Chapter 37

Yang Yuteng  forwarded his schedule  to Sam. Even though he didn’t know what he had planned, he knew, Sam wasn’t going to hurt him.

After seeing YU itinerary, Sam asked Richard to find out YU's flight number straight away. He then walked over to Lin corp’s giant floor-to-ceiling window and gave YU a call,

"Baby…"

"Uh?" YU gave a simple reply as he lowered his head; Vivian was still in the car and he couldn’t completely trust her yet, so she had to be careful. Upon hearing Sam calling him he felt a gush of warmth.

"I have asked Richard to upgrade your economy class tickets to first class, will that cause you any inconvenience?" Sam had to make sure because he was afraid it might affect YU– what if he had something planned?

"Of course not," YU understood why Sam had asked and was touched by his consideration.

Originally, he was supposed to sit in the same row as Jake and Chris on the plane tomorrow, but he could already imagine Jake wasn’t going to just sit quietly.

With Sam’s arrangements, he could now rest peacefully on the plane. However, was he the only one that got the upgrade? What about Evan …

"In that case, let’s chat about it when you get home."

"Wait…" YU called

Sam could sense the hesitation in his voice and could also tell it wasn’t convenient for him to talk, so he responded, "If it’s inconvenient to talk, send me a message instead."

"OK," YU nodded as he hung up the phone. Immediately afterwards, she messaged him her concerns. He told him he couldn’t completely trust Vivian, but since Vivian had decided to follow him, he couldn’t treat her differently to  in case it would make her disheartened.

Sam read his concerns as the corners of his lips curved to an attractive angle. Even though Yang Yuteng’s thoughts were comprehensive, he still lacked the ability to look at a situation as a whole.

Sam completely made up for his weaknesses, that’s why the couple matched so well – he was the one capable of pointing him in the right direction as well as helping him make decisions.

"Relax and take a gamble. Even though Evan is loyal, there is a limit to his abilities. On the other hand, although Vivianq has a lot of faults, she still has a history of managing some very famous artists – she is more capable than Evan in all aspects. Don’t forget, we have everything about Vivian in the palm of our hands. Even if we lose our bet, the worst that could happen is that we gain nothing."

"I understand, hubby…" YU saw Sam’s reply and immediately calmed down as he relaxed his entire body.

"I’ve already upgraded for the both of them, don’t worry…"

YU knew all along, his husband was like a king who had full grasp of how to use his power. How could he have not already considered this small matter?

Late at night, YU was packing his luggage inside his wardrobe. However, he noticed Sam had also prepared some luggage in his wardrobe. So, out of curiosity, she headed into the study room to question him,

"Sam, do you also have to fly out for business?"

"Yep, my flight is tomorrow," Sam nodded but he looked extremely busy.

YU was afraid she would interfere with his work, so he stopped asking further, thinking Sam would eventually explain to him when it was time to go to bed.
However, it seemed, Sam ended up working through the night and leaving for work early in the morning. YU looked at the note he left for him and assumed he had something urgent to deal with at work.

He decided he would report to him after he landed on England s - he did not doubt his whereabouts whatsoever.

Nice and early, Vivian was waiting outside the gates of Mountain Peak. Seeing YU hadn't mentioned his relationship with Sam Lin to Vivian, Evan decided to stay quiet; he just promptly helped YU load his luggage into the boot of the car. The three quickly arrived at the airport to meet up with Chris Wu and the others.

Because it was still early, there weren’t many people at the airport. Without any cares, Chris and Jake held hands in front of Yang Yuteng. Jake looked provokingly at Yang Yuteng.

"Evan, go and collect our boarding passes," Chris ordered.

"Why do I have to go?" Evan knew in his heart, he was at odds with Chris, so he was deliberately causing trouble for him.

"Evan, go ahead…" Yang Yuteng said as he gave Evan a look. Evan was stunned for a moment, before he understood, "OK, wait here, I’ll be right back."

Jake and his assistant glanced at each other. Looks like they had someone to handle their luggage over the next few days…

However, never would they have imagined, when Evan returned…he had only collected 3 boarding passes.

"Evan Luo what is the meaning of this?" Jake questioned.

"I am Yang Yuteng assistant. I’m sorry, but my salary comes from Yang Yuteng not from WU Entertainment, so…why do I need to collect for you? Don’t you have your own assistant?" Evan reasoned, making Jake and his assistant so angry they gritted their teeth.

Chris looked at Yang Yuteng, but Yang Yuteng pretended not to see him as he put on his sunglasses and turned away.

8:20am. The boarding time had arrived.

Because Yang Yuteng had come across a few fans that recognized him asking for autographs, he was delayed by a few minutes.

Chris and Jake boarded the plane first, while Yang Yuteng fell behind. The three of them were originally meant to sit in the same row, but.....

…While Jake wrapped his arms around Chris, waiting to see Yang Yuteng’s reaction, he noticed Yang Yuteng walk right past them. So, Jake kindly reminded him,

"Yang Yuteng , your seat is here."

Yang Yuteng took one look at the two, calmly turned around and simply said,

"I am in First Class."

Evan , who was following closely behind Yang Yuteng , burst out laughing. He then waved the boarding pass in his hand as he spoke,

"I’m sorry, we are also in First Class. Enjoy your time in Economy…"

Vivian had only just realized she’d been upgraded after boarding the plane.  This was the first time, as an artist’s manager, she was being treated better than the agency’s CEO!
