-Later-
Zayn
The feeling of movement brought me back into consciousness, and I could feel myself being lifted off of whatever I'd previously been on.

I gasped, opening my eyes and grabbing onto Liam, who was holding me.

"It's okay." He chuckled softly.

"You're so jumpy, almost like..." He trailed off.

"A cat?" I asked, looking at him.

He smiled at me, gently setting me down.

"You fell asleep on the couch, I was taking you to bed." He explained.

"Oh." I said, rubbing my eyes and trying to remember when exactly I fell asleep.

The last thing I remembered was sitting close to Liam, and watching some movie he picked out after we ate an entire pizza together.

"What time is it?" I asked, blinking and looking around.

"Almost one." He replied.

I paused. "One?"

Louis said he was going to work at eleven.

Knowing Louis, Harry was probably half naked by now, dancing for crowds of horny men.

"I-I have to go." I stuttered, beginning to panic.

"D'you have a curfew?" Liam laughed.

"It was eleven." I said, getting my jacket and putting it on.

"Seriously?" Liam frowned.

"Well....yeah." I said, looking at him.

I didn't have time to explain, and I didn't really want to.

"Are you in trouble now or something?" He chuckled.

"I might be." I said, knowing I confused him even more.

He didn't ask anymore questions, the two of us going out to his car.

The drive back to the library was pretty quiet, and awkward.

"Thanks, um, it was fun." I said as he parked next to my car.

"Yeah, it was. Can I get your number?" Liam asked.

"Sure." I said as he handed me his phone.

I entered my number quickly, and handed his phone back to him.

"I'll see you around." I said, getting out of his car.

I hurried over to my car and got in, not bothering to turn the heat on until I was speeding down the road.

If Louis did anything to Harry, I was going to kill him.

When I arrived at the club, the security guard didn't stop me so I rushed inside, looking for Louis.

I didn't see him anywhere, but I did see that man that gave him fifty dollars the other day, so I made my way over to him.

"Did Louis come in tonight?" I asked him over the volume of the music.

"The one with the nice ass?" He asked.

"Yeah, that one." I said after I rolled my eyes.

"He's in the back doing a private show." He smirked.

I instantly started walking towards the back, worried about Harry.

"Hey, you can't go back there!" The man called after me, causing me to pick up my pace.

Louis always did his private shows in the room at the end of the hall, so I rushed up to that door and opened it.

Harry was sitting in the chair positioned in the middle of the room, while Louis stood back against the wall with his arms folded.

"Beautiful!" Harry said, jumping up and hugging me.

"I had to bring him back here, he was getting too much attention." Louis said, looking at me.

I hugged Harry back, thankful he was alright.

"I'm on the clock, so I have to go." Louis said, stepping past us and to the door.

"Thanks, Lou." I said to him, noticing that this time he was wearing leopard print briefs.

No shirt, not even any shoes.

"No problem. You're telling me all about that date tomorrow." He winked before he left.

"Home?" Harry asked me.

"Yeah, let's go home." I replied, working my way out of his arms.

-Later that morning-
When I woke up to the smell of cooking, and no sign of Harry, I almost felt like his entire existence had been nothing but a dream.

That was, until I attempted to get out of bed and almost tripped over his massive boots.

He liked to leave them in random places, like he was marking his territory.

"Harry?" I called.

"Here!" He called back to me from the kitchen.

I frowned to myself, going into the kitchen to find him standing at the stove, cooking.

"Food." He pointed to the kitchen table, where a plate of French toast, syrup, and a glass of orange juice sat waiting for me.

"How'd you learn to make French toast?" I chuckled, surprised by all of this.

"Learn." He nodded, going back to making his breakfast.

"Good job." I smiled, sitting down.

"Library?" He asked me after a while.

"Um, yes we're going to the library again." I said.

"Lou?" He asked.

"I think we'll see him today." I nodded.

"Beautiful leave Harry?" He asked.

"No, I'm not leaving you today." I smiled.

"Okay." He smiled, sitting across from me with his plate now.

"Good?" He asked after I started eating.

"Perfect." I nodded.

"Fire." I heard Harry say, causing me to look up and in the direction he was looking.

He left a dish towel on one of the oven burners.

Before I could yell, or jump up to put it out, Harry got up and walked over to it.

He reached into the flames and picked up the dish towel, casually waving it around until the flame died.

"You yell ouch when the wind blows, but you can reach into fire and not get burnt?" I asked skeptically, also in shock.

"Here." He said, nodding for me to come over to him.

I got up and walked over to him, watching him take a fork and hold it against the burner.

He held it for a while, waiting until it was hot.

Harry suddenly gripped my hand, pulling it forward and pressing the fork against the back of my hand.

"Ow!" I barked at him, jerking away and investigating my burnt skin.

He turned the burner off, setting the fork aside and stepping close to me.

I let him take my hand again, watching him bring it to his lips.

He gently kissed over the burn, the redness and pain fading away.

I felt myself blush as he looked at me, and slowly let go of my now healed hand.

