Katori and Hannah...

Hannah P.O.V

Its just a normal day to us. Katori as usual was talking with me in her window and me listening to it while finishing my home work at the same time while drinking milk. Suddenly I felt a strong vibration. Earthquake? But this one was quite unique, I can't figure out what but it doesn't came from underground but instead outer. "Ka-" before I can finish my sentence my eyes black out. It was like a short moment after I heard sounds of rocks. It's like rocks being lifted.

Are those rescuers? I'm in second floor so I have chances to survive. But mom and dad... The structure of our house was concrete and I was worried for them.

After I get out of this rumble I can check Katori since their house was made of light materials.

Just then a blinding light welcome me when I open my eyes. I can also here a blurry sound of voice. It slowly get clearer and clearer. "Hey! Can you here me!" The sound was deeper like a voice changer. I just knew he pull me out from the rubble.

"Ka...Tori... Mom... Dad... Save... ple-" that's all that comes out in my mouth before losing in the dark once again.

The next time I open my eyes is in a full white room. "Hannah!" I can see Katori and other I presume nurses and my parents. "Doc! She's awake!" One of the nurses said. I started to blink many times, but after too much blinks the scenery changed. "Hannah!" Katori's voice quite startle me but I look at her. 'So the rescuers save her too... That's good' She was there sitting in a chair with some bandages . I can see her glad expression. I blink before wiping my eyes with my stiffy hands. "Katori... What happened?" She get closer to me and say. "But first is your wounds okay!?" my mother is the one who talks now. She was next to Katori with a worried face. I just nodded in response. She sighed in relief. After questioning me many times if I'm okay she begun story telling.

She said My parents alongside with me and Katori family was saved by a small girl wearing a mask with a robe. Katori then hand me a newspaper with something like neighbors was written, there were also things about border and two mysterious people that were helping them. While I'm reading she explain everything to me.She talk slower than normal so I process in my brain after all I just woke up.

After those things many things happen in Japan. We both promised to be a border agent and find the person that help us back then to thanks her/him. My parents didn't agree first since they want me to have something better (Mostly my father). But since I keep insisting and insisting and build a wall from my dreams to them they can't do anything but to accept it. We've decided that we will join at border when we reach 14 but still we need to practice our roles. As operator I learn more but mechanics, planning and problem solving. Katori on the other hand wanted to be an either attacker or gunner so she watch many videos, she was an easy learner so I can assure she will be able to do it.

Ko Murakami...

Ko Murakami P.O.V

(A/N: This one take place few months after the first invasion and also before Osamu change in to online class)

"The answer in no. 5,9,12,13,17 and 21 are all letter A" I whisper to myself. Were having test today and as many knew I can be able to perfectly record it on my mind.

...

As expected. I look at the board to see that I get to the top once again. Last time Liana from the next class get to the second but now I saw a strange name that was not here last year. "Mikumo Osamu" his score was nearly perfect. He isn't someone I know so I just let it be and walk away. I put both of my hands back to my pockets as I waslk.

"Have you heard that borders have defeated many neighbors again!" "Yeah! They were all cool specially the mysterious guy they say shadow!"

"Do you think how can they suddenly transform when they say something like trigger on!" "Maybe a magical word like other anime!"

While walking I can hear every talks they had. The everyday conversation is always borders. Sometimes they even repeat the whole conversation. I sighed and headed to one of the peaceful place in school. Library.

It was suppose to be rooftop but it wasn't aloud to go there. After I step there and close the door behind me the things I can hear was blocked. The only peoples that is in the library was me, the librarian and a new face. I take my favorite book from the bookshelves. I actually memorize it but rereading it makes me feel comfortable. I take a sit next to guy with glasses and emerald eyes. He was busy reading a book about ducks? As he flips the pages he will made a quite laugh. And mumble something like "He is really a duck"

But when he finish his book he finally look at me. For a moment he startled a bit. Base on his reaction he seems to recognize me, maybe as a 'the person who never forget anything' they knew me because of that. Because I never meet someone like him. He open his mouth few times before talking. "Hello" he said awkwardly. "Hi" I shortly answer. "What are you reading?" He lean to see the book I was reading. It was actually a Harry Potter book. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. "It was a good book" He smiled. "Do you also love it?" "Yes, Harry give his all for his friends. He is loyal even thought he was kinda... self sacrificial" He giggles. "My name is Mikumo Osamu anyways" "Ko Murakami..." "Nice to meet you Ko-kun" "...You too" He then stand up and walk to the door. "I was quite busy so I will be going now" He said but he pause for some moments and look back to me. "Everyone's unique, no need to distance yourself even you feel different to others. You can be good at something even you don't use your unique abilities" I flinched. He closed the door leaving me staring nothingness.

Those words pierce my heart. Even thought he was a stranger he was like to know what I'm thinking like we were friends for years.

Just that day I awaken by piercing words and finally try to continue my path. Looking back the talks about borders and the small talk I had with Osamu, maybe... I should have something I will be good at even without using my powers ...
