- If you're feeling a bit of knock out towards studying. Grab some inspiration. Either to your friends, family, future, and your crush. *eherm or think about your dreams.


- Keep your phone away from you as possible. In this way, you'll be practically tired to get it and so you won't be tempted to use it.