He then frowned, reaching out to touch my cheek.

"Ouch?" He asked. "Fire ouch?"

"Oh, no, I'm not burnt there." I chuckled a little, blushing even more.

Harry stepped closer, cupping my face in his hands and kissing my cheek.

"No no, I'm okay." I said, trying to push him back as he moved to my other cheek.

The feeling of his lips on my skin wasn't helping my blush go away.

I tried to back away from him, my back hitting the wall after a few steps.

He leant back and looked over my face, seeming confused.

"Fire ouch." He said, touching my neck before he leant down and started kissing it.

"Harry, no, I-I'm okay, no ouch." I said, pushing on his chest.

I slipped out from between him and the wall, smiling at him in hopes of reassuring him.

"I'm okay." I nodded.

"Okay." He said, going back to the table.

-Later-
"That's it?" Louis asked after I told him about my date with Liam.

"What d'you mean?" I chuckled.

"You made out in his car, went back to his place, had pizza, then fell asleep. That sounds awfully boring." Louis said.

"Although I'm surprised that you let him kiss you. Very...bold of you." He smiled.

"Are you two dating?" Niall spoke up from where he sat at the other computer, listening to our conversation.

"No, not....exactly. I don't really know." I frowned.

I couldn't stop thinking about how I told Liam I'd see him around.

I was so worried about Harry I rushed away from my first date in ages.

Hopefully I hadn't screwed anything up.

Liam had my number, so if he wanted to see me again he'd call.

"Are you dating him?" Niall asked, pointing to Harry, who had wandered over to the children's section and was flipping through one of the pop-up books.

"No." I replied.

"Why?" Louis asked Niall.

"Just wondering. You come in here every day holding hands with him, but go on dates with that other guy." He said.

I turned and stared at him.

"Seems a little odd." Niall said, giving me a look.

"So do you." Louis said to him.

"Yeah? Well so does he. What's wrong with him?" Niall asked, pointing to Harry again.

"He's just special." I said, looking back at Harry.

He smiled and waved at me, and I waved back at him.

"Like, special needs special?" Niall asked.

"Yeah. So stop talking about him." Louis snapped.

"Whatever." Niall muttered, putting his earbuds in.

"Hey, if you're not interested in being with Harry, can I?" Louis asked after a brief silence.

I frowned. "Louis he can barely speak a proper sentence, and he isn't human. How on earth would you take him on a date?" I scoffed.

"I'll show you if you give me the chance. How about a double? You and Liam, me and Harry, Saturday night." Louis said.

"Absolutely not." I chuckled.

"C'mon, it'll be fun. I bet if he's treated right he could be really fun in the bedroom." He smirked.

"No, he's innocent, and pure. Don't make him....don't introduce him to that stuff." I said, shaking my head.

Of course, I didn't really know how innocent and pure Harry was.

"Zayn, look at him. He's gorgeous. If he's going to live here, he's eventually going to be flirted with, and touched and all of that. Better it be me than a stranger." Louis said.

"Better it be nobody. I'm not letting anyone do those things to him. He's my responsibility, he's by my side almost all the time." I said.

"So it should be you." Louis said quietly, staring at me.

I blinked.

"Pardon?"

"You should be the one to...show him love, and break his innocence." Louis smiled.

"No, even if I could do that, I wouldn't." I said.

"Why can't you?" He frowned.

"Cos....well for one, he's almost twice my size." I scoffed.

Louis raised his eyebrows.

"I-I meant...his body." I clarified, blushing.

"Didn't he say he chose you?" Louis frowned.

"Yeah, I'm not too sure what that was all about." I said quietly.

"Maybe he's going to break your innocence." Louis smirked. "Maybe he planned to crash in your back garden. What if he's been watching you? What if he wants you for his own but he just can't tell you? Or maybe he's trying to seduce you." Louis said.

I frowned at him. "You've certainly given this a lot of thought."

"How have you not?" Louis scoffed.

"I mean, what else could he have chosen you for?" He asked.

"Maybe to help him?" I shrugged.

"Help him what?" Louis frowned.

"Learn English? Or maybe...help him find his way back home?" I asked.

"If he wanted to go home he'd try. If he wanted to learn English, well...actually, he seems to have speaking pretty much covered. At least the basics. He wants you, Zayn." Louis said.

"He's chosen you for something. We just don't know what." He said, staring into my eyes.

I sighed, looking at Harry again.

What Louis was saying, at least the last part, definitely made sense.

I'd just have to wait to find out what Harry chose me for.

-Later-
"Good." Harry nodded, eating more of the chicken I pan fried for us.

This was his second plate.

"What's this called?" He asked as I put my plate in the sink.

I paused, realizing that once again, he spoke a proper sentence.

"It's chicken." I replied.

"I like it's chicken." He said.

"No, it's just called chicken." I said, looking at him.

"Oh." He said quietly.

"Um, where'd you come from? Why'd you come here, to me?" I asked, wondering if his full sentence streak would continue.

Harry smiled and got up, walking over to me.

He looked into my eyes, reaching down and pulling my shirt up.

