Cornered

Felix's morning went by quickly.

He wasted no time getting dressed.

He soon made his way to school, quickly getting to class.

Once he made it, he sat down on his desk and quickly fixed his hair.

Felix looked up and saw a new student joining their class, waiting for the teacher to give them a seat.

Felix looks at him closely and realizes.... That's the guy from yesterday!

"What was his name... Lawrence! Yea, Lawrence!" Very quietly yelled to himself.

Felix watched as the teacher stood next to Lawrence, introducing him to the class before letting Lawrence pick a seat.

Lawrence sat down next to Felix and smiled at him.

"Remember me?" Lawrence asked, tilting his head.

Felix nodded and looked forward, trying to focus on class, not Lawrence.

Though Lawrence made that a bit of a challenge for Felix. He kept his eyes on him.

As class continued, Felix would question more and more why Lawrence was staring at him.

Soon, the teacher passed out the assignments. That's when Felix realized he had been distracted the whole time.

"Crap...what do I do..." he muttered to himself, looking at the paper in front of him.

Then Felix felt a tap on his shoulder and turned back to Lawrence.

"Need help with the work? I don't mind helping you," Lawrence said with a smirk on his face.

Felix looked away, embarrassed, and nodded, knowing that he needed help with the work.

Lawrence noticed Felix nod, moved closer, and leaned over to look at Felix's paper. "Let's see what you have here.."

Felix tensed up at Lawrence, being so close to him. Especially since they are not close in any way.

...(after class in the hallway)...

Felix made his way out of the classroom, his bag hanging off one of his shoulders and his hand holding a notebook.

When he turned around the corner, he bumped right into someone, making him stumble back, but he was still standing just shocked.

Felix quickly spoke up, and his voice sounded worried, "Are you okay? I'm so sorry. I should have been watching where I was going..."

Felix put his hand out to touch the person, but stop right above their shoulder.

"I'm really sorry, truly." Felix stammered out again. While looking up at the person, he noticed they had a very unique hair and eyes.

They looked like a male. His hair was a light blue with dark black ends. His eyes are a very light shade of grey and blue.

He seemed to be wearing a black hoodie that had sew on patches that were in a variety of colors and styles, making it pop.

The person smiled, grabbing onto Felix's hand. "No need to...apologize, really." He said, his voice soft but upsetting, to say the least.

He kept staring into Felix's eyes before he spoke up again. "So... What's your name? I would love to get and know you." Felix chuckled before speaking, though it was hard to hear his soft voice.

"My name is Felix... and yours?" As Felix chuckled nervously, not wanting to tell someone his name without getting theirs.

The person laughed, smiling more. "Of course, I'd love for you to get to know me more and more and more. My name is Yuri. It's a pleasure to meet you." As Yuri spoke, he laid his face in Felix's hand, his smiling growing bigger and slightly...creepier.

Felix quickly pulled his hand away with a nervous laugh. "I've really got to go to lunch now. Nice meeting you!..." he quickly yelled that before running off to lunch.

Yuri watched as he left. A frown formed on his face, his eye showing his growing anger.

...(lunch)...

Felix sighed and waited in the lunch line to buy some food.

In the line, he looked over at the table he sat at yesterday. He noticed that his sister wasn't there. "She must have made some friends... good for her," Felix mumbled to himself quietly.

When he noticed a person in front of him, people surrounded them, and he did his best to keep his spot in line, not wanting them to run out of the food he wants before these hooligans' get it all.

Doing so, Felix was pushed right into the person in front of him.

He shook his head before looking up at the person who was now looking down at him.

Suddenly, the person laid their hand on Felix's head, patting his head.

Though he wasn't smiling, his face wasn't unwelcoming. It was calmer and sweet.

"Be careful," the person said, his voice low.

He removed his hand from Felix head, then got himself a tray.

Felix followed quickly, trying to get himself some food.

After he got his food, he went over to the table and started eating.

He heard someone sit next to him, then saw them tap on the table beside him.

