"Why are they just so.. Ugh!" I said while I slammed the door. The girls had just watched me explode at the two people I could've trusted with my life a couple weeks ago. Now I can't even stand the thought of them. I still didn't know if I should cry or punch something.

Julie sat down on my bed and patted the seat next to her. I sat down while Connie sat on the other side. "It'll be okay." Connie said. She and Julie rested their heads on my shoulders. They were amazing.

"What should I do?" I mumbled.

"Well there are two options." Julie stated, "One. You talk to them, find stuff out or, you can keep avoiding them until you're forced to talk to them."

I rolled my head to look at her and put on fake pouty eyes, "Can I at least wait till after I hang out with Guy?"

"Of course Lyn." Connie sweetly told me. They squeezed me hard. While we stood up. I went and grabbed my duffel bag to get my phone when the note fell out.

"Heyyy, what's that?" Julie giggled.

I picked up the note and handed it to her, "I think it's the last admirer note."

"Well. Let's get you dressed up!"

-

The girls made me give them my phone for the next hour, that way I could stay in a good mood. I was glad they did it, the entire time we listened to music while we laughed and got me dressed up.

I wasn't a big fan of make up so they gave me a light look and soft curled my hair. After, I went into the bathroom and I put on a black long sleeve with a blue and green floral spaghetti strapped dress. I paired it with a couple rings, some bracelets and the necklace I was gifted. I looked good and I am not going to lie.

After putting on my black high top Vans, I walked outside to see the girls who gasped when they saw me. The smiles plastered on their faces were huge.

"You look amazing!" Connie yelled.

Julie nodded her head vigorously, "Your admirer and Guy are gonna flip!"

"I love you guys so much!" I wrapped them in a huge hug. "You guys are amazing."

"We know." Julie said flipping her hair jokingly.

"We are the best!" Connie laughed while handing me my purse and phone. "But let's get you down there. You have a date with Guyy!"

We walked to the elevator and pressed the down button when a ding was heard. The doors opened to reveal the newest couple who can't take a hint. I gave them a small smile while trying to squeeze past. The girls gave them semi sweet looks but I could tell they were uncomfortable.

"You look great." Sierra said to me, "Have fun tonight."

"Can we talk to you when you get back?" Dylan asked.

I sighed, "We'll see."

While we walked to the elevator I unlocked my phone to see a text from Guy.

guyguy🤩
hey! i'm in the lobby when you're ready:)

This boy made me feel so amazing. I started smiling and the girls looked at me, they already knew who it was.

I watched the number go from 3 to 2. We only went down a floor meaning we got to the boys floor. The elevator doors dinged opened, Fulton and Dean stepped inside. They both looked at me up and down.

"Woah." They said at the same time. I laughed at them.

"Hey! She got a date tonight boys!" Julie laughed.

"Well not a date." I chuckled, "Guy wanted to talk to me and I agreed to do it."

Fulton clicked the down button while he spoke up, "So basically it's a date."

"I mean my secret admirer is also revealing themself tonight."

Dean and Connie made direct eye contact and snickered. I questioned them on what was so funny.

"Oh nothing, but I think you'll be surprised when you see who it is." Dean said, "What time are you meeting them?"

I pulled the note out of my purse and unfolded it. "It doesn't say anything about that, just to dress up and meet them in the lobby."

"Ooo!" Fulton squealed out like a girl.

We arrived at the lobby. The ding of the elevator echoed in my ears while my palms sweat like I was in the desert. I didn't know whether to be nervous or ecstatic about seeing Guy and who might be my admirer. I pulled my hair from back behind my ears, wiped my hands onto my dress to wipe the sweat off and took a deep breathe.

The elevator opened and I stepped out with the girls and the Bash Bros right behind me.

She was breathtaking.

The way her eyes glistened and twinkled like the stars of the night. The dress she was wearing fit her perfectly, like it was molded to fit every curve and feature on her. Her smile was gorgeous. She was beautiful. I could feel my mouth drop open. My eyes were probably the size of Jupiter because I couldn't stop staring.

