Luego, cultiva la autocomprensión y el autoconocimiento. Conócete a ti mismo, tus fortalezas y debilidades, tus pasiones e intereses. Esto te permitirá apreciar verdaderamente lo que tienes y quién eres, mejorando así tu autoestima.

Por último, recuerda siempre que "ya es tuyo". No necesitas buscar en otro lugar lo que ya tienes dentro de ti. Cuando te enfrentes a desafíos o dificultades, recuerda que tienes la capacidad de superarlos. Cuando te sientas inseguro o insuficiente, recuerda que ya eres suficiente.
