Days ago before the hyung line left the house

December 1, 2025

Juyeon knocks on Sangyeon's door. Juyeon was just reading books in his room earlier but Hyunjae suddenly called Juyeon to go to Sangyeon's room to talk about something important.

"Come in"

Juyeon opens the door, seeing the hyung line already in the room, Hyunjae and Jacob are sitting on the couch, Younghoon is laying on Sangyeon's bed and Sangyeon's there Sitting on a chair.

"What's up?" Juyeon asks, as he sits on sangyeon's bed just right next to Younghoon.

"Me, Jacob, Hyunjae and younghoon are leaving tomorrow" Sangyeon stated already to the point, making Juyeons mouth shaped into a 'o' while looking at Sangyeon.

"Why?" Juyeon asks. It's too sudden for them to leave too after the incident that happened to you many days ago.

"Didn't we already talk about this? Every month me, Jacob, hyunjae and Younghoon will go out to check the portal if it's deactivated or activated" Sangyeon Answers Juyeon. Juyeon nods remembering that they already talked about this, of course there are no objections since it's for their safety too, because if the portal gets activated and they didn't know, it will be really dangerous, if they won't check it then the Humans world might end up with ghouls and other creepy creatures that's not from the Humans world. The Human world will no longer be a Normal Human world but with Dark and Creepy creatures in it.

"What about Y/N?" Juyeon raises a brow. After Mentioning you Jacob turns his head to Juyeon.

"Take care of her, make sure she won't know where we're going" Jacob tells, Juyeon nods and looks down on his hands.

"So Juyeon, You'll be in-charge in here... Take a good care of them hm?" Sangyeon said looking at Juyeon with a small smile. Juyeon smiled and nods.

"You too hyung, becareful out there, all of you hyungs"

"We will... Don't worry, we'll be back before December 3"

"SANGYEON HYUNG!!" Everyone's eyes widened when they saw Sangyeon's wounded body, some parts of his t-shirt got ripped off and some with some blood stains on it, he can barley open his eyes.

Kevin and Juyeon runs to the weak man, getting worried. As they were about to carry Sangyeon, sangyeon spoke up to them before they could bring Sangyeon where he can rest.

"Hyu-Hyunjae.." Sangyeon stutters while mentioning the other conscious male, as everyone turned their head to Hyunjae who's body is already unconscious, Jacob's there putting all his strength to carry Hyunjae's unconscious body.

"Haknyeon! Sunwoo go get Hyunjae hyung" Juyeon orders, as the two boys who got mentioned run to Hyunjae. Kevin and Juyeon bring Sangyeon to the couch and let him rest there. Haknyeon and Sunwoo carried Hyunjae and bring him to the Matt to rest.

Jacob was about to fall on the ground, good thing Eric was quick to find Jacobs situation as he runs to Jacob and help him stand.

"Come here hyung..." Eric mutters, Jacob still let out a smile and pat Erics back as Eric let him rest on the Single couch.

"Chanhee" After hearing his Name being called out he quickly goes to Sangyeon and massaged his own hands and temples, getting ready to heal Sangyeon.

"No.. Heal Hyunj-jae first, He-he has been unconscious since Y-yesterday..." Sangyeon stated, Chanhee sighs and nods. Chanhee goes to Hyunjae and took a deep breath.

While they're taking their time to heal the three hyungs, You noticed that one is missing.

'Younghoon' You run out of the house and looked around, finding where Younghoon is, but there was no sign of the man you're looking for. You continued to look around until you noticed the car, the engine is still on. As soon as you saw the car you run to it, you opened the back seat door and there you saw him.

'Hoon...'

He's sitting there pulling his knees to his chest while Crying softly, sobs coming out while tears are falling down to his cheeks.

You took a deep breath, as you silently sit down next to younghoon. Younghoon covered his face with his palms while still crying softly. You sighed and hold both of his hands making him stop covering his face, But after holding his hand he suddenly hugged you tightly.

You flinched and widened your eyes by his sudden actions, "Ho-Hoon? Not to tight hoon" You tapped his back as a sign for him not to tighten the hug.

