-A few days later-
Zayn
"Are you alright, mate?" Louis asked as we waited for the doctor to call me into the back.

We were here for my first sonogram, and I was more nervous this time than when I was pregnant with Morello.

My nervousness was one of the main reasons it was just Louis and I here instead of everyone.

"Because...I had a dream that there were four of them." I said quietly.

"You think another alien that looks just like Harry is coming?" He frowned.

Louis couldn't get over the fact that Marcel existed and was living with me now.

"No, I mean...I dreamt I had four babies. At once." I clarified.

"Oh. Well...that was just a dream. That's probably not going to happen." Louis said casually.

I shook my head, bouncing my leg and biting my lip.

"I can't have four babies, Lou. It won't be healthy for them, or my body. I don't even have room at my house for one baby." I said.

"What d'you mean? I thought Marcel was sleeping on the couch." Louis said.

"Yes, but I don't have another room big enough to be a nursery." I said.

Louis was quiet for a moment.

"What about your...book room?" Louis asked.

"My what?" I frowned.

"That little room at the end of the hall. Where you kept like...a bunch of your old books and things? You always said you were going to donate them to the library." Louis reminded me.

"That's more of a storage room, Lou. I haven't been in there in ages, and I know for a fact that it isn't big enough for a crib, and changing table, and all of that." I said.

"Is it big enough to be a four year old girl's bedroom?" Louis asked, looking at me.

"What?" I frowned at him.

"Get all of those old books and things out, clean up the room, slap some fresh paint on the walls and make it Morello's new bedroom." Louis said.

I blinked, wondering why that had never crossed my mind.

"I'm a genius, aren't I?" Louis smiled.

"Yeah, I guess you are." I chuckled, feeling the smallest bit of relief.

Of course, Morello probably wouldn't be happy about this but enough candy would help change her mind.

"Zayn Malik?" A nurse called.

"Come with me?" I asked, grabbing Louis' hand.

"I'm right here, I'm coming." He said quietly, standing up with me.

After I was laying back on the table, and the doctor had the wand pressed to my stomach, he was quiet.

For a while, actually.

"Is everything okay?" I asked him, glancing at Louis, who also looked concerned.

"Yes, but...I have a bit of news." The doctor said.

He'd stopped moving the wand now, and the heartbeat could be heard.

But it didn't sound clear.

"How many are there?" I asked warily, causing Louis to squeeze my hand reassuringly.

"It's twins." The doctor smiled.

Louis chuckled, and I found myself feeling relieved once again.

"You're sure?" I asked the doctor.

"Positive." He nodded, taking the wand off of my stomach.

"That's not so bad." I smiled, looking at Louis.

"Speaking from experience, twins are lovely." He smiled back at me.

I left the doctors office feeling much better than when I went in.

-That night-
After I managed to fold and put away two loads of laundry, I went into the lounge and found Harry and Marcel laying on the sofa together.

Marcel was actually laying on top of Harry, his head on Harry's chest and his feet hanging off the other end of the sofa.

"Are you two comfortable?" I asked, wondering why Harry was this close to Marcel, but not Edward.

As Edward came to my mind, I got an idea.

Marcel could live with Edward.

"Hey, I wanted to talk with both of you by the way." I added, turning the TV off so they'd pay attention.

"Harry was watching." He complained.

"Me too, daddy." Morello said, giving me a mean look as she put her dolls down.

"And I was trying to watch but I can't see." Marcel said sadly.

"Whatever. Sit up and listen to me." I said, watching them both, with their awkwardly long limbs, detangle and sit up next to each other.

"Marcel, I've found somewhere you can stay. And it's very close to here." I informed him.

"Lovely, where is it?" He asked.

"Across the street with your brother. Perfect, right?" I smiled.

Marcel shook his head. "Edward isn't kind to me. He treats me badly."

"C'mon, that can't be true. He's your brother." I scoffed.

"Exactly." Marcel scoffed right back at me.

