- soon after Nori dragged the chimera far enough away from the 3 heros Nori would grab the snake taill and takes it off to give to Naofumi later-

Nori:" Alright now let's use invade I doubt I can merge anything with this "- he holds his hand out towards the chimera corpse as it a symbol appears on his hand and then the ground bellow the monster-

" invade "- the symbol glows brighter but then instantly disappears leaving him a bit shocked-" what why is it working "( don't tell me I'm too weak)" damnit "( if only I can use status magic by myself like that one time)- he closes his eyes-

( well sitting here and saying if only is not gonna help me achieve my goals so I'll just let action do the talking )- opens his eyes as he sits down next to the dead monster holding his hand out again -" invade "- it didn't work-" third times the charm"- he does it again over and over after some time passes he would get some sort of pop up-

" huh what's this ?"- he would look at it as it said-

Nori:" huh merge but what can I merge this thing with "- soon the pop up would be replaced by his options wich were a few dead animals that he didn't see any use for as he kept looking through them he would see the last option which was himself-" wait I can merge myself?"- he started to think again-( what would happen if I merged myself with it would I still be me)- he looks at the chimera-" well there's only one way to find out "- he would go back into his orb like state-" merge!"

- back with the group-

Raphtalia:- walks towards Naofumi and mark as she sheaths her blade-" master Naofumi we cleared up the Last of monsters here "

Naofumi:" That's good "- he would look around at the destroyed village then he looks towards the knights one with a scar on his face who also looked back at him and walked away-

Raphtalia:" I guess it is but there's so much destruction to the point it makes me wonder if won or not "

Naofumi:- would look up as Ratel would ruffle Raphtalias head-

Ratel:" of course we did a win is still a win no matter the end result all that matters is that we're alive and we clear out this village "

Mark:" indeed fights always come with casualties some good some bad but sometimes you have things like this the village is destroyed and some villagers died but that's unavoidable the only thing we can do is be better than the knights of this kingdom and protect all we can and get stronger to protect more "

Raphtalia:" I see then I'll continue getting stronger so I can protect more "

Ratel:" That's the spirit!"

Naofumi:- looks at them with a small smile as his face went back to normal looking at the knight with a helbrerd that helped him with the waves-" what do you want?"

The knight:" I just wanted to say thank you for helping the people of lute and unfortunately for you have to go to the celebration to get your rewards "

- the knight nods as the group besides Raphtalia would have a annoyed face-

Ratel:" alright but we can't leave without that slime or what ever he is"

Naofumi:" indeed pitou do you know where h.."- he would turn to see pitou gone-

Mark:" alright then let's go ahead since I know that they can catch up or at least meet us there"- he walks forward as the rest of the group followed-

- Time skip to the celebration as the nobles and knights there would be eating ,drinking and having fun as the group would also eat well most of the group with Naofumi and nori sitting by the window-

- Soon the king would begin to speak-

King:" thanks to our brave heros the battle was splendidly won and tonight we celebrate!"- he raises his cup -" enjoy yourselves to the fullest "

- everyone would cheer besides the group soon after the nobles would talk amongst themselves praising the three heroes well the knight captain would make up some lie talking about how he defeated a large monster-

Naofumi:- scoffs at the knights lie-( yeah right)

Nori:- chuckles as he looks over to where Motoyasu was as it would seem that alot of girls would be talking to him-" man that guy is a womanizer "

Pitou:- would look at nori confused as she was eating some fish-

Nori:" huh what's wrong?"

Pitou:" well when you last saw him you had a small malice to your aura but now I don't feel anything coming from you why is that?"

Nori:" well to put it simply he's an idiot that gets easily manipulated I'm still mad but seeing it as that replaces my anger with pity and calmness when it comes to him but that thing "

- he would look angry seeing Myne as she was whispering something to Motoyasu-

Nori:" My hatred will stay the same for her I know it's my fault"(since I knew she was up to no good but I gave her a second chance which makes me more angry at myself because I have no one to blame but myself it still doesn't change the fact she's a snake that needs to be put in her place but me and my carelessness are no better)

Naofumi:" your fine since it's one thing if you didn't say anything if she was still using that whole hiding her part Stat tactic but she actually joined our party not only that she actually helped with the monsters we encountered plus you and I were both really new so of course our carelessness would end up taking the better of us "

- soon Raphtalia would walk up to them with Mark and Ratel-

Raphtalia:" master Naofumi ,Nori the food really looks good here are you sure you don't want to eat "

Raphtalia:- would look down a bit as nori pats her head-

Mark:" indeed all they talk about is the three heroes though I don't want there praises anyway its still annoying the fact they're treating us like we just sat there and purposely watched

Nori:" now this reminds me of a story about a powerful monster that protects the village but the village still treats it like shit"

- soon Motoyasu walk towards Naofumi and the group with a pissed off face -

Naofumi:" huh"- he looks towards Motoyasu as the group would do the same-

Motoyasu:- would throw his glove down next to Naofumis feet-" Time to fight "

Raphtalia:- would look shocked -

Mark:" really your asking for a fight why?"

