Third POV

" What were you going to do?!" She whispered yelled asking him of his stupid action that could brought them trouble had she not stopped him.

Noor was showing an angry expression. Her eyebrows pulled together in worry while her eyes looked into him with fear of being caught.

An unknown smile stretched Leo's lips which Noor was oblivious to because it was hidden behind her hand.

Truthfully Leo finds her this angry face like a whimpering puppy and he can't help but smile at it.

Unconsciously he touched her hand that's covering his mouth which made her tensed at his touch as she realized their position.

Noor backed away swiftly not meeting his gaze as she apologized for her action which Leo didn't mind but got annoyed that she moved away from her touch.

" Wear this" he said as he hands out a swimming mask and Noor looked at it dumbfounded as she glances between him and the mask.

It was obvious she thinks Leo is mad by her reaction because "Are you crazy?" was well written all over her face as Leo sighed groaning at it.

" Why can't you just do as I say instead of asking questions!" He grumbled murmuring to himself while Noor simply was just able to hear his muffled words not understanding any of it.

" This was the only mask I could find us because there will be smoke " he explained passing the mask to Noor as she holds it on her hand but still could not understand what he meant by smoke?

" W-hat smoke?" She dared to ask and was sure he will lash out at ger or simply dont answer her but to her surprise he explained it.

" Jack will come with back up and as soon as he is, I will open this" he showed an ovel object like thing which scared her to her core.

"T-THAT'S A BOMB!!" she whispered yelled moving away from him as a deep gasp slip from her mouth seeing the object Leo was carrying.

" It's not a bomb." He said nonchalantly throwing the smoke ball up and down in the air from his hand as if it was some kid's play.

" P-put that down please. Y-you can't be sure about it" she asked while being careful of her movements as if she is in the presence of a lion .

Leonardo liked the expression Noor was giving out and he would love to tease her more but right now she was as pale as a sheet and would pass out any minute seeing the smoke ball on his hand which she is thinking is a bomb.

" Did you forget who am I?" He asked and Noor's attention went to him who was looking at her with raised eyebrows like a teacher asking her student an improtant question.

Noor was confused about the question but then she figured. How could she forgot that he is a Mafia!

Ofcourse he can differentiate between a bomb and a smoke ball! No wonder he was confident when he said it was a smoke ball!.

Seeing the change in her expression Leo guessed she now remembered that he is a mafia. But shocking thing is why did she forgot?

Did she became comfortable around him? Or is it because of the sitauation they are in that she forgot about it?

Either way Leonardo didn't mind because he wants her to be comfortable around him.

Noor composed herself and became self conscious once again. She is a victim of hijack and also trapped with a Mafia. What a sitation fate put her in.

But it also somehow calmed her down and made her felt safe knowing he can protect her.

Him being here is already a miracle and now he is trying to save her. Twice. She should atleast thank him even if she doesn't like him.

" Thank you" Leo halted hearing her words. Sure this is not the first time she said it but it's he felt good that she is saying it to him and not anyone else.

An unknown smirk appeared in his face as if he got complimented by her just now when she onky said a simple Thank You?

Leonardo walked forward and was about to say something when the masked man and one of his comrades came " Well well, look who we have here".

Noor shot up and her heart felt as if it will come out of her chest. Fear was visible all over her face as she saw them caught her and Leo while Leo cussed under his breath " Fuck".

" NOOR MASK!"

" SHOOT!"

The masked man ordered to shoot but before the guy could do it, Leo threw the smoke bomb and instantly smoke came out from it blurring their sight.

The smoke slowly came out from the shop attracting the people outside as the men looked at each other signaling that something is wrong inside the shop.

Noor quickly wore the mask but now even she can't see anything because of the smoke and is too afraid to move incase she is caught by those two men.

Her heart beats anxiously every second now that she is separated from Leonardo.

She wished she didn't walked away from him, she wish she had listened to him and did not act stubborn and now look where her action has brought her.

She wants to call out for him but her words were stuck in her throat and is afraid what if the men catches her by listening to her voice?

So she decided to keep silent and get out from the shop.

" Boss! Are you other?"

"Boss where are?! Thunder?!"

Other different noises came calling the masked man and his partner whose name is revealed as Thunder.

Noor stiffened and her body began to tremble. She began to make careful moves and tried to avoid being caught when suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder and she felt her stomach dropped down.

Who is this? Did they caught her? Will they kill her? Noor didn't dare to make any reckless move that could end her life right now as her breathing became uneven and her blood ran cold.

" Shh- it's me" he whispered close to her ear making her body sooth at ease hearing his voice.

Noor could feel her legs weakening and as if she needed some kind of assurance she turned and hugged him in the heat of the moment due to her fear.

That caught Leo off guard as she clench on his shirt tightening her hug around his torso as her held up tears clouded in her eyes " P-please don't leave me".

Leonardo was shocked hearing this from her. His heart began to thumb like never before as his body made contact with her soft ones.

She, the one who always tried to avoid him. She, the one who akways disliked his touches. She, the one who can't stand his mere presence is now pleading him to not leave her.

But ofcourse the situation they are in is one of the reason of her not-so-usual act or else she would've squat down hugging her ownself than hugging him.

But it doesn't matter because right now she chose to hug him and he is liking every seconds of it.

