"I know damn deku, I'm just giving you a warning."

Katsuki can't stop looking at him. He never could stop looking at him, even before this whole thing happened.

Even when the both of them were at the bottom, covered in filth and blood. Izuku still managed to look so-

"Leave and never come back!"

"Stay out forever you murderer!"

The both of them were outside the gate that kept the kingdom separated from the wilderness.

It's what kept them all safe. But now Katsuki is being sent there all alone.

Without Izuku to be there for him. He wasn't supposed to follow him out here, but he pulled some strings.

Like hell he was going to let him go without at least saying goodbye.

Izuku glares at the gate.

If he could kill them all right now for ever making Katsuki do this, he would. In a heartbeat.

His face is turned back to Katsuki by a warm hand.

"Hey. At least look at me when I'm going..."

Izuku's heart races and he smiles again, looking at Katsuki. He looks so sad.

Izuku sniffs and moves his hand into a fist.

He can't and won't cry, not when Katsuki is here being strong for the both of them. So instead, he just says,

" I'll miss you Kacchan."

Katsuki grins and moves his face closer.

"I will too Deku."

The both of them dont stop it, gravitating towards each other like there was never anything else.

Maybe thats true. It was always just the two of them. Their lips graze each other's but there is a shout.

"What the hell is taking so long?!"

The both of them move away from each other, both of their faces red.

"B-Be safe Kacchan.."

"Y-yeah..."

Its slightly awkward, but Izuku looks from the ground back to Katsuki. 

"Kacchan." 

Katsuki looks at him, eyes shining. Izuku lets out a breath, steps froward, and plants his lips on Katsuki's.

The kiss is fast, but it leaves a burning on both of them. Red explodes on Katsuki's face, and he stares at Izuku.

Izuku shuts his eyes for a moment then looks forward, staring back. 

"I love you. Don't die. And you better come back or ill kick your ass." 

Izuku turns around on his heel, his coat winding out behind him as he strides towards the gate. 

"Oi you fucker!" 

Izuku glances back to see Katsuki, face still red, yelling after him.

"I love you too asshole! Not in a just a friend way so don't give me that bullshit got it?!"

Izuku grins and he feels the tears roll down his face.

Katsuki sees them and his face softens, his own tears falling.

Izuku signals the gate keepers, who begin to open it. It rumbles and thuds loudly as it finally opens.

Izuku steps through and the growing crowd's attention is right on him.

His clothes and hair move with the wind and his eyes are hard and trained, a mask that covers up the tears that he just shed.

"Since Katsuki Bakugou is no longer here, i will now be the general of the king's army. I'll do all i can to protect this kingdom, i will put my life on the line and i will fight. So, trust in me!"

The crowd cheers, joyous. Izuku glances back to see Katsuki disappearing into the forest.
