Zombies started to get in the room and Cheong-san saw that the phone was broken so he was going to get another phone. Su-Ho got down from the window and kicked the zombie. Cheong-san got a phone

"Ya'll go! I'll meet ya'll there!" Cheong-san said

Cheong-san left the room.

"Come on!" Su-Ho said

Su-Hyeok and Su-Ho left.

In the studio room 

"I heard that in some countries, they mourn adults more than they do with children." Nam-ra said. "And in others, children more than adults. Which do you think our country is?"

"What do you mean?" Dae-su said 

"When kids die, you lose hope but... when adults die, you lose their wisdom." Joon-Yeong said. "Hope and wisdom. Which do we value more?" 

"Hmm?" Dae-su said 

Nam-ra looks out the window. 

"They've been flying all over the place since yesterday." She said "They would have already saved us if they really wanted to."

"But even if they do come to save us, we won't get out first. We're just not important enough for that." 

"We're students. That's it."

Few minutes later 

"Su-hyeok and Su-Ho" Dae-su said 

"Are you okay?" Hyo-Ryung said 

"Where's the phone? And Cheong-san? On-Jo said 

Su-Ho and Su-Hyeok did not say anything. On-Jo went towards the window and looked outside.

"Su-Ho." On-Jo said. "Where is he?"

"We got separated in the teacher's office." Su-Ho said  

"I'm sure he'll be fine." Su-Hyeok said 

"Are you serious? Oh, shit!" Dae-su said 

"I'm sorry... for coming back alone." Su-Ho said 

"What do we do? On-jo and Cheong-san are really close." Hyo-Ryung said 

"They're going out." Ji-Min said 

"But On-jo told me they're not." 

"I'm telling you they are." Ji-Min said. "They're always together."

"Really?" Hyo-Ryung said. Su-Ho heard this so she decided to go to On-Jo. 

"I'm sure Cheong-san is fine. You know how fast he is." Su-Ho said 

"I don't know why he never listens. Ever since we were kids, he's just never listened to me."

"I told him not to go, but, of course, he did." 

"I'm sorry. I should've brought him back here."

"Where do you think... he is now?"

"I'm pretty sure he's in a safe hiding spot." Su-Ho and On-Jo stay in silence for a few seconds until On-Jo got an idea. 

"Joon-yeong. Didn't you mention that your science club made a drone?" On-Jo asked 

"Yeah. You want to look for Cheong-san with it?" He replied 

"Could we?"

"Well, yeah. But it's in the science lab."

"We can go get it." 

"How would we get it? It's crawling with zombies out there." 

"That." She says and points at the rope. 

"You want me to climb up on that?" Joon-Yeong asked

 "But there are zombies in the science lab too." Hyo-Ryung said  

 "There weren't any in the supply room. Right?"

"That's true, but..." Joon-Yeong said 

"We have to find Cheong-san. There's no one else besides us to start looking and rescue people." She says 

"Yeah. It would be good if we had the drone." Nam-ra said "We can find Cheong-san and then we can see how things are outside."

"We might even be able to send an emergency message and ask for help." Nam-ra said 

"Sure, that would be really great. But who's gonna go?" Hyo-Ryung said  

"I wanna go." On-Jo said. "I took a fire rescue class, and I've climbed ropes before."

"No, I'll go." Su-Ho said 

"You already went out there." On-Jo said. "You can't keep putting yourself in danger." 

"The drone isn't finished yet, we need to find a few more parts to run it." Joon-Yeong said  "Do you know what to get?"

Joon-Yeong looks around and sighed. 

"Then I have to go anyway, I guess. I'll go with On-jo." Joon-Yeong said 

 "No way. I'm actually going this time so stand back." Dae-su said 

 "But you can't." Wu-Jin said. "He can't. The rope won't hold you."

 "It was fine when I came down. But it'll snap if I climb up, right?" Dae-su said 

"Yeah. Right."

"Yeah. It'll snap." Dae-su said 

 "Right. Good boy." Wu-Jin said 

"Joon-yeong, come with me." On-Jo said 

"Mm" He said 

 "It's too dangerous. I'll go." Su-Ho said while grabbing her arm. On-Jo looks at her arm and Su-Ho notices and slowly let go of her, while they were doing this Nam-ra was watching them. 

"Thank you. But I don't want you... to be put in danger anymore." On-Jo said  

"I'm going." Joon-yeong said. Then he left. Then it was On-Jo turn to leave. 

"Be careful, On-jo." Ji-Min said

"Be safe. We'll be watching, okay?" Su-Ho said. Then On-Jo left. 

"Do you think... it's really safe out there?" Hyo-Ryung said 

"I'm sure it is. Like you said, there are soldiers and cops, right?" Ji-Min said. "I wanna go to my dad's factory and my mom's sundae place."

"Whatever. You hate the smell of leather and sundae anyway." Hyo-Ryung said 

"Yeah, I do. I just want my mom's sundae soup."

"So you finally grew up? You should have said that earlier. Now, it's too late." Hyo-Ryung said trying to light up the mood. 

