Liverpool 5-0 Huddersfield

We've got a kit for next season (I forgot last time) I immediately liked it and I can't wait to see the other kits. I'm not sure why people are so keen on the keeper kit, it's just fine to me, must be the lad in it.

Andy Robertson, Virgil Van Dijk, Trent Alexander Arnold and Sadio Mane made PFA team of the year! While Mo Salah got to go to New York for his Time 100 place.

Our u18s won the Youth FA cup against Man City on their ground, 1-1 thanks to Bobby Duncan and 5-3 on penalties, our first since 2007.

United are utter shite, aren't they? Managed 1 shot on target again. It's down to Burnley or Leicester.

We're doing everything to keep the pressure on.

Scoring 15 seconds into the match for example. And City's had us turn off matches fast. I genuinely looked up at the clock to see if it was close to Shane Long's 9 seconds. Keita chases the ball down really well but it's poor from the Terriers' defence, the Guinean plays a 1-2 with Salah and fires it past the keeper into the far right corner.

After that Huddersfield actually tried to play football. They had some chances and corners, it was good for them to have something to cheer.

Van Dijk intercepts the ball and drives forward before playing in Robertson down the left. The second I said go on lad, he passed the ball. Robertson whips in a perfect ball and it's onto the head of Sadio Mane who makes a great run between two defenders, leaps and heads home.

It was just cruise control after that.

Henderson has just blazed one over the bar. The captain led the charge up the field with the ball and played it to Robertson, the left-back stings a low cross into Salah and it's deflected out to Henderson who shoots into the stands. He's really taken to attacking, hasn't he?

In the extra minute we got number 3. The pass over the top from Trent is perfect and Salah bursts through, the keeper comes out to claim it but he just lobs it over him into the back of the net. It was so good we didn't really cheer it.

Virgil van Dijk went down injured, to the gasps of the Anfield crowd. Huddersfield player landed on his foot. He's fine!

Sensational cross from Trent who finds Sturridge and an excellent finish but the striker is just offside. Studge kinda tried to argue it a bit but yeah he's offside, next one.

Bacuna has just hammered one at Alisson's goal. It required a good stop. They've had some good moments.

A superb header from Sadio Mane after a Jordan Henderson cross was number 4. It's floated towards the far post and the Senegalese puts a lot of power into the header to direct it into the far left corner past Lossl.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain came on for Daniel Sturridge and Xherdan Shaqiri came on for Gini Wijnaldum. Dead exciting to see AOC back, looks like he's never been away. Cheering his every moment, the keeper should've gotten out the way of his shot but he still smiled t get the chance.

Shaqiri fires in a cross to the back post and it looks perfect as Mane rises and meets it but it hits the post and bounces straight back into play and it's cleared by the Huddersfield defence. So close to a header hattrick.

Another assist for Andy Robertson and another goal for Mohamed Salah. Shaqiri played a good ball between the defence for the left-back to get onto and he stings one across into Salah who taps it home and he is delighted. Did some more Yoga, a pose I can do.

Gomez came on for TAA, great to see him continue to come back.

In the 3 extra minutes we wanted 6 but it didn't come.

91 points! Back to the top yet again. 2 games to go.

Next up Barcalona away in the Champion's League, Wednesday, 1st May 2019, 20:00.

What a distraction to have?! I don't know how I feel about it since we've got to do it and City haven't and all that. Also May already?!
