Lily companied her mother Faniza to her car as it's late at night, they both stopped at their track once they had reached and looked at each other.

Faniza: Ok Lily, this is it. You will be fine, right?

Lily: Mom, for the millionth time, I will be fine, now be calm and go home, you need to take some rest, I will see you tomorrow.

Faniza: Ok, take care sweetie.

Faniza gave a warm hug to Lily and she did it in return, she hoped it her car and waved at her, before leaving the school and her there. Lily continuosly waved at her mother until she's completely disappeared from her vision.

Lily checked the time on her watch, it's half past eight, she had nothing to do with, Mia was the only choice for her to spend time with but she's not in the school unexpectedly. Sighing heavily, she made her way to go back to her room. As she walked past the canteen area, that's when someone called her out. She turned around and widened her eyes in surprised, someone she wasn't expecting at all.

Lily: Ka....Ka....Kahar?

It was Kahar, he was searching for her through out the whole school, he even knew her name without anyone's help. He was panting so much, to the point he was sweating like a washed cloth. He grinned and slowly walked toward her, arms were stuffed in his pocket while looking at her eyes deeply.

Lily: What are you doing here? And why are you sweating so much?

Kahar: Just chilling out, did some exercise, what about you?

Lily: Oh, I just dropped my Mom back to her car as she's leaving.

Kahar: Mom?

Lily: Oh, Puan Faniza is my mother, and I'm her daughter.

Kahar: ( murmures ) From my English teacher to my mother-in-law, what a coincidence.

Lily: Excuse me?

Kahar: Uh...um....I didn't know you're Puan Faniza's daughter at all.

Lily: Most of the students don't know actually.

Kahar was playing with his fingers as an awkward silent came between them, Lily on the other hand didn't know what to do or say, she was thinking of a way to have a company, that's when she got an idea while staring at him.

Lily: Uh....Kahar?

Kahar: Yes Lily.

Lily: Wait, how did you know my name? I didn't even tell you yet.

Kahar: Well, some students were talking about you, that's when I heard your name there, simple.

Only God knew how Kahar was trying to find a reason that made sense to avoid any suspicious, he actually got it from the principle office, like how Lily did to find Fakhri's phone number.

Lily: O....k.....by the way, are you free right now?

Kahar: Why?

Lily: Well, I have no one to be with me right now, so can you accompany me for tonight? Pleaseee......

Kahar looked away and whispered yes while clenched his fist, this was the perfect time for him to get even closer to her, he cleared his throat and answered her in a different way.

Kahar: Um...yeah, sure. Lead the way lady.

Lily: Thank you Kahar!!!

Lily smiled at Kahar before turning to walk, he grinned at her response and soon his body started to react against him, he calmed himself down before catching up on her.

Lily and Kahar were walking slowly together around the school in the middle of the night, he kept glancing at her side as he was thinking of a way to get closer to her. After so many thoughts in this mind, he asked something randomly to her.

Kahar: Lily, can I ask you something if you don't mind?

Lily: Sure, what is it?

Kahar: May I know the reason why you came to our school?

Lily: Well, I just finished my SPM and I got great results as I expected.

Kahar widened his eyes and faced fully to Lily.

Kahar: Wait, so you're older than me?!!!!

Lily: Hahaha, no, I will probably be in your age, or even younger.

Kahar: Wooo, you scared me there.

Lily: Why not? Is it for me to be older than you?

Kahar: No, not at all. Just wanted to confirm, you may continue.

Lily: I was waiting to be offered in a college but appearantly I can't, my father's working overseas and my brother's studying in another state not too far, and my mother is working here as an English teacher. So, to ignore those hard times of mine I decided to be relax for a while, by joining to this school as a caretaker, maybe like doing half of the work from Mr. Sin.

Kahar: It's good that you choose to stay in this school.

Lily: ( smiles ) And may I know why?

Kahar: ( murmures ) So I can win your heart, hehehehehe....

Lily: Why are you giggling?

Kahar: No, I just wanted to say you chose the best school in this whole Malaysia.

Lily: Only to some of us, but the things I have heard from my mom makes me a bit off.

Kahar: Why? What did your mom say?

