“Where is my phone?” Daniella asked Myra.

“Don’t be mad,” Myra said to the driver. “I was late for the meeting so I gave it to George…he said he will keep it safe.”

“And you believe him?” Daniella throw her hands up.

Once again Myra was called. There was something going on and she promised to tell Daniella everything once the right time comes.

“I am sorry, I have to go,” Myra went to the opposite direction.

Daniella groaned as she made her way to find George. The surrounding was hectic as the race will start in a couple of hours and she is having a very hard time finding her teammate.

Thankfully someone informed her that George went to his driver’s room so she made her way there.

“Where is my phone?” she asked as barged in without even knocking. She looked around the nearby by table but it was not there.

“Nice to see you too Dani,” George sarcastically said.

“Just give my…” She looked up and immediately became speechless. George was shirtless and doing his pre race warmup.

George smirk as he could clearly see Daniella not able to look away.

“Like what you see?”

“I umm..I have seen better,” Daniella stuttered. She finally managed to look away from his shirtless body and looked at his smirking face.

“I doubt that,” George chuckled. He went over and closed the door as he want no one to see him like that.

“Myra said she gave you my phone…I need it back.”

“So you decide to barge in?” George gave her a look.

“Sorry…” Daniella apologized but George can tell it wad not sincere, but he didn’t mind at all.

He went over to the opposite side of the room and took out her phone from his bad.

“Some guy named Kevin kept calling, I tried to ignore it but he called about five times,” George said as he handed her the phone.

“And you answered the call?” Daniella asked as she unlock her phone.

“Yeah,” he gave a teasing smile. “He wanted to know if you would like to go out on your second date after the race.”

Daniella’s eyes slightly went wide as she looked up. George was standing dangerously close to her.

“Please tell me you didn’t say anything stupid to him,” Daniella looked up to him, the height difference making her feel like George is hovering above her.

“Just told him that you are in love with your teammate and no longer interested on the date,” George said with a serious tone.

“George!” Daniella glared at him. She was about to text her date that what George said was a lie but her phone was snatched from her hands.

“I am kidding Dani,” he laughed as he exit the messaging app. “God! You are so easy to fool.”

Daniella glared at him and tried to take her phone back. George gave her a challenging look and raised the phone high, out of Daniella’s reach.

“George, give it back,” she requested.

“I want to hear the words please and thank you first,” he demanded as he watch her struggle.

Daniella being the stubborn one refused to say those words and tried to pull his arm down. Lando used to do the same to her but he was shorter than George so it wasn’t much of a hassle.

George was busy staring at Daniella and failed to realize that she accidentally stumbled. But he was quick enough to hold her but it was too late, both fell over and ended up on the tiny bed, Daniella on top of George.

Both of their hearts started to beat fast as their eyes were locked on to each other.

“Umm..got it,” she finally managed to take her phone back, but George was putting no effort to keep it away from her.

Daniella was pressed again George's shirtless chest and as soon as she realized that she pushed herself off of him.

“I am..” George stuttered as he sat up.

“Maybe I…maybe I should go,” Daniella awkwardly looked away from him.

“Yeah…I will see you later.”

Daniella quickly opened the door and left, closing the door behind her.

George felt his heart still beating fast as what just happened plastered into his brain. He ran his fingers on his chest where Daniella's hands were.

He quickly snapped back, trying to clear his mind and prepare for the race.
