Lily was walking around the school for a while after watching the video that was sent by her friend, she was astonished by how that boy in the video can fought someone like that, she was quite impressed and confused at the same time. She didn't know the purpose of the video hence she passed it as it's only a waste of time.

Lily looked around the school when the classes were going on, she walked down to the schoolyard area where she saw a group of boys at a table.

Lily: What are they doing out here when the class is going on?

Lily can't just ignore to the fact that the boys were skipping classes, she had no other choice but to confront in front of them, she slowly walked toward them while observing them closely. She could tell that they must be Form 5 students, she didn't know how to start the conversation, one of the boy was showing his back while talking to his friend. She slowly tapped his shoulder and called him out.

Lily: Excuse me!

The boy turned around and he saw something he would never regret, he was shocked to see a beautiful girl standing in front of him, despite had no idea what was a girl doing in a boys school. On the other hand, Lily was waiting for his response but all she got was a dead silence and the boys's gazes, she looked at his badge and read his name on his chest.

Lily: Kahar..........nice name........

When Lily called out Kahar's name, he felt a bolt of lightning striked into his body, as he felt someone tried to control his mind. He was trying to response before she did.

Lily: What are you boys doing outside here? Don't you have any classes?

Kahar: Uh......uh......it's.....uh........

Zahrin: Hi, I'm Zahrin, nice to meet you.

Lily: Hello! Uh.....are you guys Form 5 batch?

Hakeem: Yes yes, we are, and my name is Hakeem.

Lily: ( smiles ) It's good to know. Anyway, where was I?.....Ah, are you guys perhaps skipping classes?

Zahrin: No way, we were about to go now, we're just too buys on discussing about something.

Lily: You can discuss anytime you want, but not for classes. You should go now, ok? Thank you.

Lily smiled one more time before turning her back to leave, that one smile was enough to melt the boys's hearts, everyone was smiling at her when Kahar was staring at her without a single word.

Hakeem: Kahar! Kahar!! Kahar!!!

Kahar: Ah!! Ah, what?!

Hakeem: She has left, what's up with you?

Kahar: Who....who's that girl?

Zahrin: I don't know, but she's not like a new student here.

Kahar smiled widely when he started to fix his hair gently.

Zahrin: Why are you smiling?

Kahar: Nothing, just a....new feeling crept inside me........

Hakeem: What are you talking about?

Kahar: Eh, I need to know that girl, I want to see her now!!!

Zahrin: Kahar, relax. Let's go find her at the recess time, but now let's head back to class.

Hakeem: He's right, let's go before Mr. Sin sees us here.

Zahrin and Hakeem left from the place to go back to their class when Kahar was still looking at the direction where Lily left, he smiled too much to the point his cheeks started to get hurt.

Kahar: I will find you girl..........



Lily just reached to the canteen area after talking to Kahar and his friends, she looked around the place and surprised that it was neat and clean. She was about to go somewhere else when a someone called her out.

???: Hello there, are you new here?

Lily stopped her steps and turned back to see a young lady inside the canteen, she smiled and walked toward her.

Lily: Yes I'm, but I'm not the new student here.

???: Oh, then who are you?

Lily: I'm Lily, Puan Faniza's daughter.

???: So you're the girl the headmaster talked about? What a lovely moment to see you here.

Lily: Wait, do you know me?

???: No, I'm just meeting you now, but I heard from my father that one of the teacher's daughter will be in charge to take care of our school, that's all I know.

Lily: Oh, all right. So, you are.......

Mia: Oh, silly me for not introducing myself, I'm Mia, and I'm in charge of this school canteen.

Lily: Hi Mia, it's nice to meet you.

Mia: Me too, so....friends?

Mia offered a handshake to Lily with a warm smile, she started to like her a lot from their first meet itself.

Lily: All right, friends. ( shakes her hand and smiles )

Mia: Are you free now? We can talk for a while.

