So, today, being a friday, meant that Suzy was off of school. So we went to the mall, like the girls we were. I love her long raven hair, and her posh style. Today she was wearing a navy silk shirt tucked into dusty pink jeans and tall leather boots. She looked so put together, compared to my jeans and sweatshirt. It was pouring rain outisde. We could tell because we were sitting in the cafe with wide windows, sipping on coffee, the both of us had bags slung over arms. She was telling me about her classmate Jack.

"Then he was like, no, Dr. Martin, it's the Tibia!"

"How embarassing to be the Doctor in that situation."

"It was kinda funny."

"Oh I bet!" 

Why haden't I met Suzy earlier? Unlike Danielle she had time to sit down and talk to me, even though she was a med student. I was living in Danielle's freaking house, and she never had time to even talk to me for two minutes, leaving me notes to pick up some milk, or to load the dish washer. That's ok, I mean she was kind enough to let me live with her. I just miss her. 

She was off on another story about Jack (she must really like this guy) when my phone buzzed. Niall.

Hey where are you love? We have a suprise for you XX 

I smiled and sent him a quick message along the lines of I'll be home soon.

"This is so much fun, but I need to get home."

"Yeah me too, I have exams next week, so sometime after that. Need a ride?"

"Yes, yes I do."

She had a car, in London. 

"I'd invite you in, but there's some wierdo's in my apartment."

"Yeah yeah yeah, hey see you soon!"

With that she pulled me into a tight embrace, and pushed me towards the building. I wandered to the elavator, and floated into my apartment. I paced into the kitchen, and walked by all the balloons in the lvingroom. Wait- balloons? I turned around, and there was a sign saying Happy Birthday, Val! in large letters. I turned and smiled. Louis, Harry, Niall, Zayn, and Zayn's girlfriend were there, all holding presents. Where were Danielle and Liam, you ask? They were out, because today wasn't my birthday. I burst out laughing and fell on the floor, wiggling around. They looked so confused. 

"What's so funny?" Questioned Niall

"Ho- How did you guys find out about your birthday?"

"Danielle told us..?" said Zayn

"DId she tell you which month?"

"they assumed it was this one, but I knew!" Beamed Harry, obviously lying.

"You guys," I said pulling them into a hug.

"We can still eat the cake!" Said Niall, and with that we all ran into the kitchen. Harry pushed my face into the cake, with pink and white icing dripping from my face. Then he licked my face.

"Delicious," He whispered into my ear. My heart raced a little. Just a little.

Pretty soon everyone minus Zayn and his girlfriend were licking my face.

Oh well.
