"Noor, you can't just starve yourself like this. Please at least eat this sandwich." Michelle urged as she brought the sandwich near her.

"I am not hungry, Michelle." Noor replied, pushing away the sandwich, having no appetite.

"Come on, Noor! You have been making me worried for not eating properly since yesterday!." Michelle complained, her voice having anger that she was holding in.

But it wasn't an angry anger. It was a worried anger.

Noor felt guilty for causing such problems, but what can she do? When her husband suddenly went off the radar?

How could she eat peacefully when she doesn't even know if her husband is alive or not?

"I am sorry, Michelle.... I just... L-Leo--" words got stuck on her throat, as tears filled her upset eyes.

Her hand automatically went up to her mouth to stop her sobs from escaping, but it was to no avail. Michelle couldn't help but sigh as she understood her.

A lot of negative thoughts have been filling in her worked up mind, and she has been blaming herself ever since.

She felt her heart ripped out of her chest when she heard there was a bomb blast during Leonardo's mission, and they never heard anything from him.

Was she cursed?

Why does she only bring misfortune to everyone she loves?

Putting down the sandwich, Michelle pulled her into a hug as sadness overcame her expression.

Two days after Leonardo reached the private property, the last message he gave to Andrew was that he found out who the leader of the Cobra was.

But then the connection between them went off, and a loud sound of blast was heard . Derek urged the backup team to check on the situation, but they couldn't find Leonardo anywhere.

Hearing the news, Noor became numb. Two days ago, they were talking with each other, so how come he would just vanish into thin air??

Since then, Noor has been staying over with Michelle because Michelle was worried her safety might be at risk with Leonardo's whereabouts are unknown.

"It's okay.... you can cry." Michelle consoled her, patting her back as Noor cried her heart out, yet once again.

Descending down the stairs, Fiona and Derek were sitting in the dining table, and upon seeing their daughter, Fiona stood up, " Did she eat anything?"

Nodding her head negatively, the elderly couple became worried for Noor. Michelle joined her parents as she sighed , " Any news, dad?"

"Andrew called a while ago. They have investigated and even searched the entire area, but nothing was found. The CCTV has not caught any footage." Derek shared.

"Is there still no signal from Leo?" She further asked, receiving a negative nod from her father.

"This has to be a trap set by them." Fiona concluded, getting their attention.

" What?" Michelle looked at her mother confused.

" I thought so, too. They might've taken him to an area with either no network or... they have taken the tracker out of his body." Derek sighed as he rested his stressed face against his folded fingers on the table.

"Are you saying those motherfuckers kidnapped Leonardo and is holding him hostage?" Michelle summarised with a frown of anger on her face, her hand clenched into a fist.

"Michelle language!" Fiona warned, sending a strict glare. No matter the situation serious, Fiona hates it if her children cuss in front of her and Derek.

"Yes, but I doubt the latter, Derek. It's not easy to detect the tracker that's in his body." Fiona said to which Michelle agrees with her mother.

There is a tiny tracker planted in Leonardo's body. But the tracker isn't like any normal tracker. The gadget only ever works after every other half an hour, so the check would not detect.

This was decided on by Leonardo himself, and because of this, were they able to find Leonardo and Noor the last time during the car accident during the Grand Ball.

"Michelle why don't you take Noor out tomorrow? It might refresh her mind a bit." Fiona suggested, and Michelle agreed because Noor had locked herself in the room.

The clock, ticking with it's hour hand resting at 3 while the minute hand on 4. The room silent and empty with no one but a person squatting down in a fetus position with her head on the mat.

The silent sobs filled the room accompanying her so as to not let her feel alone in the cold night.

No words were coming out but her cries as if it were the one talking on her behalf. Her throat contrasted to the point she choked on her sobs but it still didn't stop her.

Even without saying it, even without voicing it out, Noor knows very well that her God understands her.

As indeed He is the only one who knows what's deep inside the heart.