Lily stopped her tracks and turned completely to face Kahar.

Kahar: Are you boys perhaps hiding from us that we didn't know about?

Kahar's facial expression suddenly changed, he never thought Lily could had the thought of him hiding something from this school, the fear of getting caught can now be seen in his sharp eyes.

Lily: Kahar, I'm asking you.

Kahar: Uh...uh.....why do you ask?

Lily: My mom told me everything happened in this school. Cases likes bullying, violence are still going on here, especially the upper forms. So, I was wondering if guys are doing something behind our backs.

Kahar: Ha....he...he...no, there are some students who might had did that, but that doesn't mean we all are bad.

Lily: Kahar, have you ever read a book called "The Lord Of Flies"?

Kahar: No, why do you ask?

Lily: That book is all about how everyone is capable of being evil. Just like these cases, they're capable of that, right?

Kahar: I....I....I don't know what to say.

Lily realised what she was talking about and slapped her forehead for interrogating Kahar too much.

Lily: Kahar, I'm sorry if I asked you too much, I'm just concerned about this.

Kahar: Haha, it's ok, you didn't do anything wrong.

Lily: I'm believing in you Kahar, I hope you won't go wrong.

Kahar took a step forward and bent to Lily's head.

Kahar: I will never go wrong, Cinta Hati.

Lily: Hahahaha, Cinta Hati?

Kahar: That's my new nickname for you. ( grins )

Lily: It does sound a bit cringe, but I like it.

Kahar: I'm glad you like it.

Lily: Kahar, can we sit for a while? My legs are paining from walking too much.

Kahar: Your legs are paining? Should I massage your legs? Should I carry you around? Should I rub some ointment on your legs?

Lily: Woah woah woah, slow down Kahar, it's not that painful, I just wanted to sit for a while.

Kahar: Are you sure?

Kahar's look suddenly changed to a worry face, he touched Lily's cheek and to see if she's really fine. She was touched by his care on her on their first meet alone, she smiled and grabbed his wrist to ease him.

Lily: I'm pretty sure, Kahar. I'm perfectly fine.

Kahar smiled sweetly to Lily and they found a place to sit for a while, she was looking around the area which was a dead silent, while he did the same until he spotted a locket on her neck.

Kahar: Interesting locket, where did you get it?

Lily: Oh, you mean this locket? My father gave it to me, he told me to not lose it no matter what.

Kahar: Hmmm, you said your father is working overseas right? Are you missing him right now?

Lily: It's more than you think Kahar, I've hardly see my father for few years, it's like he is distancing himself from me. I can't even recall the last time we met. But, I can't say he doesn't care about me, he always will. He will always do anything to make me happy, and I'll do somethings in return to make him happy and proud of me. You know how many times I have made him proud?

Kahar smiled bitterly from the mention of proud, like Lily, he tried to do something to make his father proud of him as well. But, all the things he can heard was.......

You are never going to improve your life if you keep doing like this, you are far better than your two brother!!! Such a burden in my whole family!!!!

Kahar controlled his emotions as he didn't want to show it in front of Lily, he smiled again and stared at her dreamily.

Lily: I will never make him go down, not even once Kahar.

Kahar: I can guess how much you love your father.

Lily: ( smiles ) Infinity.

Kahar: Hahahahahaha......

Lily felt her eyes were getting tired, and so do her. She can felt slepiness crept into her from the long hour talks, she yawned out loud and closed her mouth with her palm.

Lily: Ok Kahar, I'm feeling sleepy now, I need to go back home. See you tomorrow then.

Kahar: Wait, why don't I drop you there?

Lily: No you don't have to, plus I have made you walked and talked for so long.

Kahar: I'll do anything for you, even if you wanted to die.

Lily widened her eyes from Kahar's words, which he grinned softly at her.

Lily: Woah, I didn't expect that from you Kahar. Anyway, are you sure you can?

Kahar: I'm 100% sure, so shall we go?

Lily: Ok ok.

At the other side in the dormitory, Fakhri was looking at Lily's Whatsapp dp for a long time, he smiled dreamily and didn't take his eyes off from it. Ayam who was next to him noticed his smile and his focus on the phone, he slowly peeked in from behind to see, only to widen his eyes in shock and shouted.