Su-Ho was looking at the window waiting for On-Jo to come back, Nam-ra went up to her. 

"I can't stop thinking about this one thing."  Nam-ra said 

 "What?" Su-Ho replied 

"If eventually everyone in the world but us ends up turning in too?"

"No way." 

"But if that were true?"

"Nah."

"Then we'd be the minority. And all minorities have a way of going extinct." Su-Ho sighs. 

"We're not the minority." She says 

"But what if that actually happens? You think you could make it through this?" Nam-ra said 

"I don't know." Su Ho said. "But I don't wanna be a zombie. You don't recognize anyone. And... I won't even recognize you." Nam-ra smiles a little bit

"In case I do get bitten, I have a favor to ask."

 "No. Don't get bit."

"If by chance..."

"No. Don't get bit. You cant." Su-Ho said. "Don't even think about dying."

On-Jo and Joon-Yeong came back. Joon-Yeong finished the drone and put a sticky note on the drone. 

"Does it work?" Dae-su said. "Is it working?"

"I think it will." Wu-Jin said. They got the drone to start working. Joon-Yeong started to fly the drone. 

"Holy crap. That thing's crazy fast." Dae-su said 

"I'll take it outside after I find Cheong-san. If I find any rescuers out there, I'll land in front of them." Joon-Yeong said 

"Okay" Dae-su said. When Joon-Yeong was about to take the drone outside Nam-ra spoke. 

"Wait a second." She says making everyone look at her. "They say when people know their situation is hopeless, that's when they despair."  

"Sweet saying. But what does that mean?" Dae-su said 

"Even if everyone in the world but us turned into zombies, we can't fall in to despair." Nam-ra said 

"Ahh. So that's what that means?" Dae-su says 

"Nam-ra." On-Jo said. "It's best to make a plan and try to stick to it, but we're not all top students, and we can't be as smart as you."

"Being logical isn't part of human nature." On-Jo said 

"In a crisis, it's better to be logical." Nam-ra said  

"We need hope more than logic." On-Jo said. "Don't you think that's best right now?"

"Hey. I think... flying the drone is what we need right now." Su-Ho said 

"Okay. Try it." Dae- su said 

"Here goes." Joon-Yeong said, and with that Joon-Yeong took the drone outside. 

"No one in the infirmary." Wu-Jin said 

"Joon-yeong, go somewhere else." Dae-su said 

"Wait. Hold on. Stop right there." Wu-Jin said. "Is that an arrow" 

 "Where?" Dae-su asked 

"This." Wu-Jin replied. 

"You're right. It is." Dae-su said 

"Why?" Su-Ho asked 

"What?" Dae-su said 

"My older sister. She had a competition today." Wu-Jin said 

"Where the hell did Cheong-san go?" Su-Ho whispered. 

Joon-Yeong took the drone to a room and Cheong-san was in there. 

"It's Cheong-san!" On-Jo said. "What room is that?" 

"Cheong-san!"Su-Hyeok said 

 "He... He can't hear you." Joon-Yeong said 

"Be quiet." Wu-Jin said 

"Hey, Cheong-san!" On-Jo said 

"He can't hear you." Joon-Yeong said 

"On-jo, it's okay." Su-Ho said. "Cheong-san is alive!" She said then hugged On-Jo. Nam-ra looked at them and Su-Ho saw and quickly let go of On-Jo. 

"Ah..." Su-Ho said and went back looking at the drone footage. 

"What's he doing? Where's he going?" Dae-su said. "Look this way! Over here! Where are you going, you stupid moron?"

"He can't hear you, Dae-su!" Joon-Yeong said 

"Be quiet, will you? You're so damn loud." Wu-Jin said 

"My bad. My bad." Dae-su said  

"Didn't you say the battery was low?" Ji-Min says 

"Yeah. I couldn't charge it, so it's almost dead." Joon-Yeong said 

 "Now that we know for sure where Cheong-san is, let's go look somewhere else." Ji-Min said. "You wanted to check outside and ask for help? On-jo, is that okay?" 

"Mm-hmm. Now that we know he's alive." On-Jo said 

"Okay. Here it goes." Joon-Yeong said. They took the drone outside. 

"Whoa. It's totally Zombieland out there." Dae-su said 

"I think we should look outside of the school grounds." Nam-ra said 

"Let's take it outside." Su-Ho said agreeing 

"Okay." Joon-Yeong said. He took the drone outside of the school. 

"Wait a minute." Ji-Min said 

"What is it?" Joon-Yeong said

"Wait a sec. Just... wait." She said 

"What?" Hyo-Ryung said "Wha, what's wrong, Ji-min?"

"Wait a minute. I-I can't..."

"What? What is it?" Su-Hyeok said 

"This...  That's my dad's car." She said  

"Which one? The white one? The black one?"

"It's this truck." Ji-Min said. "It's my dad's car." She said while crying. 

"Don't worry. I'm sure there are lots of cars like that."

 "Hang on. I'll check." Joon-Yeong said. 

Joon-Yeong went to go check and Ji-Min saw her mom and her dad turned into zombies.  

"Ji-min." On-Jo said and went up and hugged her.