Lily: Sure, why not?



Lily and Mia started to develop their friendship after a couple of minutes, they started to feel so comfortable to each other, they chatted happily and laughed at their silly moments, they were talking as if they knew each other for so many years.

Lily: Seriously? How come they did that to you?

Mia: It's just a coincidence, I didn't expect it would happen to me like that.

Lily and Mia became silent all of a sudden after chatting happily.

Mia: So Lily, why are you going to stay at this school?

Lily: Well, to take some time off from my hard times........I had finished my SPM and the result was extraordinary, but I can't find a college to further my studies.

Mia: Are you kidding me? How come you can't find a college when your result was great?

Lily: Maybe it's due to the situation, it's clearly not helping us so I wanted to do some other things than just sitting at home for the whole day.

Mia: So......are you going to stay here forever?

Lily: Hahaha, absolutely not, I will leave here once I found a college for myself.

Mia: Ha, thank god, I thought you're going to stay here forever unlike me trying to get out of here.

Lily: You what?

Mia: Oh....um, actually, I really wanted to get out from this school.

Lily: Why? Is there any problem?

Mia: I was also like you, finished my SPM and the result was quite moderated, but I'm finding a way to further my studies. At the same time, my father is being a burden to me.

Lily: Your father?

Mia: Ya, I have to work for him most of the time when I don't want to.

Just then, Mia's father called her out help him do something.

Mia: See that? I can't be spared even for a second.

Lily: It's ok, you have me now, I will help you anytime you want.

Mia: ( smiles ) I will, and by the way this is my phone number, be sure to call me when you're free.

Mia quickly gave her phone number to Lily and rushed off to help her father, she smiled and pulled out her phone to save her number as her bestie. Her first day in this school has gain a new friend to her, she left the canteen area to go back to her room, but the only things she didn't know how much she was going to see here in this school.



Puan Faniza came back to her office with a pile of notebooks on her hands, she put down her things on the table and saw Mr. Sin reading a book.

Faniza: Mr. Sin, you're here.

Mr. Sin: Oh, Puan Faniza, I didn't notice you there.

Faniza: Is everything ok? You looked a bit tensed.

Mr. Sin: It's the usual thing in our school, I have no words to express how guilty I am.

Faniza: Mr. Sin, you don't have to be guilty, we have not been giving more attention to our students that leads to a numerous problems here, we'll find a way to solve these.

Mr. Sin: Anyway, has your daughter arrived at our school?

Faniza: Yes, I sent her to her new decorated room which is near the principle's office, I'm feeling a bit calm but off at the same time.

Mr. Sin: Puan Faniza, I do know how smart your daughter, you don't need to worry about her, cause the one thing you need to worry about is the hidden secrets in our school.

Faniza: ( sighs ) I'm really hoping nothing goes wrong, Mr. Sin. Plus, I don't want to give any pressure to my daughter here.

Mr. Sin: Everything will be fine, Puan Faniza. You have to trust your daughter, that's all.

Faniza nodded her head and continued to do her work, no one really knew how much trust she had on her daughter, but what Lily had to do was to save her mother's trust and words.



After a while, it's recess time. Lily was standing next to Mia who was ready to serve foods for the students.

Lily: Isn't this a bit tiring Mia?

Mia: What is it?

Lily: You know, standing for the whole day, serving foods for every students here, you must be tired from this.

Mia: Well, I can't deny that, but I had to do this for my father, ughhh.......

Lily: But I can help if you want.

Mia: No Lily, I'm not going to let you work here on your first day, so keep quiet and stand next to me.

Lily: Jeez, you're being so strict.

Mia: Only to people who I love.

Lily and Mia laughed along for saying such a cheesy line, the school bell rang and a some students had approached to the canteen.

Mia: It's about time, watch me how I serve to them.

Lily: Hmm...ok.

