Damons POV

Faith, the baby in her arms, start to stir and cry. "Bells." I say again. I then move one hand to shake her, but she doesn't respond. "Nurse! Nurse!" I yell. A nurse runs in, and starts doing her stuff. "I need you to take he babies, and leave this room!" She says. "No, I'm not leaving her!" I say. "Sir, do you want her to live,' she asks, causing me to nod my head, "then you need to go!" She says.

I grab Faith, and walk back to the visitors area. Everyone runs over to me, but only Freya notices my face. "Whats wrong, Damon?" she asks. "I dont know. One second we were talking, then she had her eyes closed." I say. "Shes gonna be okay!" Elena says, hugging and comforting me. "I cant loose her again!" I say.

About an hour later, the doctor walks back in, with a grim look. I'm so sorry to be the one to put down this joyful moment, but I need to talk to you, sir." he says, then pulls me aside from the group. "Whats wrong?! Is she okay?!" I ask. "She is barely hanging on. This might be your last time to see her. Shes awake now." he says. I shove past him, and run to my fiancée.

I get to the room, and she looks at me. "Tell Aunt Freya and dad to come here. They can help me. I promise, I'll be fine!" She says. I nod then walk back and grab them.

Aras POV

Dad and Aunt Freya walk in, and hug me tightly. "Are you okay?!" dad asks. "Yeah. The doc thinks I'll die, and I will, but Ill come back. I just need you to make it look normally humanish." I say, and they nod.

I wake up in my bed, and see Damon holding Hope while crying. "Damon?" I ask. He looks over to me, sets Hope down, then runs to me. I thought you died! Dont you ever do that to me again! You cant do that! I thought you were dead!" He tells me. "I'm not dead yet am I?" I ask. He smile then kisses me. "I  love you!" I say. "I love you to!" He says.

I hear a small cry, and see the girls. I move and pick Hope up. "Its okay, baby, mommy's here." I say. Damon picks up Faith, then holds me. I look at my new family, and smile. What did I ever do to deserve a wonderful family like this? I'm the luckiest girl in the world.
