the kids swear up and down and down they are not they're parents

when sometimes, that's exactly who they are...

after The Riddler blew up the seawalls around Gotham, the entire city was forced to evacuate.

many people lost their lives, their homes, their loved ones.

many people were also very lucky to have survived.

Superman welcomed the city into Metropolis, the neighboring city, which was unaffected by the Riddler's 'games'.

after Gotham was safely rebuilt, the citizens were nervous to move back.

Metropolis wasn't home to many crimes, people felt safer. Gotham's worst villains, such as The Joker and The Riddler, were locked away in Arkham Asylum.

but the people still worried about the criminals that were still in their city. so The Batman and Superman made a decision. they spilt Gotham in half.

east Gotham, bright and happy, was now home to the hero's and 'good' citizens.

west Gotham, rainy and gloomy, was now home to villains and poorer citizens.

they released the prisoners and everyone who was locked up and they now walked free, on the streets of west Gotham.

a large fence, that zapped anyone who touched it, was set in place so the west side could not go to the east side.

guards lined the fence, both sides.

"𝑦𝑒𝑡 𝑠𝑜 𝑓𝑎𝑟 𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑦."

everyone moved on with their lives.

The Riddler and The Joker were free now.

The Joker stayed in west Gotham.

he got back together with the only women he ever really loved, Harley Quinn. she didn't take him back right away; but after a while of proving himself, she did.

they put crime on hold and had a beautiful baby girl.

and as for The Riddler...

it was rumored that he and The Joker made a deal to take down The Batman once they escaped or were freed.

but nothing ever happened. the city was spilt and the east side didn't interact with the west side.

The Riddler disappeared.

some say he went down to Smallville and currently resided there.

some say he skipped town all together.

some say he even had twin boys, the mother remaining unknown.

even after all these years... he still wanted revenge.

𝑞𝑢𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑏𝑜𝑢𝑡 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑔𝑜 ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 ⭢

"𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑏𝑒𝑒𝑛?"

after a while, the east side realized the west side didn't have the best education for the kids.

of course the east side had all of stuff and more.

the mayor and the rest of the city was quick to say they cared about the children's education, especially the high schoolers.

so it was decided, a high school would be made for both sides. where the east and the west side could come together

the east side was nervous at the fact that their kids would even be in the same building

the west side couldn't care less.

and besides, what's the worst that could happen?

RULES

001 「 BE NICE 」don't be rude to anybody at all. i will not tolerate that and you will be blocked. if i don't pick your character, don't come after me! i will probably end up using them as a background character and if i do you will still have to fill out questions about opinions and relationships! again, if you are rude, you will be blocked and you're character will be removed all together.

002 「 BE DIVERSE 」i don't want to see the same characters over and over again. i what different characters! different personalities, gender, etc.

003「 BE DETAILED 」this is so important! the more detailed, the more likely you are to get picked

004「 RELATIONSHIPS AND LOVE INTERESTS 」if you want your character to have a love interest just put open! once the cast list is fully out you guys will have a chance to tell me your top 3 love interests. i also am gonna have something so you can tell be about your characters exes and past relationships! so stay tuned for that!

005「 OPINIONS 」 in your forms i'm not going to have you give me opinions on my ocs but i will have a spot at the end of the chapter for that! i will give you a small passage about each character and you will give your characters opinions there!

006「 PASSWORD 」the password is your favorite dc character. it is also to post this fic on your message board and to tag 2-3 people who you think will be interested! i won't accept your character with out these things. i'd prefer 3 people to be tagged but if you don't have that many people to tag then 2 is fine!

007「 GOOGLE DOCS 」i accept google docs for your application just please make sure the link works! i accept pinterest boards (and links to mood boards) for aesthetics and style! again just make sure the link works!

gen is the most impulsive out of her best friends. she's hot-headed and wants to face conflict head on. she's not afraid to call someone out and stick up for her friends. she's also quick to take her friends side. she has a lot of problems with the east siders and is sick of them acting like they're so much better. if you can get her to warm up to you, you'll find out she's actually a lot of fun. she's always up for a good time, going to parties, running around the city after hours and so on.

venus is definitely someone who thinks everything through. she makes sure she understands every part of the situation she can before reacting. she has a pretty clear head and tries to help her friends think about things as well. she isn't a fan of the east siders, mainly because they aren't a fan of her. she just tries to avoid them but she'll be civil and nice until she's given a reason to not be.

spark has a lot of attitude. she's very sarcastic, mocking, and teasing. she's also brutally honest and sometimes unfiltered causing a lot of people to not like her. she hates the east siders because of their snarky and snobby attitudes. she always has headphones in, listening to music. it's her biggest pet peeve when people try to talk to her with her headphones in.

winter is the sweetest out of the group. her warm personality is ironic because of how she loves the cold. she tries to be nice to everyone and gives everyone a chance because she hopes they will treat her the same way. she doesn't really have a problem with the east siders and tries to befriend some of them. she wants to show them that the west side isn't as bad as they make it out to be.

AHHHHH OMG

STOP IM ACTUALLY SO EXCITED TO PUBLISH THIS

this was literally so much fun to make and i really hope you guys enjoy this as much as i do

please make sure you read the plot and the rules! they are so important!

basically this plot is kind of following suicide squad (the first one), birds of prey, and the batman. so it's kinda of a mix.

i'm just tweaking a couple thinks to make sure it fits the plot and the timeline! a lot of plots from those movies will be mentioned/explained in this fic!
