Thanks for reading this story and leaving reviews! They're the best part of my day!

Also, I couldn't come up with a name for this chapter. (Insert shrugging emoji here) I'll take suggestions if you guys got any.

The next time Ryder wakes, she feels much better than the last. Though her stomach still holds that tight feeling, the nausea is gone completely. Yay.

The smell of breakfast food cooking reaches her nose and she stretches out across the bed, missing the feeling of Spencer lying next to her. When she climbs to her feet, dark spots dance in the edge of her vision and Ryder steadies herself. She blinks until her vision is clear. Yeah, food sounds good right now.

With a yawn and a hand running down her face, Ryder makes her way into the kitchen where all her guests are, wide awake. How are they so awake?

"There's the bride," JJ greets with a bright smile, gesturing for Ryder to take a seat and handing her a glass of juice.

"Not for nine more days," Ryder reminds her before lifting the glass to her lips. Willow wonders over to her, resting her chin on Ryder's leg. "Morning girl."

"I've taken her out already," Penelope informs the younger woman before handing her a plate piled high with food.

"Ooh, thank you," Ryder smiles and accepts the food happily. "She behave?"

"Like an angel," Garcia smiles and rubs behind the dog's ears before grabbing her own breakfast. The other women join them, all sitting around the counter enjoying their meal while talking about the wedding and things that still need to be done.

"You don't worry about a thing, it's not good for the baby," Emily tells her as they're all getting ready to leave. "We'll handle what's left, you just be ready to walk down the aisle, yeah?"

"I will try my best," Ryder promises. "But I do have to stop by the venue later, but it won't take long."

"And I'll be there," Penelope raises her hand. "I can't wait to see it!"

"I can't wait to see it all set up," Ryder adds. "It won't be done for sure until the day before. We'll all see it at the rehearsal dinner."

"Rossi's hosting the actual dinner, right?" JJ asks around a bite of eggs.
"As he so generously offered to do."

"I hope he lets us have some of his wine," Emily mumbles into her coffee. "Not you of course," She points to Ryder.

"Of course," She chuckles. The ladies finish breakfast and help clean before they're grabbing their things, preparing to leave. "Thank you guys so much, I had a great time." Ryder smiles and hugs each of her friends before walking them to the door.

"Call us anytime," JJ tells her. "For just company or babysitting. Whatever you need."

"That goes for all of us."

"That means a lot, guys, thank you, really."

"Of course, any time," Garcia offers the younger woman one more hug before they're all making their way outside.

"Bye!" Blowing out a breath, Ryder leans against the now-closed door and glances over at Willow. "What do you say, girl? Want to take a nap?"

Standing from her seated position on the floor, Willow turns and trots her way into her human's room and lies on her bed. "Nah, up here," Patting Spencer's normal place on the bed, Ryder waits until Willows jumps up there before joining her. "Just don't tell Spencer."

When Spencer arrives home, it's to a quiet apartment. He silently sets his things down by the couch and moves down the hallway. He gently pushes the door to his bedroom open and smiles softly. Ryder lies on her side, sound asleep, and hand resting on Willows back. He knows he said he didn't want her on the furniture, but...

Carefully sitting on the edge of their bed, Spencer pushes a strand of hair from Ryder's face. "Good afternoon," He greets with a smile when Ryder yawns, blinking her eyes open. "Sleep well?"

"Mm-hmm," Ryder nods and rubs her eyes. "How was your night?"

"It was good. how was yours?"

"Good," Ryder mumbles sleepily. "I should have the girls over more often."

"When you have the baby, you'll never get Garcia to leave," Spencer informs her and Ryder laughs.

"Don't I know it," A wince follows Ryder's words, and her hand moves to rest over her stomach. "She must hear you," She mumbles and grabs onto Spencer's wrist, moving it to where she'd just felt her daughter kick. "Feel that?"

"She's strong,"

"Yeah, I know," Ryder grumbles and sits up. "Trust me. Now, lunch?"

"Of course," Spencer nods and stands. "What do you feel like today?"

"I don't know, what do you want?" Stretching, Ryder climbs out of bed with her fiancé. "Ooh, burgers- I'm sorry," Ryder quickly apologizes for not giving him enough time to answer. "We can have something else if you don't want burgers."

"Ry, burgers sound great," Spencer assures her. "Come on, you want extra pickles?"

"Oh, you know me so well."

After lunch, Ryder and Spencer make the trip to the garden hosting their wedding. Garcia meets them there and they go over a few things for the wedding. Ryder might be a bit of her perfectionist. Maybe just a little. Maybe.

Returning home, the young couple spend the rest of the day doing what everyone's been telling them to do. Relaxing. Ryder will admit to feeling a bit restless but her child also seems to hate her so sitting back with her feet up isn't so bad either.

That night Ryder and Spencer go to sleep with smiles on their faces, happy to start the rest of their lives together.

********

When Ryder wakes, she's confused. She doesn't know why she's awake at first. but then it hits her. A horrible cramping pain in her stomach. She gasps breathlessly and grabs onto the source of the pain.

Clenching her teeth, Ryder reaches out and squeezes her fiancé's wrist, jolting him awake immediately. "Spencer, something's wrong." A groan nearly cuts Ryder off. She leans forward over her stomach when another wave of pain hits her.

"Ryder?" Spencer sits up, now wide awake. "What is it?"

"It hurts," Ryder forces the words out, her arms still wrapped around her stomach. "Something's wrong." She repeats and Spencer nods, jumping to his feet. He grabs the keys to the car and Ryder's jacket before helping her out of bed.

"It's okay, just breathe, love," Helping Ryder down to the car, Spencer tries to follow his own advice to breathe. He feels as if all the air has been sucked from his lunch. His heart is pounding in his chest so hard it hurts.

Opening the passenger door, Spencer eases Ryder down into the seat and buckles her up before rushing to the driver's side. With shaky hands, he cranks the car before pulling out onto the street and heading towards the hospital.
