Phone conversation between Cisco Ramon and Joe West.

Joe: Hey Cisco. We've got a problem.

Cisco: Well it's going to have to wait. We have a metahuman emergency. Any idea why Barry isn't responding to any of my calls?

Joe: Thats exactly the problem.

Cisco: What happened to him?  

Joe: He... uh... ran away? Sort of?

Cisco: ummm... okay?

Joe: we are going to come over to S.T.A.R. Labs so Iris can tell you everything.

Cisco: See ya then.

At S.T.A.R. Labs.

Caitlin: So what exactly happened Iris?

Iris: I came home from work and Barry was acting strange.

Cisco: What do you mean strange?

Iris: He seemed raged for some reason. As soon as I walked in he started yelling at me. So I started asking him what was wrong. He said for me to stop. So I pleaded with him to explain what was happening. Then he picked up his jacket, said goodbye, and sped away.

Caitlin: Well. Yesterday Barry did say he encountered a man who seemed extremely mad. If this man was a meta, maybe when he touched Barry some sort of charge went through him making him angry like the man.

Cisco: Yeah. Lets check the security footage from that street.

After checking the footage.

Iris: Oh my God! Caitlin, you were right!

Joe: Yes. And at least now we know it wasn't his fault.

Iris: Thats why I didn't get scared right away. With all this metahuman stuff I figured it may not have been really him.

Caitlin: Good thinking Iris.

Cisco: Yeah, yeah. Since he's a metahuman. Does that mean I get to name him?

Caitlin: *rolls eyes* Sure Cisco. Name him.

Cisco: RAGE.

Joe: Ok I kinda like that.

Iris: Dad!

Joe: Right sorry...Wait the metahuman emergency!

Caitlin: Oh right! Cisco, Central City needs Vibe!

Cisco: I'm on it!
