Let's start at the beginning.

48 hours before the murder of Minsik.

"Oh, Minsik!" Y/n said as Minsik your best friend walked through the door.

 "Hey" Minsik replies hugging you tightly. 

Just then Minsik spotted Wonjae sitting down in the kitchen.

 Minsik frowned on the inside. 

He hated Wonjae. 

Mostly because he knew Wonjae had a crush on you; but he couldn't compete with Minsik for Minsik was deeply in love with you. 

So much in love he was getting a little possessive. 

Then Wonjae said "Well, I'm gonna go now. I need to run a few errands. I'll be back tomorrow, ok Y/n."

 "Ok" Y/n replied merrily. 

Once Wonjae left Minsik asked if you wanted to go get something to eat, sense he knew you hadn't touched food sense yesterday.

 You happily agreed and both of you went down to the nearest restaurant that served vegetarian options because you were a vegetarian of course.

You both talked forever, whilst you ate your delicious meal.

 Soon enough you were both finished eating and you decided to go home. 

Right before you walked inside Minsik pulled you into a hug.

 You knew the boy had feelings for you that you couldn't return so you uncomfortably pulled away from his hug. 

His eyes looked hurt, and maybe even angry. 

Minsik then said "Can we have dinner tomorrow I wanna tell you something. I'll come to your house to get you."

 You then replied "Ok.".

You knew you would have to deny his feeling eventually, and tomorrow seemed like the right time. 

You then went inside your house. 

You stayed up late drinking wine to help yourself forget about how you will have to deny your best friends feelings tomorrow. 

You probably would have feel in love with Minsik, if it wasn't for Wonjae. 

You loved Wonjae.
