[*Warrior Cats vibes at the name "Ashendusk"* Oh hi, didn't notice y'all- XD]

     The classes had been flying for about two hours, taking a short 15 minute break between them, when they finally reached the rainforest. Kenobi landed on the rather large wooden platform with the rest of his group, walking over to join the growing crowd of SkyWings and SandWings.

    "Wow. I never knew how beautiful the rainforest was," Topaz exclaimed quietly as she softly landed on the platform right behind Kenobi.

    "It could never beat the most beautiful thing in the world, though, whom I am so fortunate to see every day," Prince Kadal commented kindly, smiling softly at Topaz as he walked up beside her. She looked back at him and also smiled.

     ...I could've come up with that... Kenobi thought longingly. But you didn't. He did. She deserves him, a more bitter part of his brain whispered. He lowered his gaze.

     The rest of his thoughts were cut off as a dragon approached the group.

    "Hello students of Kyte's Academy For SkyWings And SandWings! Welcome to my Kingdom!" the dragon who Kenobi recognized to be Queen Glory announced, landing with a thud on a slightly raised part of the platform. Soon after, five more dragons landed on the platform right beside her. Kenobi flicked his wings up with surprise as he recognized King Deathbringer and their children, Princess Faith (who was oldest, about 15, and first in line to the throne), Princess Aurorablaze and Prince Ashendusk (from the same hatching, one shy the other very social), and little Princess Flower (the youngest and most forgotten, quiet dragonet of the Glorybringer children).

     As the Queen of the RainWings continued talking, now about what they would tour when, Kenobi's attention was drawn to a flash of black scales he saw out of the corner of his eye. He turned, puzzled, to see Mightyroar just standing there, staring, not a Queen Glory, but at one of the Princesses: Princess Aurorablaze. Kenobi found this rather odd and sent a weird look at the NightWing, but Mightyroar's gaze was fixed on the hybrid ahead of them.

     Huh.. he wondered, slowly turning back to face the front while shaking his head. Sometimes I wonder about that boy..

    "And finally, you will all be left for a few hours to explore the rainforest freely," Queen Glory finished.

    "WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE, WE'VE GOT-" King Deathbringer broke out in song, being cut of as the Queen yelled, "DEATHBRINGER! SHUT UP!"

     The crowd murmured with laughter. Princess Faith glanced at her parents in concern as Prince Ashendusk flicked his tail with amusement, smiling mischievously. Princesses Aurorablaze and Flower, however, weren't effected. They looked as if this happened all of the time (which it probably did...).

    "But Gloryyyy-" he whined, "You said I could sing a song to welcome them!"

    "I said you could do the background music for the tour," she sighed, doing a face-talon. Kenobi snorted with amusement. He could hear Topaz and Prince Kadal muffling their laughter behind him. He froze.

     She's spending more time with him then me now... Kenobi noted sadly. She deserves him though, that bitterness commented. ...Does she?