He looked up at the person to see Lawrence. "How are you doing? Hhm?" He said as he pulled out his own lunch to eat.

"I'm doing good...why? I mean... I guess I had a weird interaction...well, two interactions with people, but you don't need to know that." Felix answered before taking a bite into his food.

Lawrence laughed slightly. "Interactions? Come on, I won't judge." Lawrence said in a teasing tone.

Felix looked at him for a second, the back at the table.

"I don't even know you. We just met at best... so no, I won't be talking about it." Felix replied.

His tone came off a bit harsh, making him back down and apologize. "That was rude... I just don't know you, that's all."

Lawrence chuckled, looking at Felix his eyes had the same look as before when he first saw Felix.

"No, no, that's fine. I completely get it... could we get to know each other, though?" Lawrence asked, laying his head on the table but was still looking at Felix.

Felix was a bit surprised at Lawrence request that he couldn't understand why he wanted to know him so badly.

"I guess you can, yes, but why do you want in the first place? I'll give you a heads up. I'm not that interesting," Felix said, looking at his food and taking another bite.

Lawrence chuckled once again. "Not interesting? You are very interesting, though, and you're really talented at ice skating... your moves really caught my eye." Lawrence moved some hair out of Felix face showing off Felix's eyes.

Felix quickly pulled away and got up from the table, throwing his tray away, walking out of the cafeteria.

"What is going on today ? First, I have the same class with Lawrence with him getting me distracted, then that guy yuri?? He and I Bupped into each other in the hallway, and why did he... then the line why...? Maybe that just how this school is..." Felix mumbled to himself and walked down to the ice rink.

He changed his shoes again back to his skates, hoping to get his mind off of what had just happened.

"I have 30 minutes until my next class... so I'll set a timer for 20..." he told himself as he grabbed his watch from his bag, putting it on and setting a timer.

Felix got up and made it over to the ice.

Setting his skate down on the ice, he saw the coach for the hockey team walk in with the guy from the line before.

Felix kept skating but was still watching the coach wondering if he'll say anything.

The coach grabbed some skates, handed them to the guy from earlier, and walked off into a back room.

Felix watched the boy put his skates on and walked over to the ice.

The boy lifted his head to see Felix skating.

He entered into the rink and skated over to Felix and bent down to Felix height.

After a second of staring at each, he laid his hand on Felix's head once again, patting it.

"Uhm, hi again? Hehe...why are you doing this?" Felix said, looking up at him.

The boy continued what he was doing, though he did give an answer in some way.

"Short... deserves head pats."
Felix chuckled while backing up.

"Right well, no need to continue doing so, hehe.."Felix said while trying his best to back away, but he ended up hitting the side wall by him.

The boy soon stops patting felix head, tilting his head.

"Hockey? You're..a bit small, " he said to Feli. Though his voice sounded harsh, it wasn't.

"Oh no, no, I do...figure skating," As the boy went to question more after Felix told him what he was doing, Felix's alarm went off.

"Oh, that uhm telling to get going now I should uhm go haha," Felix said, trying to skate away, but that was when the boy grabbed onto Felix arm.

"Name...?" the boy said, his tone sounding like a question. "

Felix blinked for a second, then it clicked, and he answered,"Oh my name is Felix...yours?".

The boy nodded and answered back, "Fritz...". Felix nodded and then waved by before changing his shoes to leave.

...(after school)...

Felix made it home, making his way to the kitchen to start dinner.

As he was cooking, the TV from the living room was on and turned up loud.

Though he did not mind since the show playing was a very calm one and used for music only.

Once he finished up making dinner, he made everyone plates laying them on the counter and went to go to his room to do his work with food.

He finished up the work and his food putting the school work back in his bag and getting up to go clean the plate he did his nightly routine: taking a shower, brushing his hair, brushing his teeth, making sure the lights were off, that the doors were locked, and last but not least.. laying in bed to sleep the rest of the day away.
