CHAPTER 22

Morning After: Jude and Crystal Snuggling in Bed

Crystal stirred in Jude's arms, slowly waking up to the soft light filtering through the curtains. She turned to face him, her fingers tracing gentle patterns on his chest.

Crystal: "Morning, Judey."

Jude: "Morning, beautiful.

He got closer to my neck
"Last night feels like a dream."

Crystal nestled closer, resting her head on his shoulder.

Crystal: "It was perfect. I'm so happy to be here with you."

Jude pressed a kiss to her forehead.

Jude: "Me too. Can we just stay like this forever?"

Crystal:"l would never consider you the clingy boyfriend type"

Jude:"Hey you are the one who flew from Spain to be hete with me"

Crystal rolled her eyes.
They lingered in each other's embrace, exchanging sweet nothings until they decided to start their day.

In the bathroom, Jude and Crystal stood side by side in front of the sink, brushing their teeth.

Crystal (playfully): "Your toothpaste tastes weird."

Jude (grinning): "Blame it on my brother. He always buys the weirdest flavors."

Crystal laughed, spitting out the foam.

Crystal: "At least it makes for an interesting morning."

Jude rinsed his mouth, then leaned in closer.

Jude: "Everything's more fun when you're around."

Crystal:"Your so crige"

Jude:"whatever"

In the kitchen, flour scattered across the countertops as Jude and Crystal bustled about, each wearing matching aprons. They were making pancakes!

Crystal (giggling): "I think I've got more flour on me than in the bowl!"

Jude (grinning): "It's part of the charm. Besides, cooking is always an adventure."

Crystal flipped a pancake expertly, earning a proud grin from Jude.

Crystal: "I'm getting the hang of this!"

Jude: "You're a natural. Who knew we'd make such a great pancake duo?"

Crystal (teasingly): "As long as we don't burn the kitchen down, I think we're doing fine."

Jude chuckled, pouring another ladle of batter onto the sizzling skillet.

Jude: "I can handle the flipping if you keep making sure I don't get flour everywhere."

Crystal nodded, leaning in to steal a quick kiss.

Crystal: "Deal. Pancakes and kisses—best way to start the day."

They continued working side by side, laughter and the smell of pancakes filling the air, creating memories as they cooked together with love and laughter.

Sitting at the table, Jude and Crystal savored their pancakes, both dressed in aprons speckled with flour.

Crystal (with a mouthful): "These are amazing. Even with our messy cooking skills."

Jude (grinning): "They taste better because we made them together."

They laughed together, enjoying their morning feast and each other's company.

Crystal got out of the house in a swimsuit,Judes mind went crazyy.

Jude:*whistle*

Crystal:" WIERDO!"

Crystal brought a plate of fruits to the poolside where Jude was already lounging in his swim trunks.

Crystal: "Got your favorite fruits."

Jude (smiling): "You're the best. Come on in, the water's perfect."

They dipped into the pool, laughing and splashing playfully.

Crystal: "This is the life, isn't it?"

Jude (nodding): "Absolutely. Especially with you here."

They floated together, basking in the warmth of the sun and their shared happiness.

Crystal swam to Jude. Him taking her waist,making her legs go around his back an her arms around his neck. He grabbed her tights,slowly moving to her butt.
They kissed passionatly.

The couple went inside. While they were in the pool they made a lill bit of a plan.

After drying off and changing, Jude and Crystal prepared for a secret double date with Jobe and her friend Dalia. They planned to meet at a restaurant without them knowing. Crystal wore some simple clousure.

Crystal (excitedly): "I can't wait to see the look on Jobe's face."

Jude (smirking): "He's gonna be so surprised. And I think Dalia and you will hit it off."

Crystal smoothed down her dress, feeling a rush of excitement.

At the restaurant, Jobe and Dalia were alredy seated when Jude and Crystal arrived.

Jude:"oh it looks like they allredy met"

Crystal:"yea sorry for being laye,this guy is slow"

Jude:"oh shut up"

Jobe:"what is going on here"
Dalia smirked at him.

Crystal:"oh we set up a double date"

Jude:"suprise"
Crystal took the seat next to Jobe,and Jude took the seat next to Dalia.
The younger pair are getting along very well. Jude and I constantly looked at eachother with proud smiles .

They settled into a night of good food and lively conversation, with jokes and stories flowing freely.

Back at Jude's place, the four of them settled in for a movie night
After bidding farewell to Jobe and Dalia at the restaurant, Jude and Crystal returned home for a cozy movie night. They set up the living room with blankets and pillows, creating
comfortable nest for their evening.

Jobe and Dalia arrived shortly after, carrying a bag of snacks and a bottle of wine.

Jobe (grinning): "Hope we're not too late for movie night!"

Dalia (smiling): "Thanks for having me over, guys."

Crystal hugged Dalia warmly while Jude greeted Jobe with a handshake.

Crystal: "You're right on time! Come in, make yourselves comfortable."

They settled in on the couches, with Jobe and Dalia sharing one, and Jude and Crystal snuggling up on the other. Popcorn and snacks were passed around as they scrolled through the movie options.

Jobe (jokingly): "Anything but horror, okay? I'm not sleeping with the lights on tonight."

Dalia (laughing): "Agreed. Let's keep it light-hearted."

They settled on a comedy that had everyone in stitches within minutes. The room filled with laughter as they enjoyed the antics on screen, occasionally sharing inside jokes or poking fun at the characters.

During a break in the movie, Jude refilled everyone's glasses with wine, and Crystal passed around a fresh batch of popcorn.

Crystal (teasing): "Who can guess the next plot twist?"

Jobe (pretending to ponder): "Hmm, let me consult my crystal ball..."

Dalia (grinning): "You're the worst!"

As the movie continued, they discussed their favorite actors, debated the movie's ending, and reminisced about their own funny experiences that mirrored the film's situations.

Dalia (admiringly): "This is such a great movie choice, guys. Thanks for inviting me."

Jobe (nodding): "Yeah ofcourse it was awesome having you. We should do this more often."

As the credits rolled, they shared a round of applause and exchanged looks of satisfaction.

Jobe (stretching): "Well, that was a blast. Thanks for the great night, you two."

Dalia (hugging Crystal): "Absolutely! We'll have to plan the next movie marathon soon."

Jude (smiling): "Definitely. Thanks for joining us. It was a perfect end to a great day."

They spent a few more minutes chatting and sharing laughs before Jobe and Dalia headed so Jobe can take her home, leaving Jude and Crystal with hearts full of joy and the warmth of friendship that made their movie night truly memorable.

Jude:"that was amazing"

Crystal (snuggling up to Jude): "The best. Thanks for being part of it."

Jude squeezed her hand, feeling overwhelmingly grateful for the love and joy surrounding them.

They spent the rest of the evening wrapped up in blankets, watching movies and sharing laughter until sleep finally claimed them, a perfect end to a perfect day.

Jobe came and saw them. Imidietly taking his phone to take a photo of them. After that he casually went to bed.
