You were sitting in your room getting ready for your concert with your older brother when a knock sounded at the door. "Who is it?" "Take a guess?" "Cotton Candy. Come on in." Akira opened the door and smiled. "You want some help with your hair Y/N/N?" You nodded and faced your mirror. After he finished your hair you changed and walked to the stage getting ready to perform. "Akira, Y/N, you're up in five." Your director announced. "Ok. Thank you." Akira replied. "Ready?" "I think, maybe. What if I mess up?" "It's ok, you'll be fine. I promise." He hugged you and you hugged back. "Thanks Cotton Candy." "Anytime Y/N/N." The pair of you walked up and started singing.

After you finished the song you turned and smiled at your brother. He mouthed, "you did great." Making you smile even brighter. You walked off stage and got a water. "You were amazing Y/N/N." Akira exclaimed hugging you. "Thanks Cotton Candy, you were just as good though." You smiled at him. "Ready for the next song?" "Yea." You walked back on stage and began starting to move in sync with your brother.

After you finished singing you felt a pair eyes follow you. You turned towards the audience but didn't recognize anyone out of the ordinary. You shrugged it off and walked backstage with Akira. After awhile you started thinking about who could match the pair of eyes you had felt watching you. "Y/N." You didn't answer. "Y/N!" Akira shouted. You turned to your brother confused. "Sorry, what is it Akira?" "You were staring off. What were you thinking about?" "Nothing." You lied. He smirked at you. "You know you can't lie to me." You sighed knowing he was right, you were never able to lie to him, you could easily lie to a friend or your parents, but never your brother. "After we finished 'Hey Brother' I felt a pair of eyes watching me. I turned towards the audience and scanned it but didn't catch anything out of the ordinary. I don't know who was watching me so I tried thinking of who would. Though I got a clear vision of their eyes and I could draw them to see if you know who they belong to." You answered. "Ok, why don't you draw them when we get home after the concert?" You nodded and grabbed your water bottle. After another few minutes you walked back onstage for the final song. After you finally finished the concert you went home and grabbed some paper and colors to match the eyes.

You held the picture up to Akira and showed him what you saw. He gasped in surprise. "You know who the eyes belong to don't you?" He nodded. "Well?! Who?!" "Zac the Sunrise." You gasped slightly yourself. "Really?" Your voice was quiet but still audible. Akira nodded slightly. You suddenly got a flashback from childhood.

~Flashback~
You were walking around the park waiting for your brother to show up when you ran into somebody. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to." You apologized quietly. "It's ok little one. What's your name?" "Y-Y/N Yamatoga." Your voice quiet from being shy. You looked past him and saw your brother and ran towards him. "Akira!" You shouted hugging him tightly. "Y/N, there you are. I was looking all over for you. I told you to wait at the beach." He scolded lightly. "I'm sorry, you know I get impatient. So I came looking for you." You looked up at him teary eyed. He smiled back gently. "So you must be Y/N's older brother I'm guessing? I'm Zac." The boy you ran into butted in. Akira nodded with a slight smile. You noticed a twinkle in Zac's eye when he faced my brother. 'He likes my brother.' You thought.
~End of Flashback~