" Are you taking the breakfast to Noor mom?" Michelle asked seeing her mother arrange a plateful of breakfast knows a tray.

"Yes. She hasn't eaten anything." Fiona replied with worriedful voice.

"Good m-morning."

The small polite voice caught the attention of the mother and daughter as they turned towards the source of the voice. Surprise was clearly visible on their faces on seeing Noor, but they did not get hyped up so as not to make her startled.

"Good morning Noor. C-Come in join the breakfast with us." Fiona invited gesturing her to sit on the dining table with them.

"Here, have your breakfast." She slided the tray she arranged for her as the mother-daughter duo waited for her to start eating.

And to their surprise, Noor began to eat, not much, but even if its a little, they feel relief she is eating.

Fiona looked at her daughter, who also stared back, getting a gesture from her mother to talk to her.

"Noor... I was thinking... do you want to go out with me? I am thinking of buying some things." Michelle informed as she waited for a response from her.

"Sure. When are we going?" Noor replied as she set down her cuteleries and looked at Michelle.

"After breakfast?" Michelle said with uncertainty.

"Ok... I am done. Let me take my bag while you eat your breakfast." Noor smiled at her as Michelle nodded unconsiously.

"And... Aunt, Michelle.... I am sorry for making you worry." She released a heavy breath as she held her shaky hand under the table.

"You are family, Noor. It's only natural that we worry and take care of each other." Fiona explained that she doesn't feel burdened or anything worrying about her.

Noor walked up to the stairs to her room while Michelle looked at her mother, confused of Noor's behaviour.

"What's going on mom? I thought she would reject going out." Michelle asked, receiving a shrug from her mother.

"Whatever it is... at least she won't lock herself up anymore."

Pushing the wheel cart with Noor beside her, Michelle occasionally glanced at her who has a smile that never goes from her face.

A bodyguard also accompanied them. Fiona said that she can't compromise their safety with the men of the house being already busy with the situation.

"Stop staring at me, please." Noor pointed feeling albit uncomfortable by her gaze.

Michelle stopped in her track, making Noor look at her, " Noor, did something happen? You... You are no -"

"Michelle, I am fine. I know what you are thinking. And nothing has happened to me." Noor explained understanding why she was giving her sideyes the whole time.

"Then why?"

"I just... decided to leave everything to my God. This situation is something not in my hand, and I know everyone is already trying their best to look for Leonardo too." Noor explained, a sad smile stretched on her face.

"Even though I am still worried and want to just look everywhere for him and ask everyone around but I know acting crazy will lead me nowhere."

"I just... pray that wherever he is, he is safe, and we find him soon." She hoped while inhaling a shaky breath, calming her aching heart.

"I won't believe he is dead unless I see him with my own eyes, Michelle." She warned her firsthand.

She doesn't want to think anything negative, but knowing Leonardo is still in Mafia, she can't help but make herself be prepared for any worse case scenarios.

Michelle pulled Noor into a hug, patting her back as she understood her words. "We will find him, don't worry. I know Leonardo. He won't die easily."

Michelle was at least grateful that Noor has a strong belief in her God and thinks positive, but should she be relieved about it or worry.?

Nobody knows what happened to Leonardo and with Noor having such hope... what if they found him dead? It will surely crush her to an extreme extent .

Michelle wondered if she should tell her about the tracker in Leonardo's body? But she doesn't want to increase her hope.

Hope truly is a bitter sweet thing.

Breaking the hug, Michelle decided not to ruin the mood as she flashed a smile at her, " Let's bake some cookies tonight, shall we?"

"Ok." Noor nodded in agreement as the two headed to buy some ingredients.

"Noor I will just go to the loo real quick, okay?" Michelle informed suddenly, wanting to go the toilet urgently.

"Okay, you go. The bodyguard is with me." Noor assured her with a smile.

Michelle was contemplating but she nodded and glanced at the bodyguard and whispered to him coldly, "Protect her with your life, or else I will be the one taking your life."

