Chapter 3

Mikayla's POV:

"Okay, girls, let's get straight onto the pyramid for this week." Abby reaches across and pulls off the picture at the bottom. "Kendall, you are at the bottom this week because you almost made us loose first place. Remember last competition? You came in before anyone else did and you almost fell while doing an aerial."

Whoa... where's Kenzie and Maddie? Shouldn't they be at the bottom? I guess we were about to find out.

"Next, Paige, you were good, you performed it well, but it was barely on the satisfactory level. I expect more from you, now that you're fourteen."

"And now, Nia. You were excellent, good job. Brooke, you would've been where Paige was, because of your facials, but your dancing was outstanding which is why you are here. But you didn't move your face. Remember what we talked about for the group dance? Next, Chloe. You were amazing. And at the top this week is Mikayla."

Everybody claps for me and I smile.

I knew it. I always get what I want. I see that Maddie's mom is not smiling and Maddie isn't either.

"Now, you all are wondering why Maddie and Kenzie isn't up here. Well, look over in the trash can and you'll find your pictures."

Oh snap.....

I look at Maddie and her face is a bright red and Kenzie is crying already.

I've got nothing against Kenzie, but Maddie is too spoiled. it's time for me to be number one now.

No, I have nothing against Maddie. In fact, she is my most favorite dancer in the Abby Lee Dance Company. I just wrote this story with Maddie described as 'spoiled' because I wanted more drama. But Maddie is not a spoiled brat. :) She is a sweetie and really really nice.
