The Holy Spirit says, "I am coming to shake this place erractically. Warn your friends and family and tell them that I am shaking this place completely and severely. Be prepared for I am bringing a sword to the earth. There is no where to hide from My wrath."

The word severely meaning strictly or harshly.

He is angry.