Shivers ran down his spine, but neitherless, he nodded in response ," Yes mam!".

While Michelle was gone to do her personal, Noor was busy picking out strawberries.

She loves strawberries. Her smile halted as she remembered a memory.

"You taste like strawberries."

Right this was always his compliment for her whenever Leonardo would kiss her breathless.

She let out a shaky breath as her heart ached at the memory.

'No noor. Don't think anything negative!' She mentally scolded herself as she lightly slaps both her cheeks getting her out of her own thoughts.

"Noor??" She snapped at the source of voice as her eyes bulged seeing the familiar person.

"Adam!"

Adam was going to walk near her but the bodyguard blocked him, "It's okay, he is someone I know."

The bodyguard contemplated for a while but ended up moving a side while Adam side glared him to which Noor did not notice.

"How come you are here.?" Noor asked albit happy that they have met up again.

"Small world I guess." Adam replied   causing the two to laugh at his response.

"Are you here alone shopping?" She tilted her head in question.

"Not really, I had a work nearby and met with a friend." He lied, receiving a nod from her.

"Are you alone? Where is your husband?" hearing his question, Noor fidgeted in her spot not knowing what to say.

"I came with my sister-in-law. My husband is a-at work." She replied, her tone shaky, which Adam knew she was lying.

"You know, I was surprised when you introduced your husband. Your uncle told me you left the house that day when I was coming with the proposal." Adam spoke and the urge to kill her uncle was strong for lieing to him.

If he had said that Leonardo's men has taken Noor away, he wouldn't have wasted alot of time and go head on to Leonardo and rescue her.

"I waited for you and asked around but when I got nothing, I still did not give up." He added with a smile stretched on his face.

" I love you, and that's what kept me going to search for you." He confessed.

Noor suddenly felt guilty. She didn't know that Adam had been searching for her. But at the time, she also didn't know she was going to be sold.

"I am sorry." She said with an upset tone feeling she had to apologise to him .

"You don't have to apologise. I was just happy when I saw you again." Adam stated genuinely.

"Adam, you didn't have to wait for me. You should've moved on." Noor confronted him with heavy heart.

When Adam confessed just now, Noor didn't feel that giddy feeling or any butterflies anymore. If it was her before, she would've been a blushing mess right now.

But now... she felt nothing.

"If he were to leave you, would you come to me?" Noor halted on her spot, hearing his question that was out of the blue.

Confusion emerged on her face. What does he mean by that?.

"What do you mean?" She frowned, asking him to explain her in case she misunderstood his meaning, but Adam was silent.

Noor simply stared at him before she replied, " No. I don't think I will."

"Are you happy, Noor?" Adam couldn't help but ask when she told him to move on from her.

How could he move on from her? When she was the sole reason, he wanted to live for good.

Flashing the biggest smile, she recalled her memories with her husband. Sure, they started from a rough patch, but nothing is always easy in the world.

"More than ever." She replied with longing in her silver orbs.

Adam fisted his hand, seeing the expression. Before he could say anything, Michelle returned, and seeing Noor talking with a man, she frowned and hurried her pace.

"Who is this Noor?" She asked with her eyes narrowed as the two turned and looked at her.

"Oh-- Michelle, this is Adam. And Adam.. this is Michelle. My husband's cousin." Noor introduced them as Adam gave an innocent smile and forwarded his hand for a handshake.

Michelle frowned, not liking the man in front of her. She felt as if she saw him somewhere, but wasn't sure where.

She ignored his hand and turned her attention completely to Noor. If she doesn't like someone, she completely either ignores their existence or completely destroys their existence.

"Let's go, Noor. It's getting late." She said to which Noor nodded, and she bid Adam goodbye.

Adam watched her walk, and the smile on him dropped down as his gaze turned dark, "You shouldn't be happy with him. You weren't meant for him. Don't worry, I'll make you the happiest than he did."