As much as he doesn't wants to push her away, unfortunately this is not the time for it and they have to get out from here " Don't worry. I will never leave you"

Leonardo clasped their hands together and exited the shop to be met with the men aiming their guns but he was fast to shot one of them in their head.

And gunshots soon took place.

The hostages screamed and ran for protection in any place that could protect them from the gunshots as the men were busy aiming at Leonardo to care about the escape of the hostages.

Leonardo already knew they were here for him in the first place. But he still couldn't get who sent them. One thing for sure is that these men are related with Andrew's sudden attack.

But for now, he has to keep her safe.

With the bullets aiming towards Leo and Noor, they reflexively loosened their hand grip as both got seperated once again.

Leo cussed under his breath for letting go of her hand as he clenched his jaw and his eyes were burning to kill every single one of those men.

"May God have mercy on these fuckers, cuz I won't". He prayed for them.

Noor was hesitant to move from her place but as she heard the sounds of multiple hard footsteps a sense of relief washed over her.

Jack, followed by some other men behind him fully covered in black entered the building.

" NOOR!" Jack called her out and she smiled as she flopped on the ground releasing a sigh of relief that everyone will be saved

In Sha ALLAH.( God wills)

Jack and some men came through the back doors of the mall while some came from climbing down the emergency rooftop as Leonardo strictly instructed them.

Due to them using the gun silencer no one of the men from the enemies suspected their break in and they successfully entered the building.

The masked man and his men that were in the shop finally came out and saw the mess of their team being out-numbered by their rival.

Leonardo strictly ordered his men to not shoot the enemies till they die.

Due to their constant practise over the years they know where to shoot the vital point that could cause the enemies pain they can't handle.

The fire from both the sides did not decrease but the enemies were almost to be taken over by Leo's men .

Noor ran to take protection for herself when she saw the little girl Noor lost crying in the middle of the gunshots.

Fear and worriedness creep over her seeing the little girl. She can't leave her alone! She will die!

Not caring for her safety she ran towards the little girl and the masked man saw her the cause of this mess.

" N-Noor what are you doing here?! Let's go!" Noor said to the little girl as she picked her up and hold her tight.

Jack saw the masked man aiming the gun towards Noor but the gun in his hand was out of bullets to save her .

As Noor turned to run to any one of the shop for their protection, she hitched at her own breath seeing the gun aimed at her.

The masked man who was sweating and bruised gave a crazy smirk as Noor looked at him with wide horror.

She clenched on the little girl determined to save her even if it costs her own life. Why?

Noor has no one in this world except her Lord, dieing right now would be no different.

But the little girl has her family who might be outside worrying waiting for their daughter to be saved from this danger.

As she noticed the man pulled the slide lock of the gun her body turned reflexively bringing the little girl more closer if possible as the man pulled the trigger and Noor awaits the forecful pain that will visit her body.

The gun shot was fired but there was nothing she felt. She is sure by now the man has shot her but there was no sign of pain she is feeling.

She turned around only to see Jack standing infront of her and her quivering caught the bleeding sight on his shoulder.

" J-Jack" she whispered worried for his injuries but he simply gave a smile assuring her he is alright.

" Glad you are still alive princess. I still need to hear my answer from you" he said as he groaned because of the pain and by that time the enemies were in the hands of Leo and his men.

Noor put the little girl down as he hold's Jack trying to support him to stand as the police enetered the building.

Medias and the family of the hostages enetered the building searching for their loved ones with the hope they are still alive and safe and by God's grace everyone was saved.

The medical team too arrived and checked the injured ones. Noor took Jack to them while holding the little girl even though Jack said he is alright but she was not buying it.

" You are bleeding alot! What do you mean you are alright?!" Noor shrieked in guilt that he got shot because he was trying to save her from getting shot.

Jack just smiled at her and decided to give in because he liked how she was worried about him.

Noor left Jack to the medics because she has to reunite the little girl with her family.

The little girl was the ine who saw her family first and ran up to them, her mother clearly worried of her princess as she cried and hugged her daughter while kissing her all over her tiny face.

Noor felt content and relieved that the girl safely reunited with her parents.

The little girl's parents can't express how grateful they were for Noor as they said their gratitude.

Noor pray the little girl will always be together with her parents and not be seperated from them.

As she made sure the little girl is reunited she felt as if she forgot something. Something important.

She then saw the masked man being carried on the medical bed rushed towards the ambulance by the medics.

His forehead was bleeding from the hole that seemed to be made by bullets while being shot.

A frown was pulled on Noor's face seeing the masked man dead on the medical bed.

He is dead? Who shot him?

" NOOR! Thank God you are alright!" Michelle appeared hugging her in relief that she is alright.

" We have to go hurry! Leo got shot in his chest!"

Noor felt her heart dropped down hearing the news. Shot?! He was fine when she glanced at him!

Michelle gripped Noor's hand and took her out of the building to the car where Jack was already seated in the driver's seat "Get in!".

Noor is worried about his shoulder's injuries being open if he drives but knows he won't listen to her now so she decided not to speak up and sit at the back.

They drove to the house with Jack over speeding breaking the traffic rules even though the speed frightened Noor .

She closed her eyes not daring to see the road that was going by like a flash as she grip on the grab handle to support herself.

To distract herself from negativity because of the over speed driving, Noor thought to herself to think about something. Anything!

She doesn't realise when her mind wandered to Leonardo who was now injured and she doesn't realise when her heart started to pray for him to be safe.