"Well I'll make sure he doesn't. Okay? C'mon, let's go talk to him." I said.

"Don't want to." Marcel said quietly, leaning against Harry, who wrapped his arms around him.

"Edward is bully Marcel. Bad." Harry said, frowning.

"Uncle Eddie can be mean sometimes." Morello chimed in.

I rolled my eyes, sighing.

"You know what? This is ridiculous, and I'm having trouble believing you. I'm going to get your brother, and I'm going to bring him over here, and you're all going to sort this out, tonight. Understand?" I asked, figuring I should go ahead and practice dealing with siblings since I'd have to do so with my own children soon.

Marcel pouted, and Harry stared at me.

I turned and left the house, walking across the street to Edward's and knocking on the door.

He answered almost immediately, and smiled when he recognized me.

"Have you come for late night tea?" He asked.

"No, come with me." I said, grabbing his wrist and pulling him along.

"Are Harry and Marcel home?" Edward asked.

"Of course, why?" I asked as we walked into my front yard.

"Just wondering why you're insisting I come over like this. I belong to my Niall." Edward said.

"Try not to be so full of yourself." I muttered as we entered my house.

"Okay," I began, closing the door behind us.

"Hi uncle Eddie." Morello waved at him.

"Greetings." He nodded, looking at Harry and Marcel next.

"Edward, Marcel says you don't treat him well." I said.

"I treat him just fine." Edward frowned.

"You don't, you are mean to him." Harry said.

"I am not! He's just too sensitive, and clumsy." Edward said, folding his arms.

"He is clumsy." Morello giggled.

"It isn't my fault, I can barely see." Marcel spoke up.

"You would still trip over nothing even when wearing the best pair of glasses known to man." Edward said.

"I don't want to live with that." Marcel said, looking at me.

"You know what? That statement pleases me because I've decided I don't want you to live with me anymore." Edward said.

"Whoa whoa, why not?" I asked Edward.

"He annoys me on a very large scale." Edward said.

"Yeah? Well you treat me like I'm some...idiot! And I won't stand for it!" Marcel argued, ironically standing as he said it.

"Perhaps because you are? I mean, you're more intelligent than Harry, I'll give you that, but that isn't saying much." Edward chuckled.

"Hey," I warned Edward.

"Harry is smart enough to secure a mate. A beautiful mate." Harry spoke up, giving Edward a look.

"And don't ever say things like that about him." Marcel added, glaring at Edward.

"Or what?" Edward asked, letting his arms fall by his sides.

"Hey!" I snapped at them.

"You know what, all three of you sit down. Now." I ordered.

"No, I'm leaving." Edward said, reaching for the doorknob.

I grabbed him by his small, exposed ear, pulling him towards me.

"Go sit on the sofa." I said sternly.

"Release me, evil human!" Edward demanded.

"Beautiful is not evil!" Harry suddenly yelled, standing up and clenching his fists.

"Shush! And sit down!" I spat at them, letting Edward go.

Eventually, the three of them were sitting on the sofa in front of me.

"Okay, Edward you and Marcel need to get along. Preferably soon because I'm pregnant with twins and stressed enough as it is." I said.

"Twins? Congratulations." Marcel smiled sweetly.

"Yeah, yeah. Edward...what will it take for you to be nicer to your brother and let him live with you? What is it you want that I can give you?" I asked.

He thought for a moment. "My Niall. I want him to live with me as well, and care for me as I do for him."

I stared at him for a moment.

"Are you sure?" I asked, not knowing how in the hell I would get Niall to go along with this.

Such a request would take some time.

Which, I didn't mind, but I also wasn't thrilled about it.

If Marcel wasn't out of this house by the time the twins were born, I was going to lose what I had left of my mind.

I liked Marcel, but he was quite large, and clumsy, much like Harry.

But I was in love with Harry, which was what allowed me to tolerate...all of him.

Regardless of my thoughts, I tuned back in as Edward nodded and spoke.

"Niall or nothing."