Returning home, the rest of the day, Michelle and Noor spent their time baking cookies.

Fiona was glad Noor was able to be distracted for a while. She fears Noor was detoriating as the day passes, and Leonardo would make it a big deal if he saw it.

Everyone has a strong faith that Leonardo is alive. It's just... it's a matter of time until they find him.

The cricketing of the grasshopper resounated as Noor sighed an upset breath. She glanced at her ring finger as she bit her wavering lips.

The once bite mark on her finger now gone.

"You promised to return before the mark faded. You liar." She whispered in complain as a tear fell from her wet eyes.

Michelle was ready to go for her morning jog as she was setting her song playlist for the exercise.

On her way, she saw Noor in the kitchen and stopped her tracks, "Noor? What are you doing so early in the morning?"

"Oh, Michelle. I couldn't sleep anymore... so I thought to make breakfast for everyone." Noor smiled in response.

In fact, she couldn't sleep anymore at night unless she cries herself out of exhaustion. Every time she closes her eyes, she feels her chest tight in suffocation.

"Are you going for a jog?" Noor asked, seeing her workout outfit while also receiving a nod from her.

"Oh, by the way, can you get me a bottle of water from the fridge?" She said, and Noor nodded as Michelle went back to setting her playlist.

Taking out a bottle of cold water, she walked towards Michelle when she felt herself dizzy.

Thankfully, Michelle saw her stagger and quickly rushed to her before she could fall on the floor, "Are you okay?!"

"Shutting her eyes to compose herself, Noor nodded, "I am fine. I think it's because I didn't sleep well.".

Michelle was not convinced, but Noor assured her and pushed her to go to her morning jog.

As she successfully made Michelle continue her work, Noor sighed a tired sigh. She has been feeling really tired since yesterday, and not sleeping was not helping her at all.

"Must be fatigue. I must sleep properly." She told herself as she walked back to the kitchen and started her work of making the breakfast.

As the days passed, Noor felt herself sick, and she never stepped out of the house. She didn't tell anyone so as not to worry them.

With her being sick, she felt even more lonely, and it only increased her longing for her husband.

Sitting on the dining table, Fiona, Derek, Michelle, and Noor were about to have breakfast. But as soon as the scent of the egg hit her nostrils, the urge to throw up made her gag as she quickly ran off to the nearest bathroom and vomited.

Michelle dashed off with her parents following behind, realizing what had happened.

"Noor!" Michelle entered the toilet as she gave a hamd to her; rubbing Noor's back in a soothing manner.

"Derek, call the doctor!!" Fiona urged her husband as he obliged to his wife's words.

A few minutes later, Michelle helped Noor to go to her room and made her rest on the bed.

"Dear, you weren't feeling well. Why didn't you inform us?" Fiona inquired, and Noor only gave an apologetic smile.

Fiona sat beside Noor as she cups one of her cheeks. "Dear, I know you don't want us to worry about you. But by  hiding things, you are only going to make us more worried."

"The doctor is here." Derek announced with the doctor beside him as he led him inside.

Checking the temperature and her pressure, the doctor said everything was normal.

"Even though it's nothing serious, she has malnutrition, and her body is weak." The doctor informed, looking at the guardians.

" I'll be doing her blood test for further studies. The result will come out within 24 hours. You can come to the hospital tomorrow and take the report. " the doctor informed, receiving a nod from Derek after he has taken Noor's blood .

Derek led the doctor out while Fiona went to the kitchen to bring Noor breakfast.

Michelle was silent the whole time, keeping Noor company. Her silence was making Noor uneasy.

Usually, Michelle would be the one talking alot lot about anything. And seeing her silent was making Noor upset.

"Michelle?" Noor called her out as she took her hand.

"Don't touch me." Michelle jerked her hand away, and the anger in her was visible.

"I am sorry." Noor apologized, knowing she was fully in the wrong..

"I didn't want to be... selfish." She added in a whisper.

