"So what's it like?" He asked.

"What's what like?" I asked as we started walking away from the house.

"Living in Hollywood?"

"Oh, well I didn't really live in Hollywood. More like a rather fascinating neighbourhood." I said chuckling.

"Well same thing."

"It's okay I guess."

"What do you-" he was cut off.

"Hey Bobby." A red haired kid walked up to us. "Oh so I see you got a girlfriend."

"What the hell Dinger she's my cousin." Bobby almost hit the red haired boy, Dinger.

"Oh, I see. So you're into incest." Bobby punched Dinger's arm causing him to stumble back.

"Alright, alright I'll stop." He laughed. "Chill dude."

"Now, as I was saying this is Delilah, my cousin." We started walking towards the house.

"Oh, well howdy do there Delilah ol pal." He waved and had a cheesy smile plastered on his face. "Why are dressed like that?"

"Like what?" I looked down at my clothes.

"Like a little school girl."

"I would love to insult you, but I'm afraid I won't do as well as nature did." He stopped and looked confused.
I laughed and surprisingly Bobby did too.

"What's the matter Dinkle can't take the heat?" I asked. He just glared.

We came up to the house and Bobby walked in first then Dinger. I walked in last, being tripped by Dinger and falling. I got back up at looked at the laughing Dinger.

"I'd slap you but that'd be animal abuse." I smoothed out my skirt and went to the kitchen to help. Bobby and his friend going upstairs.

"Need any help aunt Kit?" I asked.

"Oh no, I'm fine." She said pulling the casserole out of the oven. (It's one of those casseroles that are frozen and you just heat it up. Nobody knows though)

"Too late." I said grabbing the plates and silverware aunt Kit had put out. "Uh, aunt Kit don't we need an extra plate?" I set the table and remembered Bobby's friend.

"Oh right, I forgot about him." I internally laughed. Placing the extra plate down.

"Delilah." My aunt called.

"Yes?" I asked.

"I hope you don't mind, but you'll be bunking with Bobby tonight. Is that okay?" She asked nervously.

"Yeah that's fine." I smiled, but inside I was doing every dance move I knew. It would be like a sleepover. Or what I would think is a sleepover. I've never been to one.

"Delilah, can you tell everyone that dinners done?" I didn't answer for I was already running up the stairs. First to the guest room.

"Mom, dad, dinners ready." I panted and left before they could answer. Next was Aunt Kit and Uncle Gus' room. "Uncle Gus, dinner, is ready." I ran to the last room. I assumed was Bobby's.

I opened the door. The room was horrible. It smelled of cologne and cigarettes mixed along with dirty laundry. Just trust me when I say it's unpleasant. I covered my mouth.

"Bobby, ew, dinner's ready." He threw down whatever was in his hand. Him and Dinger looked up at me. They looked guilty. I looked at the thing he threw on the floor. Sure enough it was a playboy magazine.

"Don't tell my mom?" He asked. I smirked.

"What's in it for me?"

"Uh, 20 bucks."

"Higher."

"20's all I got."

"Well I hope you like having your dirty little secrets exposed."

"Fine 50."

"70"

"55"

"65"

"60"

"Deal." We shook hands. "Oh you also gotta be my friend, that kid included," I said pointing at Dinger. "Until I get my own." We let go of hands.

"Fine." Bobby got up and headed out the door and down the hall.

"Wait just a minute here. I didn't agree to this. I don't even know you little school girl." Dinger got up.

"Do you wanna sleep in some alley, and possibly get rapped by a hobo?" Bobby turned around.

"No."

"Well then I suggest you get to know Delilah." He walked down the stairs leaving me with Dinger.

"This," He pointed at my clothes. "Is gonna have to change if you are gonna be seen with me in public."

"Why?" I asked.

"Because me look cool. And I hate to break it to ya, but you look like shit pal." He patted my back and lead me down stairs.

"Ha. Ha. Ha." I threw my head back sarcastically. "Says the one with flat hair." I walked pass him and into the dining room.

"Hey, I didn't have time to fix it!"

I sat down and Mr. Flat Hair sat across from me. Glaring at me, I just smiled and drank my milk.

"So Anthony, I hope you like it here while you're staying with us." Aunt Kit looked rather nervous. Was she always like this?

"Oh, I hope so too." Ok, something's up. First my dad laughs, then he talks to me, and now he talks back. You know, I think I'm gonna like this new business offer. All of a sudden someone kicked me.

I looked up. Dinger was smirking. Shaking my head I grabbed my milk and started drinking it. He kicked me again causing me to spit milk out.

"Delilah are you ok?" My aunt asked.

"Yeah, I just coughed." I finished my food and put my dishes in the sink. I ran upstairs and into Bobby's room. That bastard, I'm gonna hurt him. But how? I was interrupted my the sounds of footsteps. The door opened. Dinger came in first. I jumped on him without warning.

"Ahh, you little shit I'm gonna kill ya!" He screamed and tried to get me off.

"Get her off me man!" Bobby grabbed me and tried to pull me off.

"I'm gonna kill ya! Ahhh!" I lunged forward punching him in the nose.

"Bobby get her off! C'mon man help me!" Bobby managed to pry me off him. His nose was bleeding.

"I'm cool man." I pried Bobby's fingers off me.

"What the hell was that for?!" Dinger pinched his nose and tilted his head back.

"Don't frickin mess with me. I'll beat your skinny little ass." I hissed.

"Ok, ok, I give up you win." He said. He walked over and put his free arm around my shoulders. "Well buddy ol pal, welcome to the group."

"Ok. Now what?" I asked.

"We get to know each other."

"Um ok, then you first."
