Your first attempt on helping  Kakashi failed because just when you destroyed the clone, another appeared. Naruto and the group only watched when you jumped back and crouched on your feet. Then you glanced back at Naruto and saw his determined eyes, he wanted, yearned to fight, to show that he wasn't weak. " Naruto, use your shadow clones" you told him and then you looked back at Sasuke and he nodded, knowing what you meant, to fight the clone. " Guard him."  Team work what was Kakashi had tough them and that was what you expected while they attacked the clone. You on the other hand, were focused on the real Zabuza.  Then just on purpose, you let the clone hit you, and it sent you flying into the bushes. 

Naruto made shadow clones and attacked the clone, Sasuke doing the same thing.  It looked like they were having a bit of trouble but you had to focus on Zabuza, and get Kakashi out of that sphere. Still crouched on the ground you watched  how Zabuza was now focused on Naruto and Sasuke. You took this opportunity to focus and made a few hand sighs and you used the same jutsu you used when you fought against Kakashi. It wound be impossible for Zabuza to avoid it unless he let go of that sphere. 

He was more than surprised when he turned around, he was enraged. Needles of sharp chackra were directed at his direction and he was even more aggravated when he let go of the sphere and used clones to protect himself.

 Kakashi  was freed and only his head was visible and the rest of his body was in the water.  

Zabuza turned to you and smirked, it was a creepy one indeed. " My effort will sure be worth it, girl. No wonder they were after you." But was interrupted when Kakashi attacked. They engaged into a new battle but didn't take long. When Zabuza jumped on a tree, a long needle connected with his neck. 

Someone with a familiar mask appeared. "I'll take care of him." You heard the person say. He was an AMBU, but from the mist. 

He took Zabuza and disappeared. After that you all resume your trip but you trailed behind, thinking. 

Kakashi seemed to notice it because he walked slower. "Something plaguing your mind?" he asked, looking up ahead. He knew something, that was for sure. 

"He should have gotten rid of the body right on that spot." That was all you said. As an AMBU, you were required to kill and get rid off the body where it laid. Not take him some place and then get rid of it. 

"True, just don't tell the others. And stay alert. By the way, great job back there." And he walked faster, taking his earlier place. 

You walked faster not wanting to be left behind. You took your place next to Naruto who walked at Sasuke's side. "Great job back there, Naruto." And he grinned. 

"Really?" he asked, hoping that for once he was brave and strong. 

With a small and soft smile you nodded. " Yes, you did great. You too Sasuke and Sakura. In your first missing you managed to confront a dangerous missing ninja and you all did great but...keep your eyes open. There might be others after him." You pointed with your chin at the old man. 

Sasuke glanced at you and didn't look away, you weren't looking anyway. He swore that one day, he wound be stronger than you.
