Ash's PoV

"Today is the day bud!" I exclaimed to Pikachu as we made our way down the stairs, I got down the stairs and went in towards the dining room, "Hey Espeon" I greeted the psychic type eeveelution, "where's Emma?" I ask, "I'm here Ash," she says as I turn around to greet her she brings in the breakfast, I sit down, "So Emma when are they gonna arrive?"

I asked referring to my mom and my dearest sister, "Queen llene said that she had your mom picked up from your house and brought to the palace yesterday, she also said that they leave as fast as possible so it should only be a matter of hours if not minutes" She finished as I ate up the last bits of my breakfast.

"Anyways I'm going to the forest for some time," I said and left, I called Pikachu, who was on my shoulder, Gardevoir, Lucario, Lycanroc and Gengar and Dragonite to keep me company, I was walking through the forest when I suddenly heard cries of Pokemon for help, I looked at my Pokemon they nodded as we ran off to the sight, all the Pokemon except Pikachu, hid along the sides just to be sure if someone or something attacked, it was a bunch of Pokemon but they weren't just from Kalos, but from different regions altogether, in front of him were A little Oddish, Wooper, Wynut, Phanpy, Cubchoo, Goomy and an Alolan Vulpix.

All of them were scared and badly hurt, just then a net came out of nowhere and a hunter with a uniform that I have seen before made their way to the Pokemon, watching this I signalled to Gardevoir, who immediately used psychic to lift the person up then used Hypnosis to put him into a deep slumber.

"Lucario check for any such aura around the forest", I said to the Aura Pokemon, he nodded and started to scan the area, then he shook his head indicating no such presence, "Dragonite, scan the area for any other thing that the hunter has set up and also for his vehicle" The Dragon nodded and flew off to search, "all of you help me free these little guys up," I said as we took all the Pokemon out of the net.

"Gardevoir use heal pulse," I said she nodded, then I used a medical kit that I carry with me to help the Pokemon, just then Dragonite came with a serious look to which I nodded, "Gardevoir, Teleport all of them back, All of the others come with me, Dragonite carry him as well," I said as Gardevoir teleported away as I climbed atop Dragonite, with Pikachu on my shoulder and all the others running or floating as in Gengar's case following Dragonite who carried the hunter on his hands.

We flew for about a minute or two before we reached a van, I opened it up to see many other Pokemon, in an injured state, "Dammit, these hunters!" I exclaimed in anger, I picked out my phone and called up Lance, "Lance, it's Ketchum, we have a vehicle full of Pokemon, that are hunted, along with another batch that tried to escape" I said, "yes we caught him" I said looking at the hunter, "I'll ask Dragonite to keep guard here along with Gengar, Till the guys come over" I said as I ended the call, "Dragonite and Gengar, The G-Men are gonna come to take the van and the Pokemon to a safe place, I want you to keep guard 'Kay, also keep an eye on the hunter" I said, to which both of them nodded, "The others let's go back home and take a look at those Pokemon" I ended as Pikachu, Lycanroc, Lucario and I ran back home.

"Emma!" I shouted as I entered the house and ran into the Backyard, where all the Pokemon were playing around happily, after playing around with the Pokemon for some time, I saw Dragonite and Gengar make it to the backyard after taking the details from them and watching them play with the Pokemon for some time, the bell rang, I smiled as I ran toward the door, I opened the door and was taken into hugs from 2 different people,

"Mom.......Ilene......can't.......breathe" I said as they finally broke off from the bone-crushing hug, "Hey guys, it's good to meet you," I said happily with a toothy grin, "Considering that you don't even call us," Ilene said, and mom nodded, "I just got a bit busy with things around Alola and Jhoto, anyways, I'm sure all the Pokemon, will be happy to meet you," I said as I walked towards the backyard with the 2 of them following behind, "There are some new Pokemon here, they were being transported when we saved them," I said, they looked sad, "Hey guys it's ok now, things are under control...for now and the Pokemon are doing fine, anyways I invited the neighbours over for dinner tonight," I said.

