Shu covered his mouth as a yawn slipped past his lips, he wiped away the small tears that started to build up in the corner of his eyes from yawning all morning.

As he continued his way down the empty hallway he suddenly heard his name being called from behind, so he turned around and saw Ike jogging over to him.

❝Oh, hey Ike.❞ Shu greeted him once he was in ear reach.

Ike panted breathlessly, he took a few minutes to catch his breath then spoke. ❝Hey Shu have you seen Luca anywhere?❞

Shu furrowed his eyebrows in confusion, ❝No, why?❞ He answered.

❝Because that idiot was supposed to meet me in the student council room before classes started but he never came.❞ Ike explained, clearly pissed off.

❝Ohh, but I just got to school so I haven't really seen anyone but you. Sorry.❞ Shu said.

Ike sighed then shook his head, ❝Your fine Shu, you don't need to apologize.❞ He said with a smile.

Shu smiled back and nodded. ❝Well I got to go now, see you later Ike.❞

❝See you later Shu.❞ Ike retorted then turned around going back down the hallway in order to find Luca.

Shu shook his head after watching Ike disappear from his sight then continued his way down the empty hallway. As he made his way over to the staircase he heard the door to the janitor's closet creak open. He froze in his spot, he didn't know if he wanted to turn to see why it opened or just make a run for it up the stairs next to him.

❝Shu.❞ A soft voice called out to him.

Shu slowly turned to his right in order to face the door of the closet, ❝Why does a closet know my name?❞ He asked.

❝What? I'm not a closet.❞ The person retorted.

Shu confusedly stared at the creak in the door trying to figure out who was inside. ❝If your not a closet then who are you?❞

Before the person could respond they suddenly heard someone calling Shu's name.

❝Ike?❞ Shu mumbled and the person in front of him heard it.

As the footsteps started to get closer the closet door had suddenly opened and the mysterious person grabbed Shu's arm dragging him into the closet, then they closed the door but they left it cracked open enough so they could see outside.

Shu stood still in the small space with his back pressed against the wall, luckily the door was still cracked open so there was some light shining into the very small space. He took this chance and glanced over at the person who pulled him into this. He squinted as he looked at the person, seeing golden hair and purple eyes.

❝Luca?❞ Shu said aloud. The called boy snapped his eyes over in his direction confirming that it was indeed him.

❝What are you doing—❞ Shu was cut off by Luca covering his mouth with his hand then brought a finger up to his own lips, silently telling him to be quiet.

Luca looked back out the crack in the door to see Ike standing with his back facing them, ❝I could have sworn I seen Shu come this way.❞ Ike mumbled to himself.

He turned around and saw the crack in the door, ❝That should be closed,❞ He said then walked closer and closed the door. ❝I better head to class before I get into any trouble.❞

The two heard as his footsteps began to get further and further away until they couldn't hear it anymore. Luca sighed in relief then removed his hand from Shu's mouth, he turned in the direction he assumed would be Shu's face but couldn't see anything considering it was extremely dark in there, so he began to touch around the small place searching for a light switch that may be there, he felt a string hanging and pulled it. A dim light filled the room letting them vaguely see around the area.

With the light Shu was finally able to notice how close they actually were to each other, their bodies were pressed together and their faces were merely a few centimeters apart. He turned his head to the side as a pinkish color covered his face.

❝Looks like there was a light in here after—❞ Luca stopped himself as he looked at the shorter male in front of him, he saw the blush on his cheeks along with the pink that dusted the tip of his ears as he looked off to the side.

Shu used the back of his hand as he tried to cover up the blush on his face, but it only darkened as he felt Luca's intense eyes burning holes into him.

❝L-Luca, your staring.❞

Luca snapped out of his daze and began to blush furiously as he processed Shu's words, ❝Sorry about that.❞ He muttered loud enough for him to hear.

❝It's fine.❞ Shu said quietly.

An awkward silence filled the air, neither of them wanted to speak up first. Luca swallowed the lump in his throat before speaking up.

❝We should probably get out of here.❞ He mentioned.

❝Yea, we should.❞

Luca reached over grabbing the door knob and tried to turn it only to find out the door had somehow been locked. He twisted the knob continuously trying to pry it open but after a few minutes he gave up.

❝Bad news, the door is locked.❞ Luca said sighing in defeat.

Shu stared at him in disbelief, ❝How is that possible?❞ He asked.

❝I don't know but it must've happened when Ike closed the door.❞ The blonde male explained.

They both sighed in defeat, neither of them had any clue on how to get out of a situation like this. They stayed quiet as they tried to think about ways to get themselves out.

❝I think I have an idea.❞ Shu said.

Luca perked up at his words, ❝What is it?❞ He asked.

❝Well since we can't open the door from this side, the only logical way out of here is to get someone else to open it up.❞ Shu explained.