The students approached with the trays in their hands, Mia served foods one by one carefully, but they didn't miss to see Lily who was standing next to her, they kept staring at her for a long time until Mia noticed their weird stares.

Mia: Well, looks like you're becoming famous in this one day.

Lily: Shut up Mia!

Mia: ( laughs ) What? I'm just telling the truth.

Naim: Hello Mia, how are you?

It was appearantly Naim's turn to pick up his food.

Mia: Hey Naim, I'm good, how are you?

Naim: I'm fine to......

Naim's mouth suddenly shut when he saw Lily, the girl he met with Puan Faniza with morning. He was awestruck by her beauty and kept staring at her, until Mia called him out for a few times.

Mia: Naim! Naim!! Are you dreaming or what?

Naim: Oh...uh......by the way, who is that girl?

Mia: Oh, she's Lily, Puan Faniza's daughter and also my new best friend.

Naim: ( smiles ) Lily.........

Mia: Um, Lily, this is Naim, my friend and he is a prefect, as you can see how he dressed up.

Lily: Oh, Naim. Nice to meet you.

Lily gave a warm smile to Naim, enough to crush his whole heart by her sweetness. Mia gave a doubtful look as he was behaving differently to Lily.

Mia: Ummm.....Naim, you can go now, the other students are waiting.

Naim: Oh, ya, sorry, see you soon Mia and........Lily......

Naim smiled once again to Lily and left to take a seat. Mia sighed and looked at Lily who raises her eyebrow in confusion.

Mia: Don't mind him, he's crazy.

The rest of the time was serving the food to the students until it's finished, Mia put down the spoon anf sighed heavily as her work for the recess time done.

Mia: Woooh, that's a lot of work.

Lily: I never thought you could work so hard just for this.

Mia: I know right? So tiring.

Lily looked at the students who were having their meal silently, when she spot someone familiar at the corner. Two boys were silently giggling for something she can't hear, until one of the boy noticed Lily's gaze.

???: Ayam, what are you looking at?

Ayam: Who is that girl? She looks so new.

The boy turned to the direction where Ayam was looking at, he spot a beautiful girl staring at him deeply without caring about anything. He gulped and avoided her gaze as his face started to get redden.

Ayam: Woooow, she might be the most beautiful girl I have ever seen.

???: Zip it and eat your food.

Lily: I can't help but to confront him anyway.

Lily decided to talk to that boy who was avoiding her gaze for a while ago, Mia saw her walking toward a boy, she called her so many times but she didn't hear her. She stood in front of you that made both the boys flustered.

Lily: Do I know you....Mr..?

Lily looked at the boy's nametag and read his name.

Lily: Fakhri?

Fakhri's face reddened even more when she called out his name, he gulped so many times as he didn't know how to reply. She did notice his nervousness hence she didn't want to disturb him for now.

Lily: I know I'm disturbing you, plus you look a bit nervous. It's ok, by the time you finished your meal, meet me at the principle office's front door. I will be waiting there for you Fakhri.

Lily said what she had to before smiling at Fakhri, which made his heartbeat went up rapidly, he touched his chest and tried to control his rapid heartbeat from going too high.

Ayam: Oh ho......she's calling you out for a date.

Fakhri: Oi, I don't know that girl, but's she calling me to meet her.

Ayam: Then go ahead, she said she's waiting for you there.

Fakhri had never been so nervous before, as he never talked to a woman other than his mother in his entire life. He slowly looked at the direction where Lily went by.

Fakhri: ( murmures ) I hope she won't say I Love You to me at my first day here. ( gulps )

At the other corner, Naim was witnessing the whole scene in front of his eyes, he was tapping the ground so many and clenched his jaws from a feeling that he can't tell properly. Amir noticed his behaviour and chuckled slightly.

Amir: Seems like you got a competition already, Naim.

Ignoring the dead glare Naim was giving to Amir, he smiled and enjoyed eating his food when he felt something burning next to him.