" YOU HAVE TO! BE SELFISH! ARROGANT! I DONT CARE!!" Michelle roared, making her flinch by her sudden outburst.

" There are people who care for you. Why don't you take advantage of it?" She asked, not understanding why she was bottling up everything.

" I don't w-want anything t-to happen to you all I--" the words got stuck as she bite her quivering lips refraining her sobs to escape.

"So it's fine if anything happened to you?" Michelle retorted back with a frown on her face, her voice angry at her.

" If anything were to happen to you, did you ever think of Leonardo?" Her tone became soft as her expression relaxed.

"You don't know how much you mean to him. Ever since he fell for you, you are his light Noor. And we can't bear to see him ruined ever again." Michelle sighed tiredly as she explained her importance in Leonardo's life.

Michelle remembers clearly as if it were yesterday how her cheerful and caring cousin was before he had lost his parents.

He went into depression until he met his ex-girlfriend, who has been by his side, and they dated for 4 years.

But who knew she was a two faced bitch.

After that, Leonardo shut everyone out from his life. He became cold and indifferent and only focuses on work and meets people for pleasure.

Until Noor entered and disturbed his life and emotions again.

Michelle is sure Leonardo would lose it if Noor leaves from his life.

"Please take good care of yourself. Atleast for him." She plead and Noor couldn't help but pull her into a hug feeling a rush of guilt.

"I am sorry. I just... everything was becoming h-hard. T-there is no news a-about Leonardo a-and I---" Michelle hugged back as she also silently cried.

The two cried in each other's embrace, finding a little solace and comfort for their heavy heart.

Passing the tissue box, Noor tore a tissue as she blows into it. Michelle chuckled as she took another tissue and wipes her little sister's tears.

"Noor... actually. Leonardo has a tracker that can help us track him, but there has been no signal from him." Michelle informed as Noor looked at her with wide eyes filled with surprise.

"W-what--?" She stuttered and Michelle calmly explained her everything.

"Then- why didn't you tell me a-anything?" She frowned, feeling herself left out hearing the information now.

"We aren't sure yet. Until we get some kind of signal, we decided to tell you but there has been to signal and also... we didn't want you to be shattered at the end." Michelle explained as she took her hand in her.

Noor understood what their intentions was. Having your hope increased and to be crushed at the last minute... she can't even fantom what she would be feeling.

"We are sorry." Michelle whispered, knowing whatever the reasons were, they should've told her about the tracker because she had the right.

Leonardo is her husband and its only reasonable that she had to know about it.

"No, it's OK. You all were only trying to be considerate of me." Noor smiled, grateful that they always take care of her.

"Let's all have breakfast on the bed now shall we ladies?" Fiona entered with tray of breakfast as the two ladies smiled hearing her suggestion.

Michelle helped her mother bring the tray as she laid it on the bed.

"Now, you have to atleast finish half of these so you could eat medicine Noor. And Andrew will also be coming home for a while." Fiona informed while Michelle pours tea onto the cup.

"Michelle make sure she eats the breakfast. I have to make a phone call." She added, leaving the room as Michelle mixes two spoon of sugar into the red tea.

Noor took a slice of toasted bread, spreading cheese on it. She then took the slice of lemon and squeezed it onto the bread.

Craving something sour and salty.

"Did you just add lemon juice on the bread?" Michelle asked, her face bewildered at the weird combination.

"Yes. It just came in my mind." Noor nodded as she took a bite and was satisfied by the taste while Michelle still has that look on her face.

Later that evening, Andrew returned home welcomed by his mother. Noor prepared a warm chai, for everyone as they gathered around in the living room.

"I got something to say." Andrew began as he placed his tea down on the table, getting everyone's attention.

"We got a signal. But it was for a brief second."  He informed them and everyone looked at him surprised.

"Are you sure?? Then what are you doing here?" Michelle asked with a frown on her face.

"Do you think I want to? Alec forcefully sent me." He replied with annoyance in his tone because he was unwillingly returned home.