❝So all we have to do is text one of our friends to come and open the door?❞ Shu nodded at his words. ❝Great! I'll just text Fu-chan to come and open the door, let me just get my phone.❞

Luca began trying to grab his phone which was in his pocket. ❝W-wait Luca don't—❞

Shu's eyes widened as he got cut off by a sharp gasp leaving his mouth, he lowered his head and gripped onto Luca's shirt. ❝S-stop moving.. please.❞ He muttered.

Luca looked at him confused, ❝Hm? What did you say?❞ He asked and mistakenly moved his leg again, ripping out another breathy gasp from the shorter male.

The grip he had on Luca's shirt only tightened, ❝Please.. just stop moving.❞ He said loud enough for the latter to hear him.

❝Why? Is something hurting you?❞ Luca asked clearly getting worried. As he tried to get closer, he unconsciously moved his leg again.

A breathy moan slipped past Shu's lips. Both of them froze as they tried to process what just happened, Shu covered his face with his hands as he flushed red from embarrassment. Luca looked down at him as his cheeks were dusted in a pinkish color.

❝Shu,❞ Luca called out to him but he got no response so he tried again. ❝Shu.❞

Shu heard him calling his name but refused to speak, he was too embarrassed, ❛Why did I do that?! Oh god what is wrong with me!❜ He thought.

As Luca continued to stare, he noticed the tip of the latter's ears were a bright red thus indicating he was flustered. ❝Shu it's ok.❞

The latter shook his head, ❝No it's not, that was so embarrassing.❞ He replied quietly.

❝But it was cute.❞ Luca blurted out causing Shu to look up at him with wide eyes.

❝What?❞

Luca realized what he said then looked away as his face flushed a dark red along with the tip of his ears, ❝I-I mean there's nothing to be embarrassed about. I-it happens to the best of us you know.❞ He stammered as he nervously rubbed at his nape.

An awkward silence filled the room as they both looked off to the side considering their close proximity.

❝Where's your phone?❞ Shu asked breaking the silence.

Luca looked at him then answered. ❝It's in my back pocket.❞

Shu reached behind Luca and grabbed his phone from out of his pocket, he turned it on then seen that it required a password.

❝What's the password?❞

Luca hesitated before replying. ❝121221.❞

Shu put the password in and the phone unlocked. ❝Who should I text?❞ He asked as he went to his contacts.

❝Fu-chan.❞ Luca answered.

Shu scrolled through his contacts before stopping at a contact named 'metal man.' He glanced at the blonde haired boy before asking. ❝Is his contact name metal man?❞

❝Yea.❞

The multicolor haired male clicked on the contact and began to message him.

Are you in class right now?

Nope i'm in the bathroom making out with Uki.
Did you need something?

Yea I need you to come open the janitors closet on the first floor.

Why are you in there?

I was hiding from Ike and he locked me inside.

Shu turned the phone off then slipped it back inside of Luca's pocket and said. ❝He's coming.❞

❝Ok.❞ Luca replied.

Silence filled the room once again as they waited for Fulgur to come open the door. Shu was looking off to the side silently praying for Fulgur to hurry up so he could get out of this situation as fast as possible, meanwhile Luca couldn't help himself but to stare at the shorter boy in front of him.

Suddenly they heard footsteps and watched as the door swung open revealing Fulgur and Uki who stared at the two in complete shock, while Luca stared back in shock not knowing that Uki would've been with Fulgur.

❝Shu?❞ Uki said in disbelief.

A small blush dusted Shu's face as he pushed Luca away from him and quickly left out of the closet going over to the two. Luca grabbed his bag before leaving out of the small room and closed the door behind himself.

❝Wait hold on,❞ Fulgur started as he stared at the two blushing boys in front of him. ❝Why were you two stuck in there together?❞

❝We kind of got trapped in there by Ike.❞ Luca replied but of course Fulgur and Uke gave him looks that basically said they didn't believe him.

Uki shook his head and said. ❝You know if you two wanted to skip class and make out, you should've just went to the bathroom like Fufu-chan and I do.❞

❝Uki! We weren't making out!❞ Shu exclaimed as his face turned red.

❝Look im just saying.❞ The purple haired male said as he raised his hands and shrugged.

Shu huffed out in annoyance and glared at his friend, ❝I'm going to class.❞ He stated before walking away.

❝I'm gonna go after him,❞ Uki said then pecked Fulgur on the lips before going after Shu.

The two boys watched as they walked further and further away until they were out of sight. Fulgur looked back over at Luca with a smirk plastered on his face.

❝So.. you and Shu—❞ Luca cut him off before he could say anything else.

❝Fuck off Fu-chan.❞ He snarled then began walking away.

❝Wait I was just joking.❞ Fulgur said laughing as he tried to catch up with him.

Luca ignored him and kept walking trying to leave him behind. ❛God, why did I tell Shu to text him of all people.❜

Lmao not me wanting to start a new Shuca story even though I'm already having trouble with keeping this book updated regularly. I was thinking of making this whole account just book of Shuca but I don't know, ANYWAYS I hope you guys liked this chapter. See you next time~
