Third person pov

Naofumi was even grumpier than usual, why? You ask, well that's because the trash of a king have summoned all four cardinal hero's to the castle, which means he'll have to see those unpleasant faces of the other heros and the bitch. This is why Naofumi was trying incredibly hard to be late by stalling time before he faces his nightmares.

"Master Naofumi, honestly you can't just be late on purpose because you don't want to see them" the ever respectful and polite goody-two-shoes, Rapltalia scolded. Honestly, her Master was acting like a child.

"I can and I will" was Naofumi's only reply before continuing his stalling session, turning into ally ways and all.

Rapltalia had enough and suddenly grabbed Naofumi's cape collar and dragged him and Filo in the right direction on where the castle is located.

~Time skip~

Upon arrival, the guards quickly, and roughly, escorted Naofumi and his party in the direction of the throne room. Of course the guards had great difficulty in this simple task due to the continuous stalling done by a certain shield hero.

Once arriving to the designated meeting place, Naofumi was greeted with a bow, a sword and a spear pointed directly at him, their owners with ugly ( well, maybe not Motoyasu ), sneering and disapproving faces staring right at him.

"What the he'll are you doing here!?" Motoyasu demanded, his grip tightening on his spear and a certain smug looking bitch right  next to him.

"We came here on request from the trash king, so move aside"
was Naofumi's reply.

This time the king decided to butt in "Yes, it is the truth be speak of, much to my dismay. I summoned you all here, especially the devil of the shield." The other heros relaxed.

"And for what reason is that?" Ren asked

"For the sake of my second daughter Melty. Now tell me, devil of the shield, where is my daughter! You, other cardinal heros, don't let him escape." With that, Itsuki, Ren and Motoyasu returned to pointing their weapons at Naofumi.

"How many times have I told you guys, I didn't kidnap Melty!"

" you're lies have no effect on us, devil! "Motoyasu screamed

"It's upsetting to think that a hero, one of our own, would commit to such crimes" Itsuki sided

Naofumi losing his patients said"look, why the hell would i-"

Naofumi was cut off as a colourful portal opened right in the middle of the throne room, causing multiple gasp from the occupants in said room. The three cardinal heros, minus Naofumi, lowered their weapons out of shock, giving more room for the shield hero.

Suddenly, a leg popped out and slowly its whole body. It turned towards the four heros causing another uproar of gasp at the sight of who this person was.

Naofumi was the first to unfreeze. Parting his shaking lips, he uttered one word that's been on everyone's mind.

"Motoyasu?"