Guy was looking at me like I was a million bucks standing in front of him. He was wearing black fitted ripped jeans with a white and black short sleeve button down, he left the top two buttons unbuttoned making him look especially cute.

He walked towards me holding a bouquet of daisies and a box of Twix. His smile was priceless. His teeth were as bright as the city.

"So. I heard when you get asked out you want a couple daisies and a candy bar." he smiled.

I looked at him up and down once again, still handsome, "So is this you asking me out? Cause I thought you had to tell me something."

"You know it was me all along."

"What?"

"Everything was me."

"You were my admirer?"

He nodded his head.

"You brought Dylan and Sierra out?"

He nodded while his smile grew.

"The gift card, balloons, and teddy bear?"

He put the flowers on the table along with the candy. He set his hands on my shoulders "Lyndon. It was all me."

"I don't even know what to say." I laughed.

"Well, I should probably ask. Will you go out with me tonight?"

My heart exploded in my chest from joy.

"Yes. A thousand percent yes."

He wrapped his arms around me and people started clapping. I looked around from him to see the entire team clapping and cheering. I didn't even realize they were there. They were holding thumbs up and whistling. I think I even heard someone say 'finally'.

"I'm really happy you said yes, I have a whole night planned for us." He spoke. His arms left my body.

"Then let's go."

-

"Yeah we started bouncing on top of the car! Goldberg even started licking the window!" Guy continued. He had been telling me about how they met Bombay and I couldn't stop laughing.

"Wait. So he was in a limo? On the ice?"

"Yes. He. Was."

I stirred some pasta back onto the fork, "I still can't believe that. But let's get away from Bombay. I want to know more about you." I said while taking a bite.

"Well you've already heard about my favourite things and my family. What about you?" He pointed his finger at me while he cut his chicken, "The only I know about your family is that Dylan is your only sibling and you've known Sierra almost your whole life. Tell me about you."

I took a sip of my Sprite, "Well, let's see. My moms name is Jane, she's a counselor to help people get off of drugs, she's really into musicals and my dads name is Dakota he designs buildings and is Dylan's baseball coach. He also plays guitar really well. Like amazingly well."

"I can't wait to meet them. Me and your dad could play guitar together." he responded. Now I know he plays guitar.

"They'll love you. Trust me. And I know my dad would love that. But, tell me about you now. Like what's your sister like?"

He laughed, "She's 8 years old, about to turn 9. She's obsessed with figure skating, so she loves watching me play. She's growing out of her Elsa obsession but I think she's probably going to stick to the ice."

I giggled as he spoke, "Well I can't wait to meet her."

After talking about almost everything we finished eating.

"So I have one more thing planned." Guy said.

"And that is?"

"Well they're showing a movie on the dormitory roof, Who Framed Rodger Rabbit, I was thinking we could go see it but just me and you. The team could sit separately. I bought some stuff for us and I could get a blanket to sit on-"

I set my hand on top of his. I could tell he was nervous since he talked really fast. "Just me and you sounds perfect."

I made sure to spilt the bill with him and we left. I wanted to find a gas station to get Slushees and Guy led me to one. A small 7/11 was just two blocks away from the restaurant.

We walked in and the smell of hotdogs and bathroom cleaner flooded my nostrils. I immediately saw the machine in the back and grabbed Guy's hand while I ran to it. We got to the back, I hadn't let go of his hand but he intertwined our fingers.

I looked up at him, "So you wear rings too?"

"I love them," he twisted the ring around my pointer finger, "I can tell that you like wearing them too, now which flavour would you like?"

There was blue raspberry, cherry, and cola.

"Blue raspberry duh."

"Great choice Ms Williams!"

He squeezed my hand and grabbed two cups. He poured the two drinks and handed me my cup.

I payed for the drinks and we headed back to the dormitory our hands still together.

"You like Tyler the Creator, so you clearly have good taste. What else do you like?" I asked him.

He took a sip, "So my mom is really into old and 2000's ish rock bands, so I grew up hearing that kind of music. So I like Alice in Chains and Nirvana. But personally I really like Greer, Christian Leave, and obviously Tyler. How about you? You know besides your Tyler the Creator obsession."