Motoyasu:" I heard that you made poor Raphtalia and pitou your slaves and she obeys your every command "

Itsuki:" Does he really have slaves in his party "

- as the group were walking down the stairs the gaurds would put there weapons in the way to stop them and the king begins to talk-

Author: yes I'm saying just king because man I can't remember his name for the life of me//

King:" it has been brought to my attention that you a hero has been using slaves to fight for you just like how that blob of yours did you violated our costumes and that is reprehensible"-he looks towards Myne for a bit then looks back at the group-" I order you accept the challenge "

Raphtalia:" hey we don't need to fight I'm with master Naofumi by my own free will and"

- soon a gaurd would go to grab Raphtalia but when he did he would notice that it was getting hot for some unknown reason as Mark picks up the gaurd and slam him against the wall-

- as for the gaurds that prevented them from moving would be on the ground-

Nori:" you know what I'm getting tired of this"- he mumbles-

Pitou:- looks at him waiting for him to give an order-

Nori:- jumps up to the top of the stairs as he turns to look at everyone-" You all are a bunch of hypocritical wasted of time ,space and air "- he points towards the king-

" you said we violated your costumes how by following them at least we treat our slaves like people I can't say the same about you and your people that are in villages "

" I mean think about it if it wasn't for us evacuating everyone in lute they would've died by the monsters or died by your reckless royal knights who bombarded the place with a shower of fire not only that the captain over there ran to the other 3 heros like a bitch not caring about the villagers who stayed to fight"

- the king would look pissed as the knight captain did aswell-

Nori:" anyways going past my little rant I'll accept it but here's the rules we're going by as you're fighting the opponent you can as your teammates to use one ability to help you every 30 seconds you can only choose two people to do that yo can also switch places with those said people and you can be the assist the cool down of switching is 10 seconds "

Naofumi:[ that sounds like a video game]

Nori:" I like too call this type a fight a wave fight since the only way to win is if one group knocks out everyone in the opposite group "- he looks towards the knights with the helbrerd-" and also"- he would walk towards her and picks her up as he walks back -" if we win I get this one as a subordinate aswell "

King:" as if I'll let you take one of my knights as a"

Nori:" shut it I'm not talking to you I'm talking to the spear hero Motoyasu Kitamura since he's the one who wanted the fight "

Motoyasu:- looks down a bit -

Nori:" it's a option for a reason you can always say no and let us leave "

Motoyasu:" like hell I'll accept your challenge Naofumis party member "

- a small time skip happens as the groups would be deciding on whose fighting -

Ratel:" yeah but that's every one in this group "

Nori:" that is true but you could hop in when they cheat "

Nori:" pretty much knowing that bitch the other two members my secretly shoot there attacks aswell and when that happens pitou and Ratel can go fight "- he smiles-

Mark:" I see then alright let's move I'm going first then after my fight I'll switch over to you nori"

Nori:" alright then after mines it's your turn Naofumi "

Naofumi:" right "

- Soon Mark would walk out to the arena cracking his knuckles then soon a female would walk out aswell getting in a stance-

King:" this is a wave match between the shields party and the spears party with that being said begin "

Mark:- dashes forward slamming his fist down-

Lesty:- the spears party member jumps back as she would make her hands into a heart shape and shoots a heart like beam towards him -

Mark:- would take the hit as it seemed to do no damage he looks towards her-" what was that supposed to do ?"

Lesty:" what the"( how the hell is he not effected by)- she snaps her fingers-" assistant 1 spear hero-

- soon Motoyasu would thrust his spear forward sending a wave of lightning towards him-

Mark:- dodged it as he punches Lesty in the stomach-" assistant Naofumi "

Naofumi:" alright shield prison!"- soon Lesty would be trapped in a ball with chains around it-

Mark:- he then raises his fist as his body would start to produce heat -

Lesty:( Is he going to use a full power attack)- her eyes widen as she screams -" I yeld!"

