A month after that when the Holiday Season was over. Naruto read the newspaper (surprisingly). He frowned at it and handed it to Gaara who frowned and handed it to Akatsuki.

"Expecto Patronoum" Akatsuki tried and a silver coloured wolf made of mist started to form and ran around

"Expecto Patronoum!" Naruto called and an orange musty fox instead of white formed made them stare as the fox ran around

"Expecto Patronoum!" Gaara called and a red phoenix formed and soared around

"Not bad for your first try" Cedric said and casted the spell and formed a tiger

They watched as Luna's rabbit ran around until the room started shaking. Akatsuki, Naruto, and Gaara narrowed their eyes. The glass broke as a small hole formed.

"Its her! Her scent! Its Umbridge!" Akatsuki exclaimed and Naruto used his ninja wire and wrap arround Harry and Nigel away from the door as it blew up

There from the opening they saw Umbridge with Filtch, Malfoy and his croonies and.....Cho?

"Get them!" Umbridge called as the Slytherins grabbed a hold of them

"And to think that you and your siblings would side them. No wonder you quit as a Prefect" Malfoy mocked Akatsuki as she glared

"Let go! I can walk by myself!" Akatsuki hissed only for her wrist to get take a hold of Percy, he is the Minister's guard now.

"I am disappointed" he said, Akatsuki sighed and looked away

"What do you know? You're not here to see what's been happening so you know nothing" Akatsuki said as she, Cho, and Naruto were dragged to the Headmaster's Office.

"I have been watching them for weeks and see, Dumbledore's Army. The proof of what i have been telling you right from the beginning, Cornelius. All your fear  of you-know-who never fooled us for a minute. We saw your lies fro what they were; a smokescreen for your bit cease your control of the Ministry" Dolores said

"How ignorant and manipulative can you get? Should it be the other way around as you are trying to get you dirty webbed hands in Hogwarts which i may remind you is out of the Ministery's hand from the very begin.....yet here you are, controlling and attempting to change things around her that cause students to revolt against you" Akatsuki sneered

"How dare you!" Dolores yelled

"You shouldn't really be surprise i am a member for i despise you and your lies that was caused by fear and ignorance. A bunch of hypocrites, the lot of you. Believing on words that come of from the man who wasn't even there to saw what really happen. And a manipulative whore that wants more power and control. You two are stepping on the laws and rights of the Headmaster and the funders of Hogwarts ever since you thought of touching it. How low can humans really get?" Akatsuki sneered, everyone was speechless on what Akatsuki is saying

"Such disrespect!" Dolores was furious

"I did not even respect you in the first place so there is no need to point out the obvious" Akatsuki said

"Akatsuki. That's enough" Dumbledore said

"Of course. Only few can stomach the truth when its slapped on their face using a dead fish" She sneered

"Naturally" Dumbledore said and casted a warning look on Akatsuki

"No! He has nothing to do with it, it was me!" Harry said

"How noble of you to defend me Harry but the parchment clearly said Dumbledore not Potter." Dumbledore said

"I have instructed Harry to form this organisation. And i alone are responsible for the activities" Dumbledore lied

"Despite the hour, we can make it o the Daily Prophet for the Morning Edition. You two will escort Dumbledore to Azkaban before his trial" Fudge said

"Ah i though we might come to this but you see i would be....what was the phrase? 'Come quitely' well i can tell you this. I have no intention on going to Azkaban" Dumbledore said and winked at Akatsuki who got the clue and released the seal around the room to allow him to apparate away.

"Enough of this! Take him!" Dolores ordered

Fawks flew in and above Dumbledore before they apparate away in a burst of flame as the shockwave was strong enough to blow the occupanta besides Akatsuki away.