Hoon still stayed like that and keeps on crying, you sighed and now pat his back softly.

"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" You ask, your eyes looking around Younghoons body but it was shocking when you noticed there are no bruises on him nor some bloods, there are just some small and not so deep wounds and his feet seems to have some dirts on it.

"I-... I feel so bad..." Younghoon mumbled but of course you can hear him.

"Why? Wait no, are you okay? Did you get hurt too? What happened?" You ask multiple questions getting worried by his situation.

Younghoon sniffed and breaks the hug, he looks down on his lap while still pouting. You don't know but you pretty much find him cute right now.

"Of course i didn't really get hurt... I didn't even do anything, i was just standing there not even knowing what to do, while hyungs are trying their best to fight... I don't belong in this team... I'm So Useless" Younghoon tells trying not to sob and cry again just from remembering the past memories.

After hearing that 'useless' word from him makes you remember your memories from the past when everyone calls you useless too, but you shake your head and just want to take care of Younghoon situation right now.

"Who Were you guys fighting??" You ask to him, he sniffed again and still looking down not even sparing a glance to you.

Hearing your question Younghoon went silent and just look down, you blinked your eyes waiting for him to answer your question but sadly you seem to not receive the answer you want.

After a few seconds the door in the car suddenly opened, you and younghoon turned the both of your head to the person who opened the car door.

"Ah! Younghoon Hyungs is here with Y/N" After Kevins sentence, he looked at you and younghoon. "Younghoon Hyung? Are you hurt too? Come on let's heal you up".

Younghoon stayed silent and is still looking down, you sighed and pat Younghoons back.

"Let's go Hoon, you need to heal up or at least you need to rest" You tell as he took a deep breath and left the car with you and Kevin.

It's already night, you don't know if everyone already finished their dinner meals but you do know you are done eating dinner. You felt pretty upset because everyone didn't get to eat together at Dinner time, the others were eating in their rooms while the others you don't know if they ate yet.

You're at Sangyeon's room pretty much taking care of him, incase if he wakes up and need something to drink or eat at least you're there. The others maybe are taking care of the other 3 hyungs.

You're just there sitting on the chair right next to Sangyeon's bed where he's resting on. You're looking at him while your thoughts are messing you up like, 'What happened to them?' 'Someone hurt them?' 'I thought i promised myself to take care of them from now on?...' 'Why did they Leave at the first place?' 'Where did they go?' 'Who hurt them like this?'.

You took a deep breath and looked at the ground, remembering Younghoon's words earlier.

"Of course i didn't really get hurt... I didn't even do anything, i was just standing there not even knowing what to do, while hyungs are trying their best to fight... I don't belong in this team... I'm So Useless"

'Hoonie...'

"What technically Happened hyung? Sangyeon hyung seems to be weak right now especially Hyunjae hyung... Younghoon hyung doesn't really have that much bruises or wounds on him but he seems to be not in the mood to talk... While you're here not even planning to take a rest" Kevin speaks so fast that made the male infront of him laugh. Kevin raises a brow at the older, "𝖣𝗎𝖽𝖾 𝗐𝗁𝗒 𝖺𝗋𝖾 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝗅𝖺𝗎𝗀𝗁𝗂𝗇𝗀??".

Jacob finally stopped laughing at Kevins long sentences and sighs afterwards. He looks at Kevin and sighs again as he looks away.

"Don't worry i'm okay, Chanhee already healed me" Jacob tells, making sure that the boys don't need to worry about him, but still though... They still have to worry, since Jacob and the other hyungs comes back in their home with a bad condition.

Kevin shakes his head and makes Jscob sit on the couch, "Sit there hyung, you still have to get some rest, don't act as if your condition right now is okay... Just because Chanhee already healed you doesn't mean you're fully recovered" Kevin tells, making the older male laugh again because of Kevins scolding.

"Aww, If you say so Kevin" Jacob smiles brightly to Kevin, Kevin pouts while looking at Jacob, of course he is still worried and also curious about how all of this happened.

