I go to the park nearby, thinking Coconut will be there. I should probably tell the girls that Jack and I are wolves. But how? Should I do it today? Tomorrow? Never? No. They deserve to know at least. But how will they re- My train of thought got derailed as I bump into someone. Luckily, I managed to catch myself. The other person wasn't. "Oh! So sorry about that!" I offer my hand to them. "I wasn't looking where I was going." They grab a hold of my hand and get up. "You shouldn't apologize. I was the one who bumped into you, after all." She looks up and I recognize her. "Alex?" "(Y/N)?" She dusts off her clothes and asks me, "What are you doing here, bruh?" "Huh? Oh yeah. I'm looking for a tall catgirl, maine coon, has heterochromia. Maybe you've seen her?" "I did. She looked like she was headed to the park." "Thanks for the help!" I wave to her as I continue to the park. "Nuuuuu! Don't leave mehhhh!"

Coconut's POV
I've finished my little walk and decided to take a seat on a bench in the park. I sigh in content, and take a picture of the park with my phone. I like this time of day. When it's turning night and the moon shines bright among the sea of stars. This time though, it feels like it's prettier. I see a few birds returning to their nests for the day. I get up and stretch. "Ahh~ I should go back to the café for dinner." As I head progressively closer to the café, I start to think more about how to confess to (Y/N). Where and when should I do it, though? Maybe tomorrow and maybe i'll do it directly.... Wait! maybe I can try to bake a cake for him! After that thought, I hear someone call my name. "Coconut! You here?" I see a familiar figure close by. "(Y/N)?" "Hey Coco! C'mon! Let's eat some food!" "Coming!" I walk towards him. "Sorry. I wanted to take a walk." "Don't worry about it!" He smiles and gives a thumbs up. "Shall we go, m'lady?" He asks as he holds out his hand. "We shall, sir."

Before I can get a hold of his hand, however, we heard rustling in the bushes, as well as whispering. "Shh! Shut up! They might hear us!" "You're the one who's noisy!" After a few more seconds of fighting, the two people fell out of the bush. "Crap." "Hello Jacky." (Y/N) says mischievously. "Mind telling me why you were hiding?" "We were uhh..." (Y/N)'s smile grows bigger. "You were what? Did you want to make out with Azuki in there?" Their faces both turn to the deepest shade of red. "Shut up! Just because we're together, doesn't mean we do that in public!" "So you do it in private? How scandalous!" "Fine! You win. We were just making sure our siblings are alright." They get up and adjust their clothes. "I guess you have a point...." I reply as I smile weakly.

Time skip~
After we headed home, with Alex, we ate and Jack reminded me to tell the girls the truth. Of course, Alex already knew.... somehow...

"Ahem So uh girls... Jack and I have something important to tell you..." They stare at us intently, as if very focused on we were going to say. "Well we're cough part wolf." I said the last part quietly, but i'm sure they still heard it. Jack looks away too anxious of what might happen. "Th-That's.......... absolutely adorable!" "I knew it. I knew you won't- wait what?" The girls jumped on us, which accidently made our ears show. "So cute!"

Coconut started rubbing my ears gently while looking extremely satisfied. "I've never touched a wolf's ear before! It's so fluffy!" I close my eyes and just let her do her thing. It is only now I realize how soft and gentle her hands are.

How long has it been since someone touched my ears gently? When my so called 'friends' found out, they picked on me and tugged on my ears hard. It hurt, but I got through it with Jack. It feels nice to know at least someone cares.

Soon, I fell into a deep slumber in Coconut's arms... with a genuine smile on my face.