Mark:( heh she fell for it judging by how scared she was she's probably the weakest member)

Author: which is true I tried looking for the cannon abilities she had but all it said was she was good a seducing people so I just made that into a non Cannon spell that didn't work //

Mark:- sighs -" that wasn't satisfying at all "- he walks off holding his hand up for nori to slap it - "your turn you better not lose or no cookies "

Nori:" you think I'm gonna loose who do you think I am "- he walks out to the arena as another girl walked out carrying a sword -( Jesus another girl)" let's have a good match "

Elena:" alright then I'm Elena "- she gets in a stance-

Nori:- would do the same thing-

King:" begin!"

Elena:- dashes forward doing a barrage of slashes-

Nori:- spins his staff around to block the incoming slashes then he thrusts it forward hitting her chest-

Elena:- after she was hit she jumps back as she slashes forward sending a mana slash towards him-" why do you have slaves "

Nori:" because "- he ducks under the slashes taking out his bow in the process shooting a barrage of arrows towards her each enhanced by wind to speed them up-" it's something we had to do we needed party members and no one gave us a chance "

Elena:- she counteracts the arrows with lighting slashes-" well yeah of course especially with the rumors "

Nori:" that we're false the only reason why people believe it is because he's the shield hero "- he dashes forward as he throws his staff towards her as a different armor would appear around his body-

Elena:" I see I don't believe you "- she moves to the side only to see nori be right next to her punching her side-

Nori/ hakumen:- his voice would be a bit different than before-" you don't have to believe me ether way I'm winning "- he then would do a barrage of kicks then moves back getting in a stance-

Elena:- would slash forward hitting his chest-

Nori/ Hakumen:- would then do a counter attack as he finishes the battle off with a punch to the stomach as Elena falls he walks back with the armor disappearing-

Nori:" told you I wouldn't loose alright Naofumi it's your turn and be careful there most likely going to cheat since if you lose there going to pull some shit like since the hero was defeated it's automatic loss "

Mark:" indeed but even if they do your defense should be high enough to take it"

Naofumi:" alright then "- he walks out as he was using the earth shield "

Motoyasu:- would walk up aswell getting in a stance-" ever heard of the spear versus the shield "

Naofumi:" yeah and you know what happens "

King:" begin!"

Motoyasu:- dashes forward-" lighting javelin!"

Naofumi:" the spear always ends up losing air strike shield "- soon a mana shield would appear infront of Motoyasu to stop the attack as Naofumi then puts his hand on the ground creating a hole underneath Motoyasu to fall in-

Motoyasu:" what the!"

Naofumi:- would change he is shield too the nori one as he stabs the ground waiting-

- soon Motoyasu would jump out of the hole only to see black chains heading towards him -

Pitou:( they switched to chains)

Motoyasu:- spins his spear around to knock them away but instead the chains would wrap around the spear slamming Motoyasu down back into the hole-

Naofumi:- soon he switches to the shields base from-

Motoyasu:- gets out of the hole again as he thrust his spear forward-

Naofumi:- holds his shield up to block as he switches it to the two headed one as the dogs would go to bite Motoyasus shoulder causing him to move back-" now shield prison!"- soon Motoyasu would be in a ball with chains around it-

Motoyasu:" what the what is this supposed to "- he would thrust his spear to see if he can break down which did crack the ball a bit-

Naofumi:( why am I trying so hard I mean if Raphtalia is free she could live a better life but)- soon he would remember what Raphtalia said before the wave-

- flash back-

Raphtalia:" I promise to be your sword forever "- she smiles-

- flash back end-

Naofumi:- switches back to the earth shield to make another hole as he released Motoyasu from the shield prison so he can take damage from the fall-" now bone armor!"- soon his shield changes and so did his armor-

Author: I'm only resend this because it's been months since I've made a chapter//

Motoyasu:- gets out of the hole again getting pissed-" can you stop sending me down holes!"- he dashes forward in anger as he was doing that Myne and the other Mage in his party would shoot a strong wind towards Naofumi-

Naofumi:( just like nori said but my team has my back)

Pitou and Ratel:- would punch towards mine and the Mage sending them back into a wall-

Nori and mark:- blocks the two wind attacks by getting Infront of them-

Naofumi:- makes a bone blade to parry the spear as he made small spikes on the shield and bashes it forward knocking Motoyasu to the ground as nori and mark both pointed there weapons at him-

Nori:" check mate "- he smiles-