I broke out in goosbumps as he pressed his large hand against my stomach.

"Special." He said.

I looked at his hand before I looked back up at him.

"What?" I frowned.

He smiled as he took his hand away.

"I don't understand." I said quietly.

"Happy." He smiled, hugging me.

"Okay." I said, hugging him back.

"Go finish your chicken before it gets cold." I chuckled.

"Okay." He said, going back to the table.

"I'll be right back." I told him, able to hear my phone ringing from the lounge.

I went and picked my phone up from the coffee table, answering it.

"Zayn? It's Liam." He said.

"Oh, hey." I said, surprised that he called me.

"What's up?" I asked casually.

"Well, um, I'm sort of stuck at work. I rode with my mate this morning and he left early." Liam said.

"Could you come get me?"

"Yeah, sure." I nodded.

"Thanks. I probably could've taken the bus or something but...I wanted to see you again." He said.

"Alright, I'm on my way." I smiled.

"Okay." He chuckled as he hung up.

"Harry?" I called, going back into the kitchen.

He looked up from his plate, smiling at me.

"Um, I have to go get Liam. Will you be okay here by yourself?" I asked.

"Beautiful leave?" Harry asked.

"Yeah, but I'll be back, okay?" I asked.

"No." He frowned.

"Ouch." Harry added, touching his chest where his heart was.

He looked at me with sad green eyes, and I instantly started shaking my head.

"No, you can come too. Okay? You come with me." I said.

He then grinned, getting up and walking over to me.

"C'mon." I smiled, leading him out of the kitchen.

After Harry and I put our shoes and coats back on, we went out to my car.

I convinced him to sit in the backseat, assuring him that I wouldn't be far away.

"Library?" He asked after I'd been driving for a while.

"No, we're going to get Liam from work." I said.

"Work." He repeated.

"Yeah." I said quietly.

"Liam?" Harry asked.

"Yes, Liam." I nodded.

"Liam take beautiful." Harry said.

"No." I answered, although Harry didn't ask a question.

"Danger." He said.

"No, he's safe." I said, shaking my head.

"He's okay." I said, hoping Harry understood.

He didn't respond, so I left it alone.

When we arrived at the home improvement store, Liam was outside waiting, and the store looked dark.

"Did you close early?" I asked as he got into the car.

"We did just for tonight. Usually we're open until later but, there was a....spill inside that may have been my fault." He said quietly.

"What'd you spill?" I grinned.

"I don't want to talk about it." He chuckled, looking at his lap.

"Spill." Harry said, causing Liam to flinch and look back at him.

"Oh, I didn't know that we had company." Liam said.

"Yeah...." I trailed off, not knowing how to explain.

"Thought we would....be alone." Liam said quieter, looking at me.

"Um, he's my roomate." I said.

"He lives with you?" Liam asked, raising his eyebrows. "I thought he was with Louis."

"Um....not exactly. But, he wanted to come along. I'm just driving you home, yeah?" I shrugged.

"Yeah, guess so." Liam chuckled.

I smiled slightly, pulling out of the parking lot.

"So, what's it like working in a strip club?" Liam asked Harry.

I bit my lip as Harry didn't answer.

"He um, doesn't talk much." I said after an awkward silence.

"A silent stripper." Liam chuckled.

"Why isn't he at work? Don't they go in at night?" Liam asked me.

"You're off work, right Harry?" I asked.

"Home, beautiful. Sleep." He said.

"You can sleep back there. Lay down." I said to him.

"No. Home." He said louder.

"We'll be home soon." I sighed.

"Is he alright?" Liam asked quietly, leaning closer to me.

"Yeah, he just...doesn't speak English that well. He's from, um, Finland." I lied.

"And he calls you beautiful?" He asked.

"Yeah." I nodded, looking at the road regardless of Liam staring at me.

"That's actually what my name means." I added, pulling into his driveway.

"Really?" Liam smiled.

"Yeah." I chuckled, looking at him.

"Home!" Harry suddenly yelled.

"Okay, we'll be home soon." I said, turning and giving him a look.

"Thanks for coming to get me." Liam said when I looked back at him.

"Yeah, no problem." I smiled.

"I'd ask if you wanted to come in but something tells me you need to get home." Liam chuckled.

"Yeah." I sighed.

Liam chuckled again, eventually looking in my eyes.

"I'll call you, yeah?" He asked softly.

"Mhmm." I hummed, nodding a little.

"Okay, I'll see you later." Liam said, not moving.

But we had gotten much closer to each other.

"Okay." I said under my breath, looking at his lips.

"Okay." He whispered before pressing his lips against mine.

"Okay." Harry spoke up, reaching between Liam and I, breaking us apart to turn the heat up.

I stared at Harry as he sat back in his seat.

"Cold." He smirked at me.

"Goodnight." Liam said, getting out of the car.

"Night." I said, barely able to get it out before he'd closed the car door and walked off.

"Home, beautiful." Harry said, snapping his fingers at me.

I rolled my eyes, and started driving back home.
