"I'm home."

I took off my shoes, placing them on the shoe rack beside the door. I then grabbed a pair of grey house slippers, putting them on my feet before advancing through the house.

"Welcome home, Kuu!!" I heard my mother exclaim from the kitchen, sizzling sounds also being heard from the stove.

I walked through the kitchen, catching a glimpse of my parents together. "No, Honey~ It's like this~" My mother said sweetly, holding my father's hands as she helped him cut up some scallions. My father blushed and smiled back at her, happy to share this romantic moment with her.

I simply ignored it since they do this type of stuff almost every other minute, walking up to my room to change out of my uniform. I soon walked back into the kitchen, sitting down at the table to see dinner being served. The conversation was just between my parents until my father asked,

"So, how are your classes going, Kusuo?" I swallowed my bite of food before looking up at the two, both of them staring at me. "It's okay, I have good grades."

My mother smiled brightly, clasping her pale hands together with happiness. "That's great Kuu! Any plans for high school...?~" She asked in her usual sweet voice, obviously wanting to hear a certain answer.

"Yeah, I'm planning on going to a hero school." I said telepathically. My mom instantly dropped her chopsticks, gasping as she had sparkles in her eyes. My father had a similar reaction, a wide smile on his face.

My dad scooted closer to me, putting his arm around me as he said, "That's amazing! Y'know, your father always wanted to be a hero too. I'm glad my son will be able to do the things that I couldn't.."

"I can't believe our son is gonna be a hero!" Mom yelled out, tears of happiness flooding her eyes as she hugged my father. I'm the one that's gonna be a hero, why is nobody hugging me? Not that I want one or anything.

And is it really that serious?

The day has finally come. The dreaded training process..

Not for me, obviously, if that's what you were thinking. Aiura and Toritsuka kept bugging me about helping them train, and if I don't help them they won't stop asking.

"One... Two... ThrEe...!!" Toritsuka strained, his voice cracking mid-sentence. He was attempting to do push ups while I sat on his back. I flipped the page of my book, glancing down at him as I sucked on my lollipop.

"Seventeen more, Toritsuka." I said telepathically to the purple haired boy, causing him to sigh and flop to the floor. "Come on, this is the last rep, you can't give up now."

"I can't do it saiki!!" He yelled at me, his voice muffled as he face was pressed right against the floor. "Yes you can, you idiot. Now get up and finish your push ups, because I'm not rewinding your body." I said sternly.

Aiura dropped onto her feet from the pull up bar, leaning on the wall as she caught her breath. I gave her a simple thumbs up, making her smile and give me a thumbs up back. I felt my body lift up, looking down to see Toritsuka finally continuing the rest of his push ups.

I gave him a pat on his shoulder. "Good job."

"Aiura.. hah... How are you keeping up..?!" The purple haired boy asked, currently lagging behind as Aiura and I jogged in sync. We were a few months into training and I could see Aiura improve quite a lot, but not much from Toritsuka. "It's because I was already an athlete and fit before this training. You just sit on your ass and read porno magazines all day!" The girl snapped back at him, which caused him to angrily shut up because that is exactly what he does.

I rolled my eyes at their childish antics, looking around at the scenery as we jogged. We began to pass by the Takoba Municipal Beach Park, which was usually covered in trash but looked way cleaner than it usually did. I stopped my jogging to look around at the beach, hearing some grunting noises from afar.

"Someone's cleaning up the beach." I monotonously said. "If I don't finish this beach, I'll never be able to get All Might's power!" A familiar voice rang through my head.

It's that green haired boy from the sludge villain attack! How the hell do I keep running into this boy? Wait.. All Might's power?

Time to be nosy. I began to walk down the steps, walking one the Sandy surface of the beach and peeking around the heaps of broken appliances and trash. The two idiots followed me out of instinct, the three of us cartoonishly peeking from the side of a refrigerator to look at the boy.

"Come on, you got this!! Grrr...!!" The boy hyped himself up, picking a washing machine and hauling it over to a large pile of other trash. "This is what you guys should be doing." I said to the other two psychics.

"No we shouldn't!" They both whisper-yelled in unison, looking at me with shocked and slightly scared faces at the thought of moving all this trash. Kudos to this kid.

"Then come on, let's finish our run." I said, starting to jog back upstairs and to the sidewalk where he were originally jogging. They quickly followed me, Toritsuka sighing with disappointment.

I was still confused about what he was talking about when he said 'getting All Might's power'. Should I have stayed for longer and found out?

Eh. I bet I'll run into him again and find out then.

"Kuu, I have good news... I signed you up for the U.A entrance exams!!" My mother said, in which I looked up from my breakfast to look at her. "Mom, I was planning on enrolling in Shike-" "I can't believe my little Kuu is gonna be a hero!!" She squeezed me tightly as she kissed my forehead with lots of love, not even letting me get a word in.

Guess I'm going to U.A.
