"Please Vanie. Visit me here." I begged Vanessa in phone to go here. "I feel alone." I said.

I hear her sigh and agree. Few minutes later she's here in my room.

"Hey, Vanie. Zayn ask me if you reject him." I said.

"I don't reject him. I just don't want to be his second." Vanessa said.

"Okay. But he said he broke up with his girl and wanted you now." I said.

Vanessa's eyes glow and her wolf eyes showed.

"Really?" she ask and I nod. "Can we celebrate?" she ask.

"Let's run?" I ask and she nods.

We ran outside trough the woods and shift to our wolf form and run. 1hour later, we head back home and eat some nachos and pizzas at my room. We heard the front door open. We both still, the scent and that feeling. We both say "mate". We look at each other and giggled.

"Ashley." Zayn's voice echoes in my room.

I saw Vanie still at the voice of Zayn.

"Yes?" I said opening my door.

"Uhmmm..." he shifted his eyes trough Vanessa and blush. "I want you to meet my group." Zayn said not looking at me but to Vanie.

"Okay." I said and turn to Vanessa. "Vanie, you want to come?" I ask but shook her head.

I saw Zayn sad face. Poor Zayn. I walk behind Zayn and that scent and feeling is getting closer and closer.

"Hey guys. This is Ashley my step-sister." Zayn introduce me.

I step forward and saw my mate. I look at him and he look at me. "Mate." I whisper.

Zayn look at me and heard what I say he looks to where I am looking at and back to me.

"Harry, she..." Zayn did not finish but cut by my mate.

"She's not my mate. I don't like her. Look at her." he said pointing at me.

The other 3 person look at me with Zayn. I look at them then look at myself. I look at my mate. He hates me? As if he's reading my mind.

"I am the alpha and I can put an end to this. You..." he said pointing at me. "..don't come near me." he said.

I gasped in shock. He reject me? Zayn is right he'll reject me. No. Zayn's statement come true. I feel my tears running down my face. I can't take it anymore and ran trough my room. I locked the door and dash to my bed and start to cry. I forgot that Vanessa is there.

"What's wrong Ash?" she ask. "Did Zayn did this to you?" she ask and she is getting angry.

"No. M-M-My m-mate r-r-re-rejects me." I said between my sobs.

She hugs me tight and let my tears fall. My mate rejects me. The alpha is my mate and he orders me to not go near him. I cry and cry and cry and I blocked out.