Andrew knows Alec sent him home because he has not taken a break since they started to search for Leonardo.

And now that they got the first signal, he was forcefully sent home and was told to take a break or else he would not be allowed to the base.

So Andrew has no option but to listen because he was yet to have full access to enter and leave the base freely as he wish.

"That's enough Michelle. Is Alec at the base right now?" Fiona asked to which Andrew nodded in response.

"Dad is on his way to the base to assist with anything." He added.

Michelle sat closer near Noor as she hugged her by the shoulder, "I told you, we will find him."

Noor was still in disbelief, but her heart swelled in happiness. Finally, they found a lead for him.

Alhamdulillah.

Walking down the stairs, Noor was checking her bag in case she forgot anything as she noticed Michelle waiting for her.

"Ready?" Michelle asked and Noor nodded with a smile.

The ladies walked out of the house, going towards the white Benz car where Andrew was waiting for them .

Michelle sat in the passenger seat while Noor settled in the backseat as Andrew wore his sunglasses.

"Are we going somehwere else after the hospital?" Andrew asked as he started driving the car with the navigation on.

"Not really, maybe we three can eat out?" Michelle suggested as she turned back at Noor to hear her opinion, "What say Noor?"

"Sure." She replied, not really having any mind.

"Chinese?" Andrew asked of the lunch but Michelle wasn't in the mood to eat Chinese.

"No, I want to eat steak." She opposed and Andrew straightly denied with no hesitation .

This marked the beginning of the two siblings fighting over a lunch. Noor looked at them with amusement. She has always yearn such moments with her siblings but alas, you don't get everything in life.

Even though, Michelle and Andrew fights like enemies they still do care about one another even without them telling it verbally.

"Guys please, why don't we eat Korean today? I am craving bibimbab!" Noor interrupted as the car finally came into a halt as Michelle sighed.

"Ok fine. Korean will do today." Michelle agreed followed by Andrew's grumble but neitherless he agreed.

"Let's go now." Noor said as she opened the door, stepping out of the car.

Entering the building with Michelle by her side, leaving Andrew behind to park the car. The scent of antiseptics hit Noor as the nauseous feeling bubbled up.

"Agh-" Noor gaged, quickly covering her mouth as she automatically gripped Michelle's arms.

"What's wrong? Do you want to throw up?" Michelle asked , holding her and receiving a vigorous nod from her.

Michelle looked around and found the sign that shows where the washroom was, and she quickly guided Noor to the washroom.

Michelle patted Noor's back, helping her ease her vomit, but nothing was coming out from her mouth.

Noor felt like as if someone was choking her with a needle and punching her right to her stomach.

After what she felt like hours but was only a few minutes, the nauseousness faded away.

Rinsing her mouth and freshing up, Noor exited the washroom and saw Michelle walking to her with a bottle of water in her hand.

"Are you okay?" Michelle asked while handing the water after opening it for her.

Giving a weak nod, she walked to the seat and sat as she slowly drank the water. Her tight throat gradually eased up with the cool sensation of the water.

"Agh-- fuck I think we should admit you right now." Michelle suggested as she got up ready to go to the reception, but Noor held her down.

"I am fine. I think it's--"

"You are not!! Your complexion is even pale!!" Michelle interrupted, not wanting to listen to her anymore, and walked away to the reception to admit her.

Noor sighed as she felt no energy to argue. Her hand went to her tummy, rubbing to sooth the faint discomfort due to her empty vomit.

"Why do I feel tired easily these days?" She muttered to herself thinking of the answer to her question.

Once again, the urge to vomit came and Noor quickly rushed to the bathroom, leaving the bottle behind.

To her annoyance, it was yet another empty vomit as Noor pants painfully.

"Ugh--- why isn't anything coming out?" She complains feeling annoyed until her eyes began to shed tears.

"It's a-annoying--" She sniffles while wiping her tears as she looked at the mirror, feeling herself ugly.