"You good?" Akira asked concerned. "Yea, just remembered a flashback when I first met Zac." You replied smiling. "Oh, just so you know Zac's coming over tomorrow and spending the day with us. Ok?" You nodded a little sad. "Hey cheer up. It'll be fine. Now why don't you head to bed, you look exhausted." You nodded and walked up to your room and fell asleep. You woke up once from a weird dream and once from a nightmare. You walked to Akira's room and knocked on his door tears streaming down your face. He opened the door and rubbed his eyes yawning slightly. You suddenly hugged him tightly crying. He stumbled backwards slightly but hugged back nonetheless. "What's up Y/N/N?" "Nightmare, I thought I lost you." You cried. "I'm right here and I always will be." You smiled into his chest. He picked you up and carried you to his bed to cuddle with you and to lull you back to sleep. You eventually fell back asleep listening to Akira's soft voice singing the lullaby from when you were kids. You woke up the next morning and went downstairs for breakfast. After awhile Akira came down and there was a knock on the door. Akira walked to the door and opened it revealing Zac. You frowned slightly but didn't let your brother see it. "Hi Zac." You called from the kitchen. "Hey Y/N. Long time no see." He smiled. You faked a smile back, "yea, so how you been?" "Good, actually I want to ask your brother something." Akira turned towards him and you saw the same twinkle in Zac's eyes. 'He still likes him.' You thought sadly. You kinda liked Zac but seeing him with your brother made you sad, but you wanted your brother to be happy. "What is it Zac?" Akira asked. You walked into the living room to give them some privacy but so you could still hear them.
[Akira's POV]
"Akira I wanted to tell you that I like you, like I like-like you." Zac announced. I heard a small gasp come from the living room and knew Y/N was listening. "I'm sorry Zac, but I only see you as a friend." I replied walking towards the door. When I opened it I saw Y/N run up the stairs and close her bedroom door. Just then I got an idea and turned to Zac smirking. I began singing a song that I remembered Y/N sing to a boy that liked her but she only saw him as a friend.

At the end of the song the two turned towards you and smiled. Zac growled slightly at you making you flinch slightly. "What's this got to do with you Y/N! You're nothing but a child!" Zac yelled angrily. "Akira is my brother. So I'll always have his back. And furthermore I am not a child!" You yelled back. You looked at them and even Akira was surprised, you've never raised your voice at anyone before. You had an angry glow in your eyes that burned at Zac. Zac lunged at you and tackled you to the floor. You felt the pain as soon as you came in contact with the floor. You screamed slightly at the amount of pressure applied on your chest. You tried to push Zac off you but to no avail. You were struggling to breath and Akira noticed and got worried so he tried to pull Zac off but Zac threw him off making him hit his head hard and knocking him out. A new source of energy and strength coursed through your veins and you pushed Zac off you and ran to your brother. "Akira?" Nothing. "Akira please." You began shaking him. Still nothing. "Akira please wake up! Don't leave me now." You cried. He moved slightly but he was weak. You picked him up and carried him to his room. You walked back downstairs to see Zac starting to get up. You growled and he left without another word. You turned to walk back upstairs when you felt a sudden pain in your head. You heard a voice, "you stupid child! He's your soulmate!" "He hurt me and my brother he clearly doesn't care about us." "He was acting on anger, he was upset cause Akira didn't like him back. Then you defending Akira made him mad so he attacked. Once he cools down he'll be back to apologize and tell you he's your soulmate." "How do I know you're not lying?" "Trust me. I'm not lying to you, now go check on your brother." "Ok." You walked up to Akira's room to see him trying to sit up. You ran over and helped him up. "What happened?" He asked. "Zac happened. He got mad at me and attacked tackling me. You tried to pull him off but he threw you off causing you to lose consciousness. He's gone for now but he'll be back to apologize." You explained. He hugged you tightly. "I'm glad you're ok Y/N/N. I don't know what I would've done if I lost you." He cried lightly. You smiled and hugged back. "If I'm being honest I thought I lost you for good." He smiled at you gently and you smiled back. After awhile of sitting in silence there was a knock at the door. "I'll get it." You announced walking down the stairs and opened the door. "Zac." "Y/N, I came back to apologize. I'm sorry I attacked you and I'm sorry I hurt your brother. I was just upset and confused cause I always thought your brother was my soulmate but he wasn't. I realize that you're my soulmate." He explained teary eyed. You smiled at him gently. "I forgive you Zac." You hugged him kissing his cheek. Then you walked up to Akira's room with Zac close behind you. "Akira, Zac apologized and explained to me that he thought you were his soulmate but found out that I was actually his soulmate." You explained while Zac wrapped his arms around you resting his chin on your head. "Yea, I'm sorry for hurting you Akira." Zac apologized. "It's ok. Just take care of my sister." Akira warned dangerously. "I will." Zac replied worried. You laughed and kissed Zac. "I love you my Sunrise." "I love you too my Moonlight." You smiled at the two boys and they smiled back.