Ayam: Aaaaaahhhhhh, a girl!!!!

Fakhri: Oi Ayam, what's your problem?

Ayam: Are you staring at a girl's pic right now?

Fakhri: Not just a girl, but a beautiful girl.

Ayam: What do you mean?

Fakhri: She was the girl who we saw back at the canteen.

Ayam: You mean Lily, Puan Faniza's daughter?

Fakhri: Yup, that's her.

Ayam: Hey, that reminds me, what did she want to talk to you there?

Fakhri: Lily saw my video of fighting with some guys, she called me to ask the reason behind it, so we're casually talking alone there without anyone's eyes on us.

Ayam: Oh, so you had enjoyed talking to her right? If I had known earlier, I would had left everything just to see her, it's worth to see her after all.

A small pang hit on both Fakhri and Ayam, for Fakhri cause Ayam had an affection toward Lily, and for Ayam cause he missed the opportunity to talk to her instead of Fakhri.

Fakhri: It's your loss, I have asked you to accompany with me, but you refused.

Ayam: Fakhri, I doubt if you really want me to accompany you to talk to Lily, don't act like an innocent to me.

Fakhri: What do you mean? How can I think like that?

Fakhri chuckled nervously and looked away, hissed in embarrasment.

Fakhri: How did this guy know?

Ayam: I can't be fooled that easily Fakhri, and you know that.

Fakhri: Whatever, it was really nice to meet someone like Lily.

Ayam: Hmm, you seemed to be smiling a lot lately.

Only god knew how rare Fakhri would smiled a lot, from the trauma he had when he was a child, he even left his own mother and his older brother Naim just for his father. After that, Naim and Fakhri's relationship was getting more distanced, but it was getting a bit complicated as now they were studying in the same school.

Fakhri: Hey Ayam, I was just reminded, why Lily came here to our school, despite knowing it's a boys school?

Ayam: Just like her mother, Lily wanted to know what kind of secrets are hiding in our school, they are high chances that she will soon find out many of it, as I have heard she's a smart and intelligent girl.

Fakhri: ( smiles ) Anything? Even that High Council?

Ayam: Well, I can't exclude that as well.

Fakhri smirked dreamily and he quickly lied on his bed, with his hands behind his head.

Fakhri: At first, I thought I was the only one to stop that High Council, but I guess I'm not alone in this anymore.

Ayam: So you're saying Lily is helping you without her knowledge?

Fakhri smirked at Ayam again knowingly what he was thinking about, minute by minute his mind started to fill with only Lily's face.

After walking for several minutes, Kahar and Lily finally reached to her respective room, she turned back to face him and a smile plastered on her lips widely.

Lily: Kahar, I can't thank you enough for being with me tonight.

Kahar: ( murmures ) Well, that credit goes to my good luck.

Lily: What was that?

Kahar: Oh, I meant you don't have to, I'm just doing my job.

Lily: Well, I guess I'll see you tomorrow then.

Kahar was bit disappointed as his time with Lily was over, he wanted to extend it more to get closer to her, but the only thing he could do right now was to hope that it happened.

Lily: Kahar!!!

Kahar was about to walk away when Lily called him out all of a sudden, he immediately turned back with a force, almost straining his neck.

Kahar: Yes, do you need something?

Lily stayed silent for a bit, until out of the blue she placed her head on his chest and hugged him tightly, his flustered look and his redden face was clearly not helping him to calm down from her sudden act, his body started to react against it instantly.

He looked down to her who was hugging him tightly like she didn't want to let him go. He smiled widely and patted her head gently, rubbing her shoulder to return her gesture.

Lily: I'm so glad I came to know you Kahar, hope we can get to know more soon.

Kahar: Me too, I won't let you go anywhere Lily.

Lily heard Kahar's rapid heartbeat, loud enough to move her head a bit from the beat, she stepped back and waved at him with a sweet smile.

Lily: Good night Kahar.

Lily immediately went inside her room, before leaning on the door and smiled widely. Kahar on the other hand grinned dreamily as he realised, they became even closer than he thought.

The journey of Lily and the boys had started already.

Kahar: Good night, Cinta Hati.