"But what happened hyung?" As kevin was about ask that question, Another younger male walks in the room and get to ask Jacob first.

'This Asshole just stole my thunder' Kevin jokes in his thoughts while looking at Eric sitting down on the Single couch.

"What happened?.. Hmm" Jacob acts as if he's trying to remember some old memories, as he looked at the two members with a smile, "Well as you boys know... all four of us always check the portal... if it's deactivate or activate, when me and the three boys checked the portal days ago... It was activated" Jacob tells, making Kevin and Eric widen their eyes.

"How come?! The portals has been deactivated these past years..." Kevin tells, Yes the portals to their dimensions are pretty much hard to be activated unless if you're one of the high ranks or royals on one of the dimensions, and now it's very weird and shocking that the portal is found activated.

"We don't know... Well uhm, so yeah we got attacked" Jacob looks down, he didn't really like it seeing his brothers getting hurt... He really cares about his brothers, even random people he would care and help them if they have some problems. That's why his members calls him the Angel of the group.

"Who or what attacked you hyung and the other hyungs?" Eric asked tilting his head. Eric in his mind is already guessing, if it's one of their enemy that comes to find and attack them, but that's too much to go in that portal though since they know there are many of their enemies that are already in this cruel Human world. 'Dont Tell me they added more assholes to come and fight us?' Eric scoffed at his thoughts.

"It's very unexpected to be honest... but it was some creatures" After Jacobs sentence the two males got more shocked, "I think it's those creatures from Twilight forest".

"THE FUC-" Kevin was about to curse but Jacob turns his head to Kevin and shakes his head, kevin took a deep breath, "What the fuck?" Kevin whispers, "Twilight forest?! Are you sure hyung??".

Twilight forest is where Evil creatures live and they are some dangerous creatures too, no one ever dared to go to Twilight forest because it's one of the most dangerous dimensions. Some already had experience on going to that dimension but 99% are pretty much missing or lost in there, Legend says those 99% of people who came there already died? It all remains as a mystery even now.

Jacob nods as a response and turned his head to the front, "So yeah it's already expected for me and the boys to get injured" Jacob laughs at his words, while there's the two younger males looking at Jacob with a worried expression.

Jacob stops laughing when he noticed the two younger males gaze at him, he released a sigh, "What about you two tell me what has been happening here?".

"Of course we have been fine hyung, OH AND! WE ALMOST FORGOT!" Eric suddenly stands up and runs to the kitchen.

Jacob looked at kevin with a confused face, "What des he mean?".

Kevin shrugs, not knowing about Eric's sudden actions. Jacob looks at Eric who's running back to the room where they are in, but now Eric is holding a Plate with a cake on it.

"Here hyung! Eat this" Eric gives Jacob the plate, it's the cake they baked earlier!!

"Oh? Thank youu~" Jacob smiles at Eric tuen Jacob looks at the cake. "Who baked this? I thought there are no more ingredients?" Jacob asks.

"All of us Baked it!! Well When you and the other hyungs left. Chanhee hyung, haknyeon hyung and Y/N goes to the mall to shop and buy some stuffs for their polaroid yes! but i don't know why they brought some ingredients so WE JUST USED THE INGREDIENTS" Eric shares happily while looking at Jacob who's already eating the cake happily.

Jacob nods and continues eating

"Wait- Y/N LEFT THE HOUSE?!" Jacob widen his eyes at the two males. Kevin face palmed and Eric made a poker face.

"D-Don't you worry hyung! That's why they bring Haknyeon so no one can go and attack them, and who would fight in the Mall??" Eric sheepishly smiles, trying to make the older not worry.

"Seriously? Who would fight in the mall? Of course us" Kevin rolls his eyes, remembering that one afternoon when they met you. It's pretty much the day when they found you in that chaotic situation.

Jacob released a sigh and look down to the cake, "At least no one's hurt in here right?".

Eric nods with his normal smile now, jacob smiled back after knowing that everything's okay in here.

"Cheer up baby, Cheer up baby, Cheer up a little more~"

"stop..."

