This is a Sundog two false suns are reflected on the right by Solaria's only sun of the sky. It can be recognized easily from the other two false suns by the giant glowing halo surrounding it.
As the Main Sun is here not in the middle like the pictures from our real world so is the picture below.

The third sun probably isn't in the camera shot and maybe off to the right. This can occur anytime of the year but more common in the wintery parts of our years.
The consistent thing about Sundogs is all three suns are always horizontally aligned all the time.

Never in Any Winx Season have characters from Solaria ever stated that Solaria had three Suns. One in the Sky. The Second was revealed in Season 3 in the palace there is animation error in that episode after Valtor absorbs it the glow of the orb shouldn't be there but it still is even though we see its light later leaking again from that magic box thing. I believe that is another animation error because we saw Valtor absorb it.
Season 5 we see quite clearly there are only two suns only two suns are ever mentioned at all. Even Queen Luna confirms this with verbal dialogue for us.

The Sun of the Sky during the Eclipse up above Solaria's palace.

Second Sun of Solaria up above shining just fine, Skylights till the next picture.

It begins to dim.

Here's to 34 chapters left in this book now.