"Why is this stupid tears also coming out? Why am I crying!".

Taking in a deep breath, she tried to control herself from crying. Calming herself down, she tore a tissue from the tissue machine that was plastered on the wall near her.

A hand captured her as a handkerchief covered her mouth. Panic hit her system, realizing her situation, and she began to thrash unwillingly inhaling the alcohol in the cloth.

No matter how strong she struggled to break free, the strength of the stranger was bigger than hers as soon her vision blurred as black dots appeared, and she fainted to a deep slumber.

"Let's go quickly. Boss is waiting for her."  The person said to which there seemed to be another person with them.

Andrew entered the hospital after finally parking the car. The parking guard was adamant for him to remove his car from the no parking zone, so he had no choice but to park somewhere else.

"Woops--! Sorry." He said, almost bumping into the moving hospital bed pushed by two male nurses.

The male nodded in gesture that it was fine as they proceeded to push the bed. The patient's face was covered by the bedsheet, which made Andrew frowned in question, but he didn't ponder much and continued his way.

"Michelle!" He called out to his sister, seeing her holding a document.

"What are you holding?" He asked, taking the paper from her hold.

"I am admitting Noor. She vomited again, but nothing was coming out, and her complexion was pale." She explained with a sigh of worry as she walks towards the waiting area.

"Let's go, the nurse said to bri--" She halted in her spot making Andrew stop walking.

"What's wrong?"

"Noor. She is not in her seat." She pointed to where there was the bottle water she gave her.

"Don't worry. I am sure she is somehwere here." Andrew assured her as they glanced around everywhere, but there was no sight of her.

"I am checking the washroom. YOU GO LOOK THERE!!" Michelle roared as she rushed to the washroom while Andrew went to look somehwere else.

"NOOR!!" Michelle opened every stall in the washroom, but it was empty. Completely.

She rushed out and began to look somehwere else as uneasiness filled her heart.

"Fuck where is she!!"

Michelle ran a hand through her brown locks in frustration as Andrew returned panting.

"I can't find her anywhere." He panted as worriedness creased on Michelle's face.

"Then where could she be!"

"Wait--" Andrew held his breath as he remembered those two male nurse that was pushing the bed and the patient's face was covered.

"FUCK-!" He cussed and rushed out to the exit ignoring Michelle's call at his abrupt action.

Andrew hastily looked around for the two males but they were no where in sight. What if he was wrong?

Groaning, he returned back to where Michelle was impatiently waiting for him.

"What the hell! Where did you run off?" Michelle inquired.

" There was two guys taking out a patient. I think that was Noor." Andrew explained as he tried to catch a breather.

"What?! Then why didn't you stop them!!" She harshly questioned, getting everyone's attention around them.

"Agh fuck! They covered the patient's face so I thought it was some random person!!" He replied in the same velocity as her voice.

"Ok ok ok. First we ha--"

"Oh Michelle!" A voice called her out as Michelle turned and met with the doctor that checked on Noor yesterday.

"Dr. Park." Michelle greeted as the doctor walked to them, holding a document.

"I heard you came to the hospital but you didn't came to my office." Dr. Park primed, noticing Andrew was also present.

"Hello Dr. Park." Andrew greeted with a professional smile on his face as he forwarded his hand for a handshake.

"Good to see you, Andrew." Dr. Park acknowledged shaking his hand.

"We were about to go see you for the report." Michelle informed me, getting the doctor's attention back.

" Oh, luckily, the report just came out. Here." Dr. Park handed the document that he was holding to Michelle.

"Oh and... congratulations." He added before walking away, giving space to the two.

A frown of confusion creased on her brows hearing the doctor's congratulatory. She looked at the document, and her expression went still.

"What's wrong?" Andrew questioned, seeing her frozen expression. He took the document from her not getting any answer, and he felt the land being snatched from underneath him.

"She is pregnant?" He asked in a low whisper.

"Fuck." Michelle muttered.
