Name: Athena Storm Clawthorne-Whispers

Name Meaning: Athena is the goddess of wisdom, war strategy, but most importantly owls! Storm, her middle name is a play on combining Raine and Eda's rebellious and wild spirit.

Powers: Several advanced spells, bard magic, Beast Keeping skills, potion making, abominations, flight, slightly heightened physical strength.

Powers: Extremely skilled with various types of magic. Athena does not have a curse, but beast traits were passed down in her DNA. When angered she can temporary get talons, and when excited, fearful, or agitated she can sprout large light brown owl wings. These were usually short uncontrolled bursts but then eventually learned to consciously control her wings and have them out any time. She's quite fond of them.

Appearance: Athena is a biracial young witch with a light brown skin ton. Her cheeks are naturally very rosy, and flare up very easily if she's exhausted, stressed, or flustered or embarrassed. Her eyes are a soft green from Raine. She has farsighted vision and to correct that she wears contacts. Her nails are yellowish and sharp naturally. They grow quickly. And her teeth are pointy. She's been wearing them since she was 8. Her hair is mostly bright ginger orange, and has two streaks of light aqua in her hair. She has very thick and heavy hair. She keeps in a ponytail when she is younger and in school, then into young adulthood wears it in a braid. Though the image shows her curvy, she still is an hourglass figure but a little more bony and angularly built.

Clothing: Naturally she'd be a multi track student! Her uniform is rainbow striped, showing that she's in 8 out of 9 tracks! Sue ripped her leggings on purpose. She wears brown combat like boots. Her casual outfit is a brown corset over a ripped white skirt and she has a white cloak.

Personality: Athena is very sweet and  friendly person, and gets along with most people. She easily makes friends. 1Despite being social she is often skeptical of new people and doesn't trust easily. But she usually has an instinct about how good or not a person is. Athena is very rambunctious and wild, she's a bundle of energy and rebels from any rule she doesn't like. She loves adventure and is a daredevil, she loves flying too. She loves to help the underdog, and often fights bullies anytime she sees someone getting picked on. And this continues because the behavior is encouraged by Eda. But this has helped her gained tons of friends, so many students are greatful to her for protecting them. She's very physically tough and strong. She is great at combat and anything strength related. She's also naturally protective.

Despite this she is a great student, she is extremely intelligent. She loves to learn and has a natural curiosity. She just has trouble focusing on one thing for too long but she really does like to learn things. She's in all tracks except for construction, she thinks it's boring. She is especially skilled in Bard, Beast Keeping, and a bit of Abomination magic. She is also pretty good at potions but usual doesn't have the focus needed to finish a brew. As well as academic intelligence she is a skilled musician. She has a pretty decent singing voice, and she can play violin, guitar, and is learning piano.

She is very affectionate to those she cares about. She loves her family, she's very attached to her older siblings. And when she has a crush she's very clingy, following then around like a puppy. If you hurt her family or friends or crush you may just die!

Weaknesses/Flaws: Athena has very bad focus and patience. She is in the role of the youngest sibling, which means she is constantly competing and trying to be better and more accomplished than her older siblings. This doesn't mean she hates her siblings. She loves them! But King is literally a God, and Luz is the first human witch who saved Eda's life multiple times and saved all the witches with Coven marks from dying. She feels she has a lot to live up to and makes her make impulsive choices and push herself to much to improve. She isn't jealous, but instead very insecure at times. She's also very impulsive with her daredevil nature. She slowly matures though. But her first instinct to solve a problem is punch someone.

Likes: Magic, birds and animals, naps, flying and doing aerial tricks, flying with Eda, music, singing, Azura books, playing with King, stuffed animals, Luz, her friends at school, exploring and adventures, playing instruments, protecting people, spending time with her family, cuddling, napping with King, exploring the human world, candy, pranking and bothering Hooty, rainy days.

Dislikes: Rules, sitting still, anyone mean to animals, homphobia, hot weather, bullies, failing a spell, failing anything, being overshadowed, and she doesn't hate her, but Lilith is the family member she's least attached to. They get along decently but no great connection.

Friends: She has tons of friends at school, any Lumity and Huntlow ect friends/your next gen oc

Family: Eda and Raine are her parents, King and Luz are her older siblings, Aunt Lilith, Amity (sister in law depending on time period), Gwendolyn and Del Clawthorne (grandparents)

Trivia:

• Athena frequently goes into the human world with Luz. She loves exploring the town.

• Athena calls Raine 'Maddy'

•Eda has pretty much gotten her curse under control but whenever she does turn into the Owl Beast. King and Raine hide but Athena can actually calm and communicate with the Owl Beast, probably due the owl in her own blood.

•Athena's baby teeth were normal but her adult teeth are slightly pointy.

•One of Athena's favorite activities is just to prank and screw with Hooty, King joins in too.

•When she was younger she and King played stuffed animals together.

•Her hair grows very quickly.

• Most of the time she shares a room with King. They like to cuddle at night because King is so warm and fluffy! Or if it's hotter weather he just curls up at the foot of her bed.