"Cheer up!! It's not your fault so Cheer up!"

"..."

You came downstairs and the first thing you saw is Eric and Changmin cheering up Younghoon who seemed to be not cheering up yet.

You decided to just stand there and stare at them, not until someone silently walks to you and hugs you by your waist. You flinched and almost screamed but you didn't get to scream since he covered your mouth before you could scream.

"Yah, are you scared of me now??" Hyunjae ask, as he lets go of your waist and pouts while looking at you.

You chuckled and sheepishly smiled while looking at him, "I'm not scared of you, you just scared me that's why i became scared of you" You stated, making him laugh at your words.

"That's confusing, anyways... How are you Y/Nie?? How's our Human?? Did they do something stupid to you?? Come on tell me" Hyunjae asks, clinging to your arms and looking at you with his cute smile.

"Don't worry they didn't do anything stupid to me" You tell and smiled after.

Hyunjae lets go of your arms and faces you, "Did you eat breakfast already? Or no?" Hyunjae questions.

You just shaked your head as a response, "Let's go eat Breakfast together then!!" After his words he immediately dragged you to the kitchen and make you sit on the chair. He goes to the counter to ready both of your plates.

At the kitchen Haknyeon and Changmin have been there, Changmin is facing his own phone while eating his food while Haknyeon looked very focus with his food and just eat there.

You just sat there looking at the two of them, Haknyeon then notices your gazes at him and Changmin, as he looks back at you and offered a bread.

You shake your head as a response, he nods after and continue eating his food

You're pretty much in the room where you used to sleep in back then, the room where they rest. Called rest room? Sounds like a bathroom, You laughed at your own thoughts as you look around the room.

'whoa it's been so long...'

As you continued to look around, after a few seconds your eyes suddenly catched something shiny. You walk closer to it not even hesitating, and there, you spotted a crystal shard.

You tilt your head and stared at it before taking it. You took it and is raising your eyebrow while staring on it.

'When did this get here?' 'Who owns this?' 'Why is this here?' 'Who brought it in here?' 'Should i tell the boyz about this Shard?'

In the train of thoughts, you didn't know that someone is in the room where you are in. As seconds pass by you turned around when you felt a presence in the room.

As soon as you turned around you pretty much see nothing, you look around the room to make sure if no one really is there. After checking that no one is really there you sit down on the bed and looked at the shard again.

'It's so silent'

You giggled at your thoughts, but then you stopped when you suddenly hear footsteps inside the room where you're currently in. You looked up again and look around the sides of the room, but still see nothing.

This situation made you shiver in fear, as you looked down now being hesitant on looking around.

At the moment suddenly The windows door open and the flower vase that's just on the windows table fell. You turned your head to the window and saw a man, a unfamiliar man but the more you stare at him he's looking familiar little by litte.

The unfamiliar man is also looking at you widening his eyes while his hands were shaking.

'Huh? Who is he.... Is he scared?'

"Who are you? What are you doing in this household?" You slowly question, as you slowly stand up hesitating on walking towards him.

"You don't have to know" The unfamiliar man stated with his soft but also shakey voice.

"A-Are you also one of th-them?" You ask, trying not to stutter but of course you failed.

The next 5 seconds have been silent you only hearing him breathing heavily like his panting, and also you could hear yourself breathing too. Both of you stared at each other, you stared at him with a confused face. Until he suddenly claps his hands and starts to laugh, you got scared at his sudden actions, as you sit back on the bed getting scared.

The Unfamiliar man starts to walk closer to you while clapping his hands and looking at you with his scary eyes which made you shiver in fears. He halts on his steps when he's close to you now.

"W-what?" You said in a low tone, he smirked at you. You can see his Devil eyes and also you can now feel evilness in his presence with you.

"Lee... Y/N? That's you... Am i right?" The unfamiliar Man asks softly and a hint of evilness on his voice. Angel-Devil?? you didn't respond at his question. Making him chuckle and go more closer to your face, as he fixed some strands of your hair that's blocking some sides of your face. He leans closer to you and whispers.

"You seem to be a good catch"
