Lily: I actually have been getting tired lately, that's why I felt dizzy out of the blue.

Mia: I told you before, don't stress yourself just to look after this school, and now you're harming yourself.

Lily MV: It's been there since I had that trauma.

Mia: Lily, you have to take care of yourself more, I do know work is important, but our health is more important than anything else.

Lily: I know I know, I'm just got caught up with it.

Mia: Anyway, I hope you're not hiding anything from me, because if you do, I will kill you.

With that said, Mia walked away from the spot, leaving Lily alone on the bench, she smiled sadly and looked away.

Lily: You don't have to kill me Mia, because I'm dying everyday inside. You will never know the last day of mine.

On the other side, Puan Faniza was sitting on her place, relaxing from the classes she had.

Faniza: I wonder what Lily is doing right now.

Faniza picked up her phone and was about to call Lily, when she noticed the date and time.

Faniza: Wait, it's already today?!! How come I didn't know that?!!

Faniza was kind of shocked that she forgot to do a particular thing for today.

Faniza: Damn it, it's getting late, I need to inform to Lily now.

Meanwhile, Lily went back to her room and sat on her bed for a while. She looked around for a second before she laid on her bed, she could still felt it, her condition was getting worse. Everyone except her family wasn't aware of the her condition, they might be acting like happy people outside, however they still can't ignore the fact that........

Faniza: Lily!!!!

Lily turned her head to find her mother standing at the doorway.

Lily: Mom, what are you doing here? I thought you're at your work.

Faniza: I'm in work, but have you forgotten what day is today?

Lily: What is it today?

Faniza tried to hold back her tears as she couldn't tell it directly with her mouth.

Faniza: Your..........condition......you need to go to hospital today..... today's your check up.........

Lily took a second to collect herself until she realized, she had to go to hospital today as the date and time given for her check up.

Lily: I....I totally forgot about that Mom.

Faniza: It's fine, we still have time, we can go to hospital now.

Lily: Now?! Are you serious?!

Faniza: Then when else should we go? Lily, this is about your life, you can't simply ignore it, I don't want to lose my precious daughter.

Faniza was in the edge of break down in tears, her eyes were clearly telling the fear of losing her daughter. Lily can't control herself from breaking down as well, she knew she had to fight back no matter what.

Lily: All right Mom, let's go.

Faniza nodded her head and held Lily's hand to go to the hospital for her check up. She put her work half in leave for today as she had to look after her daughter.

Lily: Mom, should we not tell this to anyone here?

Faniza: No Lily, they would take any advantage on you for that, just don't tell them.

As Faniza and Lily were about to get into the parking area, they bumped into Fakhri and Prakash who were roaming around the school.

Faniza: Ohh, it's you two.........

Prakash: Good morning ma'am, is there anything we could do?

Fakhri and Prakash noticed the unusual behavior of Lily as she looked pale.

Faniza: Ummm....I don't know if I should ask this but.......can you both accompany me and Lily to go outside?

Lily: Mom!!

Faniza: Be quiet!!

Fakhri: Right now? We have classes to attend.

Faniza: I will contact to the teachers that you are with me outside, I really need the help from both of you, please......

Fakhri and Prakash looked at each other, before nodding their heads to Faniza.

Prakash: Ok teacher, we will come with you.

Fakhri: Me too.

Faniza: Oh thank you so much boys, I really appreciate it.

Lily: Mom, do we have to? Don't bother them.

Faniza: Lily, I can't help myself, they need to know the truth.

Lily: What?! Are you kidding me right now?!!

Fakhri: Teacher.......is everything ok?

Faniza: Nothing Fakhri, I just want to take my daughter to........( looks at Lily ) to the hospital.

Fakhri and Prakash started to get worried when Faniza mentioned hospital.

Prakash: Hospital?! What happened?!

Faniza: Nothing Prakash, just....Lily has a check up to do........so........

Fakhri: Check up?!

Fakhri and Prakash shockingly looked at Lily who was avoiding their gaze at her.

Faniza: Yeah....Lily has a health problem for several years so.....

Lily: Mom!!! Don't tell them!!! I have told you to........

Out of nowhere, Lily suddenly felt a sharp pain coming from her chest, she grabbed tight on her chest and started to feel dizzy. Faniza held her back from falling, Fakhri and Prakash were panicked to see her sudden encounter.

Faniza: Lily!!!! What's the matter??!!! Can you hear me?!!!

Lily can't say anything as her pain taking over her body, she felt shortness of breath and her consciousness begun to decrease to nothing. She felt her heartbeat was getting ever weaker than ever.

Fakhri: Lily!!! Wake up!!!

Prakash: Lily!!!

Faniza: Fakhri!!! Prakash!!! Bring Lily to my car now!!!!

Fakhri and Prakash held Lily tight on their shoulders, Faniza immediately went to her car and started the engine, she started to cry as her daughter's condition had came back again after a while.

At the hospital, Lily was in the emergency room, doctors and nurses were walking back and forth at the ward. Faniza was crying silently on her place, while Fakhri and Prakash wondering around the corridor, they were confused as the sudden outcome from Lily.

Prakash: Fakhri, what is going here?

Fakhri: I don't know, tapi kenapa dengan Lily? Dia tak sihat ke?

Prakash: I have no idea, she might be tired, I'm sure she'll be fine.

Poor boys, they had no idea as another truth was about to show in front of them, which Lily and Faniza were not supposed to tell anyone. Just then, one of the doctor came out from the ward and sighed, Faniza stood up from the place and went toward her daughter, along with Fakhri and Prakash behind her.

Faniza: Doctor, how is my daughter doing?! Is she fine?

Doctor: Don't worry, she's fine for now.

They all let out a relieved breath when they came to know Lily was fine, but unfortunately it didn't last long.

Doctor: But....can you come to my room, Ms. Faniza?

The doctor walked past them and went back to her room, Faniza confusingly went behind the doctor, while Fakhri and Prakash went behind her as well with no idea what was going on.

In the doctor's room........

The doctor was checking Lily's report, she really wanted to tell the truth to them but she couldn't as she scare that they might broke down. The doctor sighed again before closing the file.

Faniza: Doctor, is......is everything ok?

The doctor looked at Faniza, then looked at Fakhri and Prakash who were standing beside them.

Doctor: Who are they?

Faniza: They are my students from my school, they're also friends with Lily.

Doctor: Ok..........

The doctor went back to silent again as she had no idea how to start.

Faniza: Doctor, why are you being so silent?

Doctor: Ms. Faniza, I don't know if I could tell this to you.........how many times Lily had this attack?

Faniza: Maybe like 3 to 4 times......

Fakhri and Prakash looked at each other in confusion before looking back at the doctor.

Doctor: Did she stress herself often?

Fakhri: Ummm... sometimes.......when she was at the school.......

Doctor: Ok.......

Prakash: Doctor, Lily is fine right? She won't have any danger right?

Doctor: I really wished to say yes, but no, her condition is getting worse.

Faniza started to break down little by little with tears on her eyes. Fakhri and Prakash started to get worried about the doctor's words.

Fakhri: What do you mean, doctor? We don't understand.

Doctor: Oh, so these boys didn't know about Lily's condition yet......

Faniza: Yes doctor...... they didn't know.........

Doctor: Boys, I'm sorry to say this but...........

Prakash: But what doctor?! Tell us!!

Doctor: Lily has less time to live now, she has an injured heart which is becoming weak day by day, and now she is in the peak of death.
