◃Summer Camp Day 3▸

"Ow! WHAT THE HELL, DUNCE FACE?!" Kacchan 'whispered' as Denki fell onto him, waking him up.

"I'm sorry! I just got really spooked from Izuku!"

"What? What do you-"

"Hey there Kacchan, how was your sleep?" I asked with an innocent smile.

"Holy shit, it's too early for this," he grumbled. "Why the fuck are you dangling from the roof at 5 in the morning?"

"Shota got mad at me and said he wanted to sleep too, so he hung me up here with his scarf. Surprisingly comfortable."

"Why are you guys already awake?" Shinso asked as he stretched and sat up. His tired eyes landed on me. He rubbed them and then blinked. "Oh."

"How long have you been up there?" Shoto asked from where he was suddenly standing behind Shinso, making him flinch.

"About 3 hours now I think. I tried going to sleep at the same time as everyone else, I really did! I ended up sleeping but woke up 2 hours later and started playing with my things."

"Mon ami, why are we talking so early?" Aoyama asked through a yawn as he looked at our group.

"Sorry, did we wake you?" Kaminari asked.

"I think Bakugo woke everyone in the camp up," Tokoyami replied.

"Well excuse me! I wasn't expecting for someone to fall on me while I slept!"

"Why are you all up?" Shota asked from the doorway with a sigh.

"Denki fell on Katsuki when he saw Izuku and then Katsuki woke everyone up," Hitoshi explained through a yawn.

"So really, this is your own fault Shota," I nodded with a grin at how smart I was.

"Problem child, you will never understand the feeling of seeing you asleep at 11 only to walk past at 2 after extra classes to see you awake and working."

"Of course I won't, I can't walk past myself, now can I? Unless..."

He gave a dramatic sigh as he walked over and undid his scarf. "Since you're all up, you can do whatever for the next hour until breakfast."

I stumbled as I planted my feet on the ground and cracked my back.

"That was comfortable and all, but maybe next time make it a little looser ok? Thanks," I smiled as I immediately went over to my bag and pulled out a small cube. I sat down and stretched it out halfway and grabbed another mini invention I started.

"THAT WAS AN INCOMPLETE PUSH UP! ADD ON ANOTHER 100!" Tiger yelled as I was on the ground.

"That was incomplete because I wasn't done you dumbass!" I yelled back as I sped up my pace to fit in the extra 100.

"Are you talking back to me? Add another 150!"

I grumbled as I continued my workouts before I began to spar.

"You need to really put your back into it! You may be able to land hits but it doesn't matter if there's nothing behind them!" He scolded me as I punched his kidney.

"It's hard to put a bunch of force in when I just did push ups for 20 minutes straight and before that 30 minutes of bench presses!"

"Don't get distracted!" He screamed as he swung at my face. I managed to duck down only for him to send me a kick. I bent backwards and did a handspring to get out.

"If you were really as tired as you claim, you wouldn't have been able to do that! Looks like I should add in some more!"

"Meow, meow, meow, meow!" Pixie Bob squealed as she watched us all train. "More importantly, tonight's gonna be fun! We're pinning classes against each other in a test of courage! I know you've been training hard today, and later you'll get to play hard! How's that for a reward?"

"It just sounds like more training," Kendo whined.

"Training in the dark no less," Jiro agreed.

"Revelry in the dark," Tokoyami said from the shadows of his cave.

"Whoa! Bakugo you're really good with that knife! It's weird," Uraraka said from beside Kacchan.

"Yeah, did you 2 take cutting lessons together or something?" Kyoka joked as she watched us work.

"Look at that, he's not blowing stuff up," Kaminari added.

"I'm too tired for this," Eijiro groaned.

"Want some coffee?" I asked as I offered one of my many cups.

"Sure, why not?" He sighed as he grabbed it.

"Kirishima, you're walking on paper thin ice," Hitoshi warned as he walked over. "Take it from someone who has drunk it, you're not ready for that. You'd be fine with only a few drops in pure cream."

"What are you talking about?" He asked as he brought it up to his mouth.

"Shitty hair, seriously, don't do it," Kacchan said with a serious expression on his face.

"You 2 are being over dramatic, Izuku drinks dozens of those everyday, how bad can it be?" Uraraka cluelessly asked.