"Why would you that?.....unless," Mom said with a smirk, I just got confused, everyone including the Pokemon sighed, I continued "Anyways...The last time I came to Kalos, Aria was the Kalos Queen, but I heard that she lost her title, but I didn't know who it is till now, turns out it is our neighbour, when Aria, Alain and Mairin came home yesterday evening with her, I didn't know, so I asked her to introduce herself, and so....l invited her and her mother for dinner" I said

Mom and Ilene sighed again, then they met the Pokemon, by the time they were done it was almost dinner time so we all took baths and got ready for dinner when the bell rang, mom went over to open the door, I had already asked Mark to let them in after I told him that I had invited them over for dinner, I heard a Gasp around the door, I ran there only to find My mom hugging A lady who looked to be Serena's Mother, "Grace" mom exclaimed, "It's been sooooo long" she continued, I took a glance over at Serena who looked just as confused as I was If not more, "Are we missing something important here" Ilene said as she came and stood next to me, the looks on Serena's and Her mother's faces were priceless, their eyes were gonna pop out.

"Aren't you Queen llene ?" Grace asked as she regained her composure, "Yes I am" Ilene said with her Cameron accent, she tried teaching this kind of stuff to me but I have better things to do than learn an accent I'll never use & so I never bothered despite her best efforts, "What are you doing here?" Grace asked, "Well Delia and I came here to meet Ash," Ilene said, Serena was still lost in her thoughts from the looks of it, then we heard, Emma say, "Dinners ready" and so all of us made the way to the dining room, Grace had to shake Serena into consciousness,

All the Pokemon that we rescued today had their plates set up on the dining room floor, as we entered I saw that the little Alolan Vulpix had a smile planted on her face, "You seem particularly happy" I asked her and pet her, she cooed, Serena came next to me and did the same, Vulpix looked at her suspiciously then jumped into her and started to lick her face, "Hey cut it out" she said, "I think she likes you" I told Serena as she gave me a questioning look, "What do you mean?" She asked, "Well The Alolan Vulpix here was a Pokemon rescued from Pokemon hunters along with all of these Pokemon here and another van full of them at the police headquarters in Lumiose city," I said.

Then we had dinner where Mom explained how She and Grace were Classmates during their school and college days and all those things, I was feeling rather awkward now, I was the only guys sitting at the table, despite me telling Mark and the others guys along with Emma to come and have food in the house they always refuse, it's soo lonely around here during breakfast, lunch or dinner, I sighed as I thought about all this, I finished my food and got up, I went outside to the backyard, I stared at the star-filled sky, suddenly I felt a presence around me, I turned around when I saw Serena, standing behind me with Vulpix in her hands like how Lillie used to carry her around when she was a vulpix.

I gestured her to come forward, "it's beautiful isn't it?" I asked her looking at the stars, in the distance, "I didn't know that our parents know each other" I said, to state out the obvious, she chuckled, "Well you can't really say no to friends from meeting now can you" she said with a playful giggle, suddenly my phone rang, it was Lance, "Sorry Serena, but this call is important" I said, "Yes Lance", "Yeah, Alright I'll come to lumiose tomorrow" I said as I ended the call, she gave me a questioning look, "it's about the Pokemon hunters" I said.

Answering her unasked question, "Really, so you're going to Lumiose city tomorrow?" She asked to which I nodded, "Can I tag along please, I have to meet my friends there?" she said, "Alright, I'll drop you off in Lumiose city, just come home by 9 tomorrow?" I said, she smiled and we talked for a while before her mother decided that it was time to go home, so she left along with her mother, but vulpix didn't want her to leave so I asked her if she wanted to keep her, she then asked vulpix if she wanted to go along with her to which she nodded, It was happy to see that a Pokemon that was hunted becoming such good friends with a girl she met for the better part of a few hours, she left with vulpix in a Luxury ball that I gave her, then I just went to sleep, it was another busy day over.
