When the officers left our dad went to his room. Me and Emma wanted to ask if we could watch a movie. When we walked in Emma started talking to our dad when I looked over to our dad's nightstand and saw the medal hanging on the lamp I went over quickly and untied it and went to walk out the room when my dad asked me what I was holding I hid it quickly behind my back

"Y/n what's that?" My father asked curiously

Emma must of knew what it was because she started to have a worried look on her face but luckily our father only had his eyes on me and not watching my sister slightly panicking.

"Move your hand from behind your back and show me." Our dad said

I sighed as I took my hand from behind my back to reveal milo's medal in my hand.
