Gaara raised a brow. He is outside tending with Kaze and Menma, Suna is out in the woods hunting mice.

"Akatsuki imouto, Naruto aniki, you guys better see this" Gaara said, the two came out of the house and looked at Gaara who motioned his head to the Dursely's Household

"Oh boy" the two muttered as they watched Harry glare at the retreating figure of the family

"....." The three gave Harry a look, Naruto reach out for his wand but Harry shook his head

"We'll get you out of there but we'll need help" Naruto said as he looked at Akatsuki was was scribbling something on a paper and folded it neatly before putting it in an envelope she pulled out of nowhere and handed it to Gaara

Gaara reach out to his neck and pulled out a golden whistle and blew on it once. He then tossed the letter to the air before his owl, Suna, swooped in and caught it before heading to the desired destination in a speed of a cheetah, which is pretty fast for an owl.

The three waved at Harry and entered their house.

That night, Harry was busted out by Ron, Fred, and George.

"We receive a letter. When we read it we immediately came and planned to rescue you. We don't know who sent it though" Ron said, Harry glance at the Jinchuuriki household to see Gaara, Naruto, and Akatsuki's head poke out before retreating
........

"Someone sent you a letter? I wonder who" Arthur said as he examined the letter

Percy got a glance at the paper and halted. He knew that handwritten anywhere. He always see them, every Saturday in Hogwarts. Akatsuki's report on every students she caught. Percy wondered why she did that and how she knew, but glancing at Harry, he knew that the Potter knew it was Akatsuki who send the letter.

'Its none of my business' Percy said before he walked away

Hermione sat alone in the compartment, Ron and Harry didn't show up. Akatsuki entered the room, followed by Naruto and Gaara. The three looked annoyed.

"You're a Prefect. Have you seen Harry and Ron?" Hermione asked, swallowing her saliva, she did not want to ask that especially to her rival but she don't have a choice

"You're friends? They're over there" Gaara pointed at the window where Hermione followed his gaze and sure there is, the two, one was dangling and the other tried to help the dangling one while trying to keep the enchanted car from crashing down.

"Oh no! Harry!" Hermione took out her wand and casted a spell to help her friends

"Go on, I'll find those two idiots before anyone could. They already caused trouble and it is spreading fast" Akatsuki handed Gaara the Daily Prophet

"I'll save you some danggo then" Naruto waved as he entered the Dining Hall with Gaara

Akatsuki heard fainting screaming. She followed the sound and spread out her shadow clones to find Harry and Ron faster.

Akatsuki could only sighed as she waited for the two to show up. She's on her outfit as usual, her messy but stylish bun is being held by a senbon. Her glasses shone and hide her eyes, in her hand is a white leather notebook and a pen. The two stopped on their tracks, they looked at Akatsuki who shook her head.

"Follow me. Professor Snape called for you. I do hope you have a good reason for breaking more than 5 rules that i have no idea where to start, and that is saying something. You already caused trouble and you haven't even set a foot in Hogwarts yet." Akatsuki said as she scribble something on her notebook but did not take her eyes off the duo before she shut her notebook harshly

"Come on, follow me" Akatsuki lead them to Snape's Classroom, bumping with Filtch along the way

"You were seen by no less than 7 muggles!" Snape slammed the daily prophet to his desk harshly making the occupants besides Akatsuki to flinch, she looked expressionless as she read a book, a book that they would be tackling this year

"Do you have any idea how serious this is?! You have risk the exposure of our world. Not to mention the damage you inflicted on the Whooping Willows that's been on this grounds since before you were born!" Snape growled, anger clearly seen in his eyes

"Honestly Professor Snape, i think the Whooping Willows did more damage to us" Ron spoke up, Akatsuki rolled her eyes while Snape's glare increase

"SILENCE!" He hissed, Ron shut his mouth immediately

"I assure you that if you were in Slytherin, your fate rested with me. The both of you would be on the train home. Tonight!" He stood up, the two looked horrified

"As it is-" Snape was cut off

"They are not" a voice from the doorway making them all turn to the direction

"Professor Dumbledore...... Professor McGoniegol" Harry said quietly

"Headmaster, this boys had disobeyed the decree of the restriction of underage wizardry. As such-" Snape pointed at the two Gryfindor

"I am well aware of the law, Severus. Having written quite a few of them myself. However, as a head of Gryfindor House, it is for Professor McGoniegol to determine the appropriate action" Dumbledore said before he turned to Akatsuki

"Ms Jinchuuriki, would you please read the charges?" Dumbledore asked, the silver haired Konoichi step forward and opened her notebook

"Precisely 7 house ago, Mr Harry Potter and Mr Ronald Weasely broke five rules, First one is the underage use of magic, the outside use of magic in which more than 5 muggles they are not related with witnessed, the under aged driving, driving/operating an enchanted car without licence, operating said enchanted car with out permission from the owner or adult supervision. And 30 minutes ago, crashing and disturbing the Whooping Willows that is sticky forbidden to all students and teachers." Akatsuki read out loud

"Thank you, Ms Jinchuuriki" McGoniegol said, Akatsuki nodded and closed her notebook as she step back and adjusted her glasses

"We'll pack up then" Ron said sadly

"What are you talking about Mr Weasely?" Minerva asked

"You're going to expel us, aren't you?" Ron asked

"It is reasonable, most School would. But in every situation there is a reason. This is merely a warning but it will not go unpunished" Akatsuki said blankly

"Ms Jinchuuriki is right. You are not expelled. But i must inform you that i am going to give you a lecture of how serious this matter is. I will be writing to your family about this tonight" McGoniegol said, Ron gulped

"And you're both be serving detentions.....with Ms Jinchuuriki for a week. I trust you my dear to straighten them up before they would serve detentions to me" Menirva added, Akatsuki smirked, Harry and Ron paled

"Worry not Professor. They won't be breaking any rules anytime soon if they do not want to experience detention with me again" Akatsuki said
