Wyatt is sitting in his office at Spencer Publications, he is doing double duty since Liam or his father never seem to be busy. Since he and Flo split up it's not like anything he has anything better to do at this time. As he is sitting at his desk there is a knock at his office door. Wyatt rolls his eyes thinking what else can possibly be thrown on his plate at this point. "Come in," Wyatt says in a professional tone. 

Lt. Baker enters, "Good afternoon Mr. Spencer, I have some big news for you." Wyatt raises his eyebrows as Lt. Baker continues, "We have just discovered that Dr. Reese Buckingham has been at the human trafficking business at lot longer then we thought."

"Ok," Wyatt says still very confused, "Why are you telling me this? Did you talk to my brother and sister in law yet?"

"Yes, I just left them at the hospital. They have some news for you too, but I will let them discuss that with you. When running DNA we discovered there was another match to Hope Logan in our database, a 7 year old boy in Arizona who is currently in foster care." Lt. Baker can already tell from the expression on Wyatt's face that he has already connected the dots. 

"My, m-my, my son?" Wyatt stutters. It feels like he has been punched in the gut. He can't begin to describe the overwhelming feeling of joy rushing through his body. 

"His name is Alex, he's on his way to LA as we speak. His flight should arrive at LAX in a couple of hours, if you want a ride I'm heading that way." Lt. Baker smiles. 

Wyatt can't contain his excitement any longer, "Let's go!" Wyatt squeals in delight, "I'll call Hope and Liam from the car."

Hope and Liam are pacing in the hallways at the hospital. "I can't believe this," Hope cries, "She is not my daughter." She looks over to Liam who is staring into nothingness. "Are you listening to me!" Hope screams at Liam. 

Liam turns his gaze to Hope, "I hear you! I'm trying to process this too!"

Hope's phone rings, she looks down and sees Wyatt's name, "They must have told Wyatt about Alex." Hope picks up the phone, "Hey Wyatt, I take it you've heard."

"I'm on my way to the airport right now! Are you coming?"

"I'm still at the hospital. I-I don't know if they told you but Beth is not mine and Liam's daughter"

Wyatt hears that bombshell of news and his heart breaks for Hope and Liam, "Hope...I'm so sorry. I can meet him and I'll bring him over to meet you and Liam later."

"Thank you," Hope says wiping away a tear, "I can't wait to meet him." As Liam listens to the conversation he can't help but feel a twinge of jealousy, knowing his brother has a child with his wife. Liam tries to push those feelings down for the moment, he can't quite figure out how to process everything that is going on at this moment. 

"Hope? Liam? What are you guys doing here?" Hope and Liam turn around to see Finn standing there. 

"Finn!" Hope says with a startle. She was hoping to not run into him, since she did not want Steffy and Thomas knowing what was going on just yet. 

"Is everyone ok?" Finn asks concerned. 

Before he can say anything the doctor who did the DNA testing comes back. "Mr. and Mrs. Spencer, again I'm so sorry. The case worker will be by later to gather her things." 

Finn's eyes widen in surprise. He can't believe what he's hearing, this must be what he overheard about DNA testing possible kidnapped victims. He never considered Liam and Hope being the parents. "I'm so sorry you guys." Finn says sincerely.   

"H-have you found a DNA match for Beth's biological parents yet?" Liam says with tears in his eyes. 

"We're running that now, but if her parents DNA isn't in any system it's going to take a while."
