I N G R E D I E N T S :


2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin


1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more to garnish


2 tablespoons of sugar


2 tablespoons of pure vanilla extract


2 cups of whole milk


1 to 2 shots of espresso about 1/4 cup


Whipped cream


I N S T R U C T I O N S


Heat the pumpkin & spices


Stir in the sugar


Warm the milk


Blend the milk


Mix the drinks - make the espresso or coffee & divide between two mugs & the milk top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired .


S U B S T I T U T I O N


Canned pumpkin substitute - 1 tsp pumpkin spice syrup instead


Pumpkin pie spice substitute- you can use cinnamon, ginger & other spices.


Espresso substitute - you can use strong brewed coffee instead.increase amount of 1/3 to 1/2 cup