"Yeah, he also sleeps 2 hours every night. That coffee is made for him. Even Aizawa had to slowly adjust to it," Denki said.

"Isn't the 2 hour thing a joke?" Jiro asked.

"I thought it was too until he came to my house while you were at internships. He was working in my room for 8 hours every day. I fell asleep before he left everyday! Add on the 45 minute walk back to his place he took at some point after I slept!" Hitoshi exclaimed as everyone stared at him.

"Not only that, but since we've been here, he and the caterpillar have been having some sort of battle every night. This morning he was hanging from the ceiling because he wouldn't sleep," Kacchan scoffed.

"Uhm- ok, but I only got like 3 hours of sleep last night, I think I also need this coffee," before anyone could say anything else, he took a swig of it.

"NO!" Hitoshi and Denki both yelled as they ran over to him.

Almost as soon as he started drinking, his eyes went wide and he spat it all out onto Shinso and Kaminari.

"MY COFFEE!" I grieved. "If you were just going to spit it all out, I would've just drank it!" I yelled as I glared at the choking Eijiro on the ground.

"What is that? That's not even coffee! My senses went into overload as soon as it even touched my tongue. For that moment.. I saw everything but absolutely nothing... Did I die? How are you able to drink that?" He croaked out before he grabbed the cream and started chugging it.

"Ew dude, why are you chugging the cream? We need that for supper! Hey! Stop! Give it back!" Sero began wrestling Kirishima for the cream as I just sipped on my coffee.

"Perfect! We filled our bellies and cleaned the dishes! It's time for-" Pixie Bob started.

"A totally awesome test of courage!" Mina yelled.

"We're gonna win!" Kirishima, Sero, Sato, Kamianri all cheered.

"Not so fast. It pains me to say it, but the remedial class will be having lessons with me tonight instead," Shota deadpanned.

"YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!" Mina screamed.

"Sorry, your training during the day didn't impress me, so I'll be using this time."

"Bye Denki! Bye Toshi! We'll tell you all about it tomorrow!" I teased as I stuck my tongue out at them being dragged away with Shota's capture scarf.

Pixie Bob explained to us how class B would start as the scarers while class A would leave in pairs every 3 minutes. We had to collect the tags with our names on them on the far side of the path and come back.

"Revelry in the dark," Tokoyami said again.

"The winners are the most creative students who make the most people piss their pants!" Tiger yelled.

"Hey! Ojiro, we're partners!" I cheered as I ran over to him after drawing lots.

"Hey, tail," Kacchan growled as he grabbed his shoulder. "Trade with me," he said, jabbing a thumb to his partner, Shoto.

"Kacchan, don't be so rude!" I lectured.

"Revelry in the dark."

"Next team! That's you 2 kittens! Ribbity and Miss Floater!" Pixie Bob called up Asui and Uraraka as they shakily headed into the forest.

"Man, I'm excited! There's so many screams! Class B must be really good!" I cheered as I stared after the duo walking in.

"I wish I could share your enthusiasm. I'm so scared to go in there," Ojiro laughed as he scratched his head.

"Don't worry, nothing is even going to touch you," I sent him a smile that he returned. "It's just too bad we're the last team. People might already be coming back by the time we go in. I hope they won't lose their steam and do a shitty job."

"What's this foul smell in the air?" Pixie Bob mumbled as she sniffed the air.

"Hey, do you see that?" I asked as I pointed towards a faint blue light and smoke in the forest.

"Black smoke?" Pixie Bob asked.

"Has something been set ablaze?" Iida asked, confused.

"Maybe a fire on the mountain?" Ojiro suggested with a quivering voice.

"No, those flames are blue," I replied as realization began to set. "I've seen these before... SHIT!" I started to dig through my pockets searching for my tablet.

"Hey! Whoa!" Pixie Bob yelled in panic.

"Pixie Bob!" Mandalay called as she turned to see her teammate glowing pink and being lifted and pulled away.

"First, let's get rid of these feral cats," a new voice called as Pixie Bob's head smashed to the ground under their weird pole that I recognized all too well.

"What? No way! I thought they made sure no one could find us! So why the heck are there villains attacking this place?!" Ojiro asked in a panic as a lizard wearing Stain merch and carrying a weird sword appeared next to their partner who carried the pole.

"This is bad," Mandalay whispered to Tiger as they blocked us off from the villains.
