'm happy the way I am with you Jungkook." Taehyung bit his lip before he continued.

"But are you happy with me?"