I looked at him in shock. I did not think he liked that kind of stuff. "Okay. I love Alice in Chains and Nirvana. But I also like Ruel, Harry Styles, and Rex Orange County. Sometimes I'll listen to Chance the Rapper. I also love Daniel Ceaser."

"I love that we have the same music taste." he replied back.

I rested my head on his arm, "So do I."

Sooner than later we got to the dorms, I didn't feel like going to my room before the movie so Guy brought me up to his. He opened the door for me and Adam was inside with a girl. They sat on a bed with his arm wrapped around her.

"Hey guys! How was the date?" he asked. Not even mentioning the girl sitting with him.

I looked at Guy who was grabbing blankets and the snacks, he hadn't even noticed the girl.

"It was really good, but don't you share a room with someone else?"

"I got moved in here, I have no idea why but yeah." he said back.

I looked at the girl and recognized her from all the pictures. Then it clicked. "Oh! You must be Olivia! Sorry for being rude and not introducing myself. I'm Lyndon!"

I stuck my hand out to shake hers and she shook it back, "Nice to meet you, Adam has not stopped talking about how Guy really wanted to ask you out!"

"He finally did." I laughed, "But we're going to watch the movie on the roof if you guys wanna wake up with us."

They looked at each other and turned back to me, Adam spoke up, "We'll meet you up there!"

"Sounds good!" I said to them, I felt Guy's arm wrap around me, "Remind me to get your snap Olivia!"

After saying that we were out the door and in the elevator.

"This movie has to be one of my favourites!" I said to Guy.

"It's a classic. This and anything directed by Quentin Tarantino." he said.

"You're absolutely correct."

After arriving on the roof we found a spot in the corner. He laid down four blankets and a light one to cover up with. After sitting down and covering up Guy pulled out what seemed like a buffet of candy and drinks.

"Are you feeding an Army?" I chuckled.

"According to Sierra these are all your favourite candies." he started pulling things up one by one, "Twix, 100 Grand Bar, Caramel M&Ms, Skittles, and it's not really a candy but Cheetos."

"Wow. Thank you."

"Of course, plus most of this is my favourite."

We settled in and opened some of the candy. Some of the team was here, mainly the couples, so Luis and Connie, and Adam and Olivia.

We sat kind of awkwardly until he grabbed my hand and held it. I rested my head on his shoulder and he set his head on mine. We laughed at all the moments and I think I saw Guy cry a little. I mean I did too but that's not the point. This night had been so amazing to me. I was feeling ready to talk to the new couple.

The movie ended which meant that me and Guy's date did too.

"This night has been amazing." I said to the boy. We were folding up the blankets and picking up the garbage.

He smiled as me "Well I have been planning it for awhile so I hope it was."

He held my hand as we made our way to the elevator. I assumed that Adam and Olivia left because they weren't in line. Connie and Luis were still sitting down and talking while we walked and I didn't want to interrupt. Connie did give me a smirk and a wink.

We got in with a couple other people and I looked down at my FitBit, it was 11:30. I was getting tired but I didn't want the night to end.

We arrived at the floor and Guy walked me to my room. He hadn't let go of my hand this entire time.

We had been standing at my door just looking at each other for about a minute when he spoke up, "You know you looked beautiful tonight?"

"And you looked amazing."

He smiled and sighed, "I don't want this night to end but we have to be up early tomorrow. I don't want you to be tired at practice so you should get to sleep."

I looked into his eyes. They were the most dazzling eyes in the world. The blue light clashed with the green to form what looked like a canon ball dropping into the ocean. I couldn't look away.

I wrapped my arms around him. I felt my head lay on his chest. I looked up at him.

"You know I kinda want my first kiss to be with you." I whispered.

"You want me to take your first kiss?" he grinned.

"Just not yet."

He kissed my forehead, and hugged me again.

"Thank you for saying yes." Guy whispered.

He let go of me while I unlocked my door.

"Of course, I would never say no to you." I replied. "See you tomorrow."

"Not if I see you first."
